      I need to get better at eating breakfast but I have to be at work by 7 and I'm never hungry at 5:30... usually 2-3 meals.

      I used to have 2 meals.. then I would wonder why I would end up in a feeding frenzy in the evenings... I’m so excited to change this vicious cycle!! Thank you Katie. In the middle of my day 2 detox with you now, and I can’t wait to officially start the HBMP tomorrow! 💜

    I agree eating the right things help so much. I use to eat about 6 times a day. All was nuts, fruit etc. The past year with pandemic i dont take off my mask in the office so i stopped eaiting my healthy food and eat three times a day. Now i dont feel as energetic or focused and my stomach feels bloated :(

    How do people say this is too much? I liked your recipes, and loved that you eat a decent amount of food, instead of starving for weight loss. That's something that holds people back from losing weight, being afraid of the hunger. Thank you for attacking this missconception. 🙌🙌🙌

      @V King I understand what you are saying. Still, I'm slow and lethargic myself, but the appetite is always up, but maybe that is because of my hypothiroidism.

    I tried the spinach eggs and there so good !!!!! Sometimes I add spring mix to my meals and add fruit to make it more healthy and so I have plenty to eat😁😊

    Girl yes! Thank you so much! I have been feeling really bad because of my hypo. I hate when everyone asks what’s wrong and I say it’s my hypo🙄.     I just found your page and I am excited to try a few things. I have struggled so long with losing weight and trying to feel good. I have hypo and hyperthyroidism and it is so hard to try to find a balance for both. I hope this helps!

    I ate less with hypothyroidism and felt better. But I am vegan so I don't know if that made a difference.
    Either way, I'm glad you gave a shout out to those that struggle with hypothyroidism. Mine is very much under control (now that I am vegan,) but it was literally like dying. Hoping people learn to change their diet instead of relying on medication for it. Also, loving your recipes! Grabbing an air fryer now! So many recipes in that machine.

    Pre-LSF, I ate probably 4 times a day, more if at work and bored eating! If I am PMSing, I’d eat a lot of salty and sweet food, pizza, etc! Now that I am trying to get it together, I’m trying to ensure I eat 4-5 times.

    Really confused by tons of info available on the internet. Most of the ppl are advocating to do intermittent fasting and take one to two meals a day only … while others are telling to eat small frequent meals regularly 😮

    Hey there, just came across your video(s). I recently learned I have elevated TSH levels and am on the verge of starting medication. I'd prefer not to if I can somehow get my thyroid to function optimally via diet. With that said, where do you get your meal plan for hypo? Do you follow the guidance of a functional nutritionist or naturopathic doc or did you create your own meal plan?

    Are you on medication for hypothyroidism? I just got diagnosed and I eat exactly like this now but those extra 15 lbs wont go away. Do u need to be on medicine for your body to allow you to lose weight?

      I am on medication for hypo and have been since I was little. I feel that the combo of my meds helping balance my thyroid + a strong focus on nutrition has been key for me.     Are the symptoms of hyperthyroidism that someone should look out for, or do you think changes in their diet would help?

      Hyperthyroidism is the opposite of hypo (which is what I have) but you can definitely find common symptoms online. Nutrition can help a ton, but most need medication as well.

    I literally created an Instagram just to follow LSF. Question: I have the hot body meal plan. With the plan let’s say you want to go out to dinner how would that be factored in? Does the plan still work if you deviate? I know you can order healthy out which is the goal as long as it’s not like okay I’ve been doing all this work I go out for one night and I have to start back at day one? I’m sure that’s not it but I’m just wondering how it factors in.

      Hi Maggie! Absolutely, you just need to make some adjustments when you go out to eat! For example: Ask how it's prepared. If it's sauteed in butter or oil, ask for it to be steamed. Get dressings and sauces on the side. Ask if they can limit the salt. Swap fried sides for veggies. You got this!

    Do you have any tips for storing rice in the fridge and having it come out okay? Whenever I put rice in the fridge and go to use it the next day, it's always crunchy and gross :(

      Just make sure you give it enough time to defrost or use a defrosting on it.

    Can you make a food list on what you buy and possibly recipes with it please? I have hashimoto's and find it so difficult on what to buy and how to cook it.     Great video. I was told that coffee in an empty stomach is bad for people with hypothyroid, bc of its acidity and its ability to block thyroid hormone. Check with your doctor.

    Is it possible to treat your hypothyroidism without medication...(my question mark key is not working sorry)
    Being diagnosed with hypothyroidism last week I am too curious to know this, because I don't want to take hormones.

    just finished day one of hot body meal plan and I struggled to eat 3/5 of the meals, I skipped the 2 smaller snacky meals because I just wasn't hungry for it (I normally eat 2-3 meals a day) is that okay? I feel like there's not enough time in the day or space in my stomach for 5 meals :( should I try doing smaller portions instead?

      Hi! I say go with whatever your body is telling you to do! You can eat the 5 meals on the days that you're being active and burning lots of calories, and if there are days where you're busier/ haven't had the chance to workout, totally don't force yourself to eat the 2 smaller snacks! Only do so if you're body feels that it needs the fuel :) xoxo

    i wish i had a job that allowed me the time to do this, working in a hospital around the clock makes it almost impossible to have actual meals around the same time or actual meals at all.

      I know it must be hard to find a good routine when your schedule is different and you are working long hours in a hospital! But, your routine doesn't need to look like mine, as long as you find a system that works for you that is what is important!

    Just be aware that if you're on T4 medication then you need to wait an hour after taking it before you have your coffee or your first meal.

    I have been on levothyroxine for two months I'm trying everything to lose weight since I have the hypothyroidism but even with your stuff about dieting I'm not even losing a pound any thoughts or can someone else please help me it's so stressful

I also have amenorrhea and scoliosis so i am trap , not know what to do , used to practice a lot crossfit , gym and swimming but now I return to just full body , but hit for example could afect the thyroid ?

    I’m a bit confused, I’m grain free but, you eat rice, rice is a grain. Are you just mostly grain free but eat rice? I also have hypothyroidism. When I eat gluten, dairy or most grains I feel lousy, joints ache, brain fog, lethargic 😪
