    I absolutely LOVE the way you meal prep. Instead of prepping all individual meals, I like how you prepare just the basic ingredients then mix and match. This has helped me so much. Thank you!

    Loved this! This week I made a batch of butternut squash, broccoli, and cauliflower in the oven and have been adding them to the side of all my meals! It definitely makes adding veggies easier when they are already done!

    I love these shopping and meal prep videos! So motivating! I recently went and watched all of them at the beginning of the lsf 30 challenge to motivate myself to do some meal prep. And it's so true that you tend to reach for the healthy food more if they are already ready! ❤❤❤

    I just wanted you to know how valuable this information was to me. Though I'm not on your plan, the way you meal prepped was so enlightening. I'll definitely be using my air fryer and instant pot to make it easier and faster (the reason I don't do it often).

    So so happy you posted this! I don't shop at Trader Joes all too often anymore either, but I am planning on doing our weekly trip this upcoming weekend!
    I also wasn't too pleased with the ingredients in the current protein powder I'm using so I'll definitely give Bob's Red Mills try. I love their organic gf oats... Thanks Katie. :)

      Air fryers are complete game changers! 10/10 would recommend. I have cooked steak and potatoes, lobster tails, salmon fillets with broccoli, homemade meatballs, even tried cookies! They seriously are amazing!

    All that healthy food looks good I cook all my veggies in Buffalo red hot franks sauce put it all in the food processor when I eat them with rice and cheese I put Dijon mustard on them with chili powder or pepper

    I always end up spending more when I order groceries online. Between the delivery fees and just extra fees that tend to be on there it easily adds another $15 to the total. Plus sometimes it’s just not convenient if I just need like 3 things and have to pay $10 for them to deliver those. But as a mom it is easier than loading the baby up to go to the store. So it’s a 50/50 lol

    Just have a quick question about the instapot and the hot meal body plan. Is it worth it to buy an instapot-ladies who have one, and use with the hot body meal plan. I’m trying to cut down on how much time I’m in the kitchen. I also meal plan but don’t pre prep and these videos make it seem doable. Any tips on buying an instapot and accessories, are they worth the hype? That chicken looked amazing!! 😍 tia!!

    I haven’t watched all of your videos but the air fryer has caught my eye-seems ideal to making meal (prep) but easy…can you speak to that? I don’t have room for an instant pot and air fryer-is an air fryer more useful?

      They are both useful for different things. Instant pot cooks the protein and veggies. Where as an air fryer is oil free frying making the food taste more crispy. So it depends what you are looking for!

    My dr suspects I have Hashimoto’s, already have Addison’s so I have to learn to eat better. I didn’t know the veggies had to be cooked, not raw…that explains a few things.

    Do you use any type of sauce or liquid when you mix these ingredients together? My bowls always taste so dry, but I can never figure out what would be good to add.

    I use mason jars all the time too to track my water. My husband calls it my big gulp lol.
    I like my water really cold but if it warms up sitting out ill just stick the mason jar in the freezer for about an hour and it get little chunks of ice in it.
    How was the almond meal protein powder?

    Hi, just a lil tip. Plz keep broccoli and cauliflower in warm or hot water for 5mins atleast bfr cooking so that any microbes or insects get killed and float up in water.

    Great meal prep video! I noticed, did you cook that chicken on low pressure for 10 minutes? I always do mine on high in the IP, but sometimes I find it doesn’t shred so easy. I’m thinking if I saw that right, I’ll try low pressure, but then do you do natural release?

      It really depends on the Watts and level of cooking the cooker can do! Much like a microwave! 😋

    Just subscribed after finding one of your videos on Google. I’m celiac and my partner is dairy free so your meal plan videos are perfect! We do live in Canada though with no Trader Joe’s so lacking some of the snack options but we will make it work. Dying for that almond protein powder to come to Canada though!!!

    In your hot body meal plan it’s say we should have a high fat high carb diet...was that a mistake? Also wondering what the pout pose of going though the meal plan backwards is because it says to do that also. Thanks!! Love ur videos and ur planner is amazing!

      My meal plan isn’t a “high” anything :) it’s balanced. Protein, healthy fats, healthy carbs.

      @@LoveSweatFitness It's hilarious. When we go to a city with a Trader Joe's, we either buy things that are fine for the pantry or bring a cooler and do a haul. Ditto on visiting cities with an Aldi.

    I literally have to wear an apron and roll my sleeves up or wear short sleeves or tank top every single time I meal prep, cook, clean up the kitchen, anything...or I inevitably get something on myself and end up with a bunch of stained clothes. Lol.
