Camtasia Adjusting the Webcam After Recording

If you're wondering if you should record the webcam when you are doing a screencast in Camtasia because you are not sure if you want to be on screen or on screen for the entire recording, don't worry you can remove it later, remove some of it, resize it, move it, all to suit your needs. So I would say record it and if you watch this video you will see how you can edit just the webcam bit later.

Can we universally adjust the webcam size after splitting the video up? Right now, I'm going to each clip to manually do it. But there must be a better way.

But how do you record with the webcam at a larger dimension so that when you enlarge it, it doesn't pixelate?
