    This was excellent! Thank you so much for all the info. Working as a massage therapist I run into some very hypertonic muscles all the time and because I don't have much time with them I was looking to find other tools they could use in combination with massage. This video helped a lot and I appreciate you taking the time to share it.

    I have only recently discovered research showing a linkage between adults with ADHD and hypertonicity/ chronic pain! This was an eye opener for me for the source of my chronic neck and should stiffness since the age of 17. I’ve always tried stretching it to no relief, but have noticed neck massagers have helped so I will look into these other products!

    So what would be the ideal points for hypertonic pelvic floor muscles where the symptoms are frequent urination (bladder never feels empty)?

    Ma'am my 11 months old baby have hypertonia in right arm and right leg .. doctors advised MRI but she little bit move in MRI machine even after sedation ..what can we do..
