  • Below are some of my favourite eye movement exercises for both challenging & improving balance.
    During all of these exercises you want to ensure that the hands and feet are being stimulated to further activate the brain. Be barefoot, stand on a @naboso_technology Mat, hold something in the hand such as a Neuro Ball. We call this sensory stacking.
