    Dr. Emily it would be really helpful on these if you did at least 5 reps each WITH us so we don’t have to keep turning the video on and off. Thanks much these are great.

    You had me at "Somatic". I've been collecting exercises for this phase of my trauma journey.

    im confused on the exercises when you refer to the left/right arm and leg. You appear to refer them from the viewers perspective, which is the reverse of your own. Can you just confirm its correct to do it from YOUR perspective as we see on video. Please only refer to your own perspective in future videos, its confusing, thanks

    I hadn’t heard about somatic exercises until your webinar, have you ever combined them with breathwork?

      Hanna Somatics exercise does explore Breathwork. It works with the part of your brain where changes occur, which is why it’s so effective. As a CHSE(Clinical Hanna Somatic Educator) we do not typically bring other modalities into the session so as to work work with your nervous system in this way, though many other modalities have wondered results.

    To fast, i have know time to think and move one way before you instruct another move to do 10 times.
