I just got mine a few days ago and absolutely love it! So many features, access to the printer from anywhere (Coming from a Neptune 3 Pro) and a heck of a deal going on now too. No taxes, free shipping and free gift.
Great review. The newer unit you have here is great. I upgraded my launch model to the new extruder and hot end that utilizes the unicorn nozzle and now it is amazing.
@@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL Thanks for the reply i asked a ton of channels with no reply . Would you put your own money down on a k1max .. or would you go with the Bambu X1C AMS combo ,, I no there will be a color system soon for the k1 so I'm not all that concerned with the color ,, i like the bigger build volume the most but is it really worth the money ,, i am stuck between the k1max with a ferret pro 3d cam combo or the X1c with the AMS combo ,, i see you have a bambu printer too
Heard many mixed review about this printer and I heard there are possibily V3 ans V4 version in reddit with the V4 come with same nozzle as K1C, how your K1 max now after using it for while, any problem? I see layer seperating in your video, does it happen a lot/still? Anyway great review sie!
@KaitoKaze hey the layer separation is from my poor filament choice which was damp since then had amazing prints and no issues. I believe mines the v4 version
@@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL ah that explains why, thanks for quick reply, I saw you already have ender v3 plus, I’m considering buying either v3 plus or K1 Max for the larger print size, is input shaping surface quality for tall print work great in v3 plus(as is bed slinger, usually taller print the more it wobble hence some layer shift start to happen)? Or just buy k1 max? I using bambu lab X1C now, coming from old printer that I have fix and calibrated every few print it’s been really wonderful, but bambu doesn’t over bigger print volume at the moment sadly
@KaitoKaze the k1 max would be my choice. The enclosure would be beneficial for other filament types. Also just in general a nice printer. I also do like the v3 plus it's a hard decision really but base yours in what your intended outcomes are
@@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNEL I mainly print using PLA+, usually for functional parts, cosplay costumes and property both personal and commercial, so reliable printers that just work and surface quality kinda bit important for minimizing time and sanding. @kylec5646 thanks for your comments, yep the new model seems better and historically the older holder had issues.
How did you upgrade the extruder/hotend?
@MadiAKA this came part of the newer unit.
Would you buy it again ? i am torn between the k1Max or x1c i like the bigger build volume

@KaitoKaze enjoy 😉 maybe wait out for black Friday sales ???
I mean on the video the layers are separating. Not the best look
@patryk888888 0.3 layer height and wet filament so I give it some credit
@@3DPUK-TECH-CHANNELI hear you but when I see something wrong in a review video than I’m assuming it’s even worse in real life.
@patryk888888 i understand , I've reviewed many printers and I can assure you it's a good printer. I maybe reviewed the newer version of the kmax
oi oi
K1 Max was/is a trash paid beta test from creality. WORST printer I have ever owned.
