Been using it for 3 years...its a underrated masterpiece...great in all terrains with mileage of 40- 42kmpl
i am proud owner of this gem for 2 years
@niranjanmurthybv yeah bro very underrated sport bike❤️🔥
Headlight good or bad?
@@reehansk_1 decent headlight better than many bikes out there
Thank you for reviewing the Apache RTR 200! It's great to see someone appreciating this underrated machine. ❤️ It's a beautiful all-rounder that makes you fall in love every time you ride, especially in the ghats. ⛰️ Known for its superb handling, great cornering confidence, and that beautiful exhaust note. Even at high speeds, it manages to deliver good mileage, around 40-43 kmpl. For those concerned about the lack of a 6th gear, only RTR 200 owners know it’s engineered so well that a 6th gear isn’t necessary. The only downside is the service centers, though. 😅
Only if they could upsize the tires and bring usd it would be unmatchable
The technicians are kaam chor !
How's the headlight performance??
headlight performance is great....u use it at night..so ur speed will not cross 50 to kmph.....for that speed the headlight is sufficient...bt if u want to drive at 150 or more at night on this bike..then u shud think of something else..
Yeah you’re right in every aspect, looking forward to buying the same beast again, as my previous one was stolen by some dick heads…
ALL RTR 200 owners under one roof well done budddy ❤ I also have 2021 model and absolutely loving long gear ratio 😅 nobody come close 110km/h in 3rd gear it’s just pulling pulling and pulling
Hey.., thanks a lot buddy 🫰
Can you describe the headlight performance?
Same motorcycle owner here! Been 11.5 months with her & it's an absolute joy every single time! Could have better quality tires though; the rainy roads create potential problems regarding traction & balance. The tires could've been wider for a 200cc segment motorcycle.
I so wish the bike with better stock tires but I feel those are the areas which has allowed the company to keep the costs down…so buying the 200 and then swapping out the Remora tires for grippier shoes by the owner actually makes sense. However, thank you so much for your honest feedback and than you so much for subscribing…more videos coming your way ❤
Also, What I felt is, softer/grippier tyre compound is way more effective than bad tyres that are just wider. food for thought
@harshaokin8064 the Remora tires are okay but If I had to buy the bike, I would definitely get a fresh pair of grippier tires ! Absolutely agree with your opinion!
Please keep in mind the rim width is smaller than other bikes in same segment. So upsizing is a bit difficult. There would be more curvature to the tyres if you upsize due to narrower rims.
@@shubhojit_ghosh Agreed! Makes sense! Will go for a good quality tyres when the time comes for replacement.😃
Nxt power drift.....
Well great story telling....
Well cinematics
Everything on check mark ✔️
Haha….thank you so much buddy….maybe oneday brother ❤
Most cleanest review of rtr 200 till now. Make more videos brother.
Thank you so much brother….more videos coming soon ❤
i Have a first Gen 2004v carb and No abs. i just love this bike so much 😍
That engine has always been so so good….❤️
Now TVs should be upgrade this bike.
1.Liquid cool engine with six gear
2. Wider tyres
3. 300 mm front disc
4. USD suspension
hope they launch it with their latest iteration if they choose to launch one
Exactly
Last two year i am riding my RTR. I enjoying every trip wether small or long trip. I love it. I getting mileage around 43 kmpl.so i am happy with all around package. Thanks for the Review and finally someone speaking about the true fact.
What do you mostly use it for? City or Highway?
@n.radhemohan First: I don’t own a 200, it was a review motorcycle from TVS with a video requirement. I own a RR and I ride it both in city and on the highways
Been a year since ive bought this master and truly loving it and still watching the reviews as it feels better ! waiting for more videos
Thank you for your kind words, stay subscribed for future updates.
I’m absolutely spellbound by the representation ❤!! All aspects covered so immaculately for a prospective buyer.. seriously brother I wish you all the very best & hope to see you again with some new content.
Thank you so much and more videos coming soon !
Great review man, you're so underrated
সহমত ! RTR is just a really a gem of a machine. A proud owner of its brother RTR 160 4V BS4 from Siliguri itself ! Great shots brother.
Thank you buddy
Saw the glimpse of this video and clicked it. Looking at the quality of the video, I am sure you will reach greater heights. Wishing you the very best and hope to see more and more content of bikes of this quality on your channel.
Much appreciated…will try to bring better every single time
Been with her for almost 3.5 years. She is a perfect combination of stability and power. ❤❤❤
One of the best reviews I have ever seen. You covered all points with a crisp language. ❤
Got the 200 in 2019, NGL the best in the segment. The control, The pick up, and the most cool thing THE BRAKING, It is no doubt the best in the segment. Be it ghats, city, highways it stands out everywhere. The only drawback I feel in the top end. But no doubt the best bike I have driven so far.
Are you prajwal from cmbc group?
Its a good bike but I would say the braking could have been better, the abs motor on the bike feels funny to be honest !
holy shit! got goosebumps at the start and the end of the video. incredible video, love the quality of the content and the videography(and everything else) was spot on. felt like am watching someone on powerdrift's channel. hope you reach 100k+ soon.
all the best.
Thank you so much for all your love and support …glad you loved the content….more videos dropping soon!
Finally good motorcycling content from my hometown.
Thank you so much buddy ❤️😁
The production is top notch. Instant sub from me. Go ahead my brother. Great things are waiting for you.
Thanks a lot mate…..much love ❤
Mine 200 2016 model bs3, 40k kms, once its started its feels like new, i love that punch apache have❤
Thumbnail was so attractive that I thought it's from TVS official channel.
Thanks a lot🤯
Bro, i think its your 1st video uoloaded on TH-cam. Your video contains detailed information, best editing. So keep posted more videos on your channel & grow 👍❤🎉
All the best 👍🤠
Been using for 4 years🔥.. Always love to ride because of the exhaust sound.. Mahnn 💥💥💥nothing can match with it in 200segment
Nothing beats that exhaust note in the category
Finally a calm satisfying bike reviewer from Siliguri...❤

I just wonder how come you’ve just below 300 subscribers man! It’s my first time I ever witnessed a man who can put every details of bike like a movie with amazing scene and the music! I wish you goodLuck for your upcoming days man! I would love to see you making videos of TVs Ronin 225 soon.
Love from Nepal ❤
Thank you so much bro…will try to get my hands on a ronin if possible…and then let’s see !
Have same beauty with me since last 1.5 yrs, Have ridden for around 20k km , its absolute joy to ride, I would suggest adding iridium spark plug which enhances the fuel burning rate as a result the acceleration is more compared to stock, and the only downside I feel is stock tyres, once you change them, its a absolute 💎❤
Best video quality 👌 with clean talk. Keep working bro, many more are in the way ✌.
Thank you so much bro….keep loving…more videos coming ❤
how come you only have tiny numbers of subs? the production quality of the video is so high. #underrated
Because this is my first video, and a I have posted it only 5 days ago ! More videos coming soon…do stay tuned. And I appreciate all the love 🫰
Beautiful presentation of TVS RTR 2004V by you Shubrojit. Kudos to the photography.

FIRST OF ALL, I would appreciate the landscape you have covered for this video. 2nd ly the quality of this video is perfect.

Positives aside, as this channel is new, I felt to share the feedback.
1. Have clear segments of discussion, e.g.
(A) Styling (shortest section) with little walk around to show the components, features;
(B) Engine, NVH, Gearing and Cruising speeds (speed @ rpm);
(C) Ride/suspension (cover compression, rebound, more importantly damping), ride quality (flat, bouncy etc at different speeds);
(D) Handling, suspension behaviour in sudden lane change & panic braking, wallow, actual panic braking performance using the ABS brake(s) (braking distance from speed in Kmph) etc.;
(E) Mileage;
(F) Short comparison with rivalss and how it fits in the segment;
(G) After sales ownership service, service intervals, expenses etc.;
(H) Verdict, whom is it for?
2. Do not dwell too much on not so relevant areas like seat height, low engine compression so can run longer (does not make any difference in real life) etc.
@@FinanceMadeEasy-TH appreciate it ✊🏽
Great content Shubhojit Da, explained so nicely and super videography indeed. Couldn't expect anything less from you. ❤
Thank you so much bhai 🫰
Excellent review of the bike… very good video.. everything you said in the video is correct except the service part… keep up the good work
Nice video . I own 1604v i have done 15000+ kms loving it . But tvs needs to look into their fit and finish quality and service. and app is of no use . Only one day i used that's it. I suggest if can skip Bluetooth skip it
Yes the app is glitchy at times…and service quality also need some improvements
Top notch review video. Being an Apache owner, everything was relatable.
Glad you enjoyed it so much, thank you ! 😊
I own a blue one 💙. Best in every manner.
Thank you Bro. It is shame TVS hasn't given even an aesthetic update in years. A small correction, the 160 4V was introduced much after the 200 4V.
Thank you so much for the correction….please stay tuned for the future videos
Oh toh ye hai tumhara channel
Maine subscribed kar diya bhai ❤

It's been 2.5 years... completed 30k kms in stock😊 the best motorcycle in the market...

I don’t know bro 😭
Even though i have slight differences in opinions, Iam happy to see an English review(er)!
Glad you liked something 😁❤️🫰
1st video and it's too good ✨
Thank you so much mate…means a lot 🫰
Fantastic video. Why don't you make more. I would love to see your opinion on other bikes too. You are so prescise and informative
I will soon….stay tuned !
It needs a USDs like 310s
Waiting for that
There is a price for everything ........why don't you just buy the 310.......it's because you poor but greedy man who want every facility with very less money.......begger mindset
Thank you so much for speaking English brother
You're not a bigshot ... but damn you're putting so much work here man ... Appreciate it
You’re right, Im nobody, but yes, it did take us a month of shooting in the rains to complete this video
Owner of the bike bs6 200 4v with different headlight + modes 4 year 2 mnth And I am writing this review use this machine for miles I am happy with it but tvs part quality is not good and they have worst service centre ..so guys before buying first look for good service centre then you can go for it..[one more thing its good for city but in highway u will feel it under power] now my bike has many problems like mono shock etc 😀 ❤ but its my 1st bike of my life that why i kept it for secondary ❤till now
দাদা তোমার videography অসাধারণ 🙌🏻। Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much bro 😎
@@shubhojit_ghosh 😊
Good review, every point is covered well. 👍👏
Thanks so much for watching!
I own an Apache 200 4V BS4, and after covering 31,000 km, I wouldn’t recommend this bike. My experience with the service centers has been disappointing-tried three different ones, but the mechanics were either careless or lacked the necessary skills. Additionally, the bike has poor resale value. I would recommend buying Royal Enfield bullet.
Excellent presentation and nice video quality
Did u think the tyre size it offers in front and rare is good enough for stability as a 200cc bike, where Hornet offers segment best tyre size. In order to churn out milage it compromises over tyre size and stability and safety,..... It offers 90/90 size tyre in front which makes it unstable in potholes in city roads.......what is your take in this respect.
topic aside, i love the quality of the video and the different shots you have taken. may i ask what are the songs you have used in the video?
the quality of the video is gr8 just need to work on video stability which could me solved by a gimble or just in post as ,uch as i know you can use stabalize feature in after effects to stablize footage . reqally impresed by your skills budy
Thank you so much bud, It is my first video and the videographer’s too ! We are continually working to provide you guys with a better experience, each time we post something new 🫰
I have bought it after watching this video,it is going to delever on 11th November
Best bike for off-road on roads highways. Just needs for topspeed and 1 more gear to compete with NS
Great and beautiful narration.
And very dramatic in style
First of all India and Bangladeshi Riders think that top speed is main so they judge like oh! Rtr 200 has less top speed then ns 200 😂 so ns is better in every way...just like that they don't care about practically...
Top speed is just a set of digits on your speedo that shows the capacity of the motorcycle in a straight line….and nothing more…
@@shubhojit_ghosh that's the point brother, please talk about this point on you next video..
Can you review Triumph Speed 400 ? Really liked your review, it was really engaging and I didn't have the urge to skip it.
Let me check if I can manage to get my hands on one
Glad you loed it so so much buddy ❤️🫰
I want to buy the RTR2004v but I need the seat from 1604v. Is it possible to swap out the entire rear tail + seat with the 1604v?
I don’t think that is a possibility
U earned a subscriber 🙌🏼 well done🎉

Agreed, still bike defenetly need a facelift.
Agreed, I feel the design and some components definitely need an upgrade !
but i have one dbout as i am planning to buy rtr 200.. one year or 2 yrs down the line what if the modes dont change.. some technical problemm does that hapen?
great content! keep up the work👏
Thank you so much 🫰
I am confused between xpulse 200 4v and rtr 200? i want for city ride and occasion touring(i like touring) . i drive scooty now and this will be upgrade to bike first time.
Both are built for different use cases…would suggest you wait a little more…and then decide…
Hey, I currently ride a BS3 RTR 180 non-ABS. It is extremely rev happy and fun to ride. But the lack of refinement and ABS bothers me a bit. The vibrations are really quite a lot. (Also, I get a bad FE of around 25-27 kmpl). Do you think the RTR 200 will still be an upgrade over the 180? And also, the on-road price in Bangalore is close to 2 lakhs. Do you feel it might make sense for me to make this move? I have thought over it. But I'd still like to hear what you think.
You can buy Karizma xmr or Bajaj pulsar 400 ns
Great question bud, given everything you have just stated, I think you have ridden the rtr 180 for quite a few years now…and it almost feels like time for upgrade….however the 200 4v, in my opinion doesn’t make sense for you as an upgrade, I think, what you should be looking for is something around 2x the horsepower mark…that seems more like an ideal upgrade when you take motorcycles seriously enough and are trying to nit pick into the finer details of how upgrades should be done..So I would say, get something that makes double the horsepower of what your rtr 180 makes. The world has moved on, and I think you too should move to more capable motorcycles with time.
Hope that helps 🫰
Don't get the RTR 200 . I've got both the 180 BS3 dual-ABS and 200 BS6. The 180 has got better top end, and better agility(light-weight chassis, shorter wheelbase) , whereas the 200 has better NVH levels. To improve refinement levels of the 180, I have upgraded to certain things: 1: Iridium Spark plug, 2: NGK firing cable, 3: Liqui Moly Street Race 10W40 engine oil, with liqui Moly MoS2 shooter. 5: BMC air filter. Flush the engine with Liqui Moly engine flush and use Power petrol. Lube the chain well, and clean the air-filter every 500 kms. Trust me you'll feel the magic of the engine if it's in good condition.
After riding the 180 RTR, I test rode many bikes, but only the Duke 390 felt like an upgrade, and so got the latest 390 too 😅. People think I've gone nuts to buy so many bikes.
@@ShagH95 😂😂let people think what they want…always buy what feels like the best bang for your buck
@@shubhojit_ghosh True, my man. This is one of if not the best review of the RTR 200 available on TH-cam. Great presentation.
Really nice video. Could you make a similar video about the pulsar n250. And also its comparasion with rtr200 4v specifically about their performance on hills.
I will try to get my hands on an n250, lets see if I can manage to get one
I brought 200 4v last month, but i am getting tappet noise after riding 5km , tvs service center telling its common in the rtr 200 4v and its an charter of the engine, let me know if ur pervious model have the same problem and solution for it

13:20 sadly here in Turkey. TVS doesnt appear that much to customers. There is a company called UMA its the distrubitor. but they are very bad. very very bad. i hope TVS will change the distrubitor. in Turkey.
I hope they are seeing this
Beautiful review brother. Keep it up 👍
Can I buy rtr 200 second hand 2 years old model
Will I regret it or not. Reply me bro
Why not get the latest iteration whenever the company decides to make it available? I think eventually it should get an update…in the meanwhile, save up for it ! And get your hands on a new bike !
I own RTR 200 4v 2021 with 17000 kms in odo... everything is fine except seat hardness which cause back pain in 50-60 km long ride 😢 and fit finish issues
On the contrary, I have experienced more pain than ever on softer seats in the long run as my body kept sinking into the soft seat, the back kept hurting however, on the 200 4v, even on traveling hundreds of kms with a pillion, we both were pretty comfortable….but since it is an issue for you, I would recommend those memory foam padded cushions for bike seats…however I have over the years, usually seen softer seats cause more discomfort than not. But then, some situations are always in variation for every person. hope that helped 🫰
The best Indian ❤
I would say, still one of the best well rounded 200cc motorcycles in India
1st, How much we have to wait for your next video?
2nd, whats your opinion on the New Scram 440?
Not sure about the first question….working that out tbh….coming to your second question…its a tested platform and should do good in real world scenario but you will never know until you ride one….take a test ride and see if you feel connected
How is the after sales service of tvs in Siliguri
+1 for cinematography
Appreciate all the love ❤️
Dada ns 200 or apache 200 konta better
I dont ride this bike under economic speed and i still get around 38-40kmpl mileage in the city and somewhere around 40-42 in highway , i really wonder why you get 32 kmpl
Probably cuz Ive mostly ridden it on hill climbs
Long ride me kaisi hai? Sitting posture
Just perfect 👌🏽
Excellent writing ✌️
Big respect...🫡

For a family of 3 , rider plus 2 what is better between 200 4v / 160 4v / N160?
If Mileage comfort and ride quality are deciding factors.what will u suggest?
The N 160 will be a good choice given your requirements here

Many thanks to you my friend 🫰

Thanks a lot buddy….welcome aboard!
Awesome bike! Excellent potential!
A very versatile machine indeed
Bro,
The compression ratio of RTR 200 4v being 10.0 : 1, is regular petrol enough or does it need petrol like XP95?
@@narendrakakashimodi regular does the job but when you’re in areas unsure of fuel quality, carry octane boosters with you
Do you suggest pulsar ns 200 over this , as in 2024 upgrades it had led headlights and better wider tyres
If you ask me, the ns200 or the rtr 200 both haven’t really received major upgrades in the last few years except for the ns getting a digital dash and led lights and a USD setup
Engine wise, nothing has changed really in both motorcycles so it merely boils down to your pick in terms of which of the two you feel more connected to !
Great review man
Hello Brother please suggest between Apache RTR 200 4v vs Honda Hornet 2.0? ( Which is good for a longer view) I am a beginner and I am learning the bike on sp125
You can choose the 2004v without any issues

Bro I'm 6'4 😢 are there any bikes for me in 200cc segment
@@GSEDITZAMV any particular brand you are looking into ?
My generic suggestion would be the KTM Adv 250 or 390
Try the Hero Xpulse and Honda CB200x. They may not have the highest amount of power but they are amazing for tall people like ourselves.
Else, try the NS200 as it is pretty tall.
Is it capable of carrying 2 persons (each weighing 85 kg) on hills like Darjeeling, Tawang etc?
Waiting for your reply.
It can easily carry you with your mentioned pillion and rider weight, however there will always be areas, especially steep climbs where you might feel the need of more torque to climb a steep incline(extreme conditions) however, my suggestion would be to wait a little more……✌🏽 you never know what they are cooking at Hosur!
