William Tyndale translated most of the Bible into English from Greek and Latin in the early 1500s. Most English Bibles we use today come from Tyndale’s work in some way. But before him a guy named John Wycliffe translated it from Latin to English in the late 1300s. Before then the Bible was primarily read in Latin, Greek and Aramaic. Which is still done by many Christians in certain parts of the world.
