I honestly had no knowledge how the window was secured prior to trying to push it out. But I figured it out real quick lol. In the full length video it makes more sense.
I think the key is to be driving while kicking.
I think you're right. Maybe try the kick while simultaneously crashing. That would probably provide enough momentum to pull it off.
In the movies they aren't doing it from the floorboard either.

What makes you think you could kick out a glued in windshield? People lawn dart through them every day and the urethane isn't what gives up...

You have to kick more in the corners not the middle
