- I hiked into the forest on this SOLO CAMPING trip I head deep into the forest to set up a stealth tarp/ hammock wild camp site. After getting set up I hike down to a nearby bay to forage for some wild food where I catch and cook a wild lobster before relaxing to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of Mother Nature.
Life at it's most simple.

I did a 5 day 5 lake canoe trip with a team of 3 canoes though Algonquin Park a couple of years ago. All island camping with the premise of early morning rise, push lik mad to get to the next island by noon and the the designated team would go trout fishing. We ate 4 great trout meals and one dried soup mix meal. Living off the land is fantastic.
That actually sounds like an epic adventure. I love fly fishing and trout, I’d love to do a trip like that with my son some day. 😌🙏🏼

When I was younger I'd wild camp on the beach, putting out night lines for fish, while gathering shellfish, eating sea spinach and cabbage was a total delight. As is this new channel

Everyone is good our end, thank you for thinking of us and I just love being out there, along our coast and in our forests too much to just stop.
My hope is that this channel was a fair warning to the animal activist types, if they migrate here to continue their fight, then I’ll happy reply with the gloves off, at that point they’re fair game 😬😇😇

There’s nothing like a cast iron camp oven pot thingy - I cooked a lovely roast lamb one time on an open fire camping. I don’t hunt it though!

If I could stick my nose in a little I would have cooker on the stump where you dispatched the lobster. Cooking high could be dangerous and being alone you want to minimise any risks you possibly can.

Carly is exceptionally fatigued and sleep deprived these days, but happy. Our baby boy is in much better shape today than he was a few short months ago and he’s growing stronger every day 😌🙏🏼

Could you have used some of the seawater to cook your lobster to save the fresh.
That’s a great shout and often I do, however we’d had some heavy rain recently and southwest water are notoriously relaxed about pumping sewage into the ocean after a big rain. 🤢

When we get our next boat I will definitely be fishing and hopefully diving although not so much as I'm nearly 70. Wouldn't dare put the burner on a log like that down here. Too many shakes and shimmies

Ok, I didn’t like Vegans before and I certainly don’t like them now. I just find them unappetising and tough to swallow.
Seriously I have just come from your other channel and I get it, some people don’t like how life really is. I get why you would start a new channel and it’s probably the right thing, BUT where are you, ASMR, we like you and your ramblings. Now because of the bloody minority it feels like we have lost all the good bits
Ha ha, I'll still be rambling for England on our main channel, but when I go solo hunting and camping, I like the fact that all the chatter in my head simply stops and it's just me a nature, that's kind of why I've decided to make the videos this way, not to appease anyone, especially any angry vegans, but more just to share something I love, just as I experience it.
I love the idea that someone on the other side of the planet gets to see and hear the sounds of nature in England, without my additional input. If anyone really wants to hear me speak, I talk the legs off a donkey over on Cadoha 🤣
