I was expecting him to dig into the rootball to make the inside roomier, but was surprised that it was only used to stake the roof beams into it. Which, will fail as the rain and elements eat at the rootball. Keeping the dirt off his face would have been an excellent reason to carve it back at an angle to at least make some shelves
Idk if this guy actually sleeps in these places he builds or if these videos are just for content but no matter how cute and whimsical they look, theres no way i would ever be able to sleep on that uncomfortable ground or wood beds, the backache alone would be enough to take me out ...not to even mention the bugs that would crawl on you. 😭

The stalk and cap is the fruiting body. Many harvesters use buckets with holes or net bags so the spores can drop as they are walking, thus distributing the mushrooms
