Here’s a better and simple set-up for the Default Boeing 737-800: Battery... on Standby power... on Ground Power/APU... on Nav lights... Steady... on Elec Hydraulics ... on Left fuel pumps... on Yaw Damper... on Window heat (not pitot heat)... on APU bleed... on FMC... programmed Fuel pumps... on Anti Collision lights.. on Engine 2... GRD 25% N2, cut off switches...idle (Repeat for engine 1) Start switches.. CONT Probe Hear.. on Engine hydraulics... on Engine bleeds.. on APU bleed… off APU.. off GEN 1 GEN 2... on APU gen... off
Just a minor annoyance. The APU is a small turbine engine usually located in the tail of most aircraft that utilize one. EGT on the gauge stands for "Exhaust Gas Temperature", measured in degrees Celsius. The markings are x100, meaning the 8 is 800 degrees C, etc. There are no "revs".

Hi Guys Ive followed a few videos on the cold and dark setup . I seem to be having the same issue on all 737 aircraft on xPlane 11 . When I turn on the APU the dial reads to 8 and bleeds off to a stable 4. By the time I get to the Hydraulic pumps all four are turned on but I'm getting Low pressure warnings from Engine one and Engine two. At engine start with switches are set to GRD but im not getting fuel flow to them. Even though the fuel pumps are turned on and engaged. Im assuming its to to the low pressure hydrologic pumps for engine one and two. Any advice would be really appreciated folks. :)
This is because you are on the zibo mod. having the APU levels go down to 4 on the EGT gauge is completely normal. This is to have the APU generator to run at a safe EGT level. and the Engine hydraulics would have low pressure because the engines are not started. For the engine start, you would need to have the APU bleed on and have the PACKS off. This is to prevent exhaust fumes to enter in the cabin while the engine is starting. I hope this helps
When the PACKS in turned on, compressed air (either from the APU or the engines) is redirected to the passenger cabin to supply air to the ventilation/air conditioning system. No exhaust fumes are involved in the process.😮

This probably wasn't the Honeywell APU since I didn't see the oil pressure warning at start up?
Tried this, and had some kind of massive fuel leak after take off and had to do a hard emergency landing. Not sure this video is correct.

Download the ZiboMod for the 737. It makes the default XP-11 737 as good or even better than the PMDG.
