Your twelfth point reminded me of a missing scene that very poignantly drives home the importance of friendship. During the Trio's visit to the Lovegood home, Harry finds that Luna -- always seen as an odd person with no friends -- had adorned her bedroom ceiling with the faces of Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, and Ginny; and had encircled them with adjoined circles composed of the word "friends" repeated many times.

The deleted scene with the mirror was kind of important. One thing I remember about it is he asked Dumbledore what he saw in the mirror. Dumbledore tells him he sees himself with a pair of wooly socks.
Harry knows this is not a truthful answer, but also that the question was extremely personal. This shows a maturity that is quite preciouses for an 11 year old boy.
