they filmed it in a way to make it look isolated. this place is not that far from civilization and you actually have neighbors kinda nearby. getting utilities, water, and other essentials wouldnt be a problem.
I've toyed around with designing houses, and this is the first question that needs to be answered. What utilities are available at the site, if any? Off-grid may sound somehow romantic to some, but really it's quite a headache dealing with the infrastructure needed to live comfortably away from utilities.
Exactly what I was thinking The video mentioned it "aimed for minimal environmental impact", because of the solar energy power?. But my pressing question was how did they get water, look around, it looks completely arid (no water?). And how did they get enough water to fill that enormous pool. I listened carefully throughout. The only clue I could guess, the video said that there was a town 10 minutes away. Is that the source of all that water. The architexture esthetics is all you say, but energy houses consider utilities too.
No they should have a remote that you can press a button to close a stone panel in the floor over it so you can walk over it like the rest of the floor when the pool is not in use.

The birds that may not see the house until it is too late, the security against unwanted visitors in such a lonely spot. Some others: no place for storage, no study or work area. this is a unique house! love the title of the house "Invisible house" or I would call it the "Camoflouge House because it blends in with the environment and you can't really tell it is a house from afar!
This home screams freedom, breaking down your normal inhibitions of privacy ! For some the sea,Forrest ,mountains or desert is for them . Sitting in that pool with a few drinks wow!
SHOCKING! STUNNING! FRIGHTENINGLY BEAUTIFUL! Only Ennis and Mikey can show this property to its fullest potential. They accent the strength and uniqueness of the building, while masterfully portraying its almost alien qualities.
This house is gorgeous but I only have one comment : the cable/wire management of the Television and the microwave/coffee machine etc is really what triggers me, everything is so perfect then you just get cable laying around.
one thing that is striking my mind is how are they able to fulfill the need of water in a deserted area btw a really unique and wonderful house , great work.
Props to Enes for making this house seem way more interesting & thoughtful than it actually is. I think he summarized it perfectly when he said it’s “like being on Mars” because it looks so inhospitable with hints of an otherworldly antisocial dystopia that exists solely as a monument to the arrogance of haute société elitism.
It's designed to be a totally unique vacation experience, not a permanent family home. The not so cozy, all glass design immerses the vacationer into the desolate environment giving it the surreal "being on Mars" feel, which is probably it's biggest selling point. If there were gardens, trees, grass, real walls and little homey touches, it would ruin the experience. Money aside, and inhospitable looking or not, wouldn't you enjoy attending a party there, or staying a few nights?
@@furryhoof647 it depends on the difficulty of reaching it. Is it just outside Palm Springs where it feels isolated but can be accessed for a big party on a Friday or Saturday night? Yeah, it’s cool enough. Is it somewhere in the desert near the New Mexico/Arizona border where you have to drive 3hrs to get to it? Probably not, but I guess if a group of people wanted to go on a wild binger full of all sorts of expensive alcohol and club drugs with lots of EDM over a few days then I could see the draw in that.
This house is arguably more visible then a regular house painted tan. It’s reflective not see through. So if you are looking at it from a distance it’s noticeable because it causes an anomaly to the surrounding landscape. Plus when the sun hits it it’s going to light up like a Christmas tree. Where as a tan house just blends into the land and doesn’t cause any anomalies to draw attention to it
My only concern is that it is necessary to have curtains or shades because at night, with the lights on, you are completely exposed. Great video as always
I agree with some of the other comments that this house works best as a short-term rental. If one were to live full-time in it, the furnishings would need a rethink and an invisible garage would be a must. I'm not sure the Joshua Tree area would have enough depth to hold interest for full-time residence. Cheers on another high-class tour, guys! I'm jealous of your lifestyle, which is a career in making me jealous of other people's lifestyles.
Interested in the mechanics of the house such as water systems, electricity and connectivity seein that it's off grid. I love when you guys show that. I always wonder especially when it comes to those mega mentions that are off grid
@@cheyanneeverheart Yeah, it was fleetingly mentioned that there is some sort of solar energy system hidden on the roof. But if it is a Minergie house was not explicitly mentioned. If it were, Minergie, the heating of this enormous pool could be deemed o.k.That detail is what stumped me the most, isn't a desert hot?
The coolest thing is the difference between the environment and the interior of the house. It was an amazing project's idea, I'd love to have this experience.
super awesome place to stay! i missed play ark survival so much, i used to play and build structure like this invisible house. so cool to see someone actualy build it in real world. awesome, really
Very unusual! Thanks for the tour, and those night shots were spectacular! Wouldn't want to be showering with the lights on at night if there are people walking around outside! lol
Not really. The music is way too loud! I have to keep lowering the volume on my soundbar when the music plays and raise the volume in order to hear Enes' commentary.
As a person with paranoia I'd love to have such a house at daytime, but would hate to have it at night. Pretty sure thought that adding electrochromic layer of glass on the inside would fix the problem. As for the rest of the house, it's incredible!!
Motorized roll shades would be sufficient, though. I'm with you, doesn't matter how few people come out that far, it only takes one creep and you can't see him because the inside is mirrored at night.
the music used in the background, the sound, the image quality, everything is great, you are one of the rare people who do their job properly, thank you very much for doing your job with such love
Very amazing place. Although I was curious about when it's at night, are the panel windows still invisible or does the different colored lights show off the home?
I would imagine that the location was a lot of the reason why it took so long. Getting all the material, machinery, and workers out into the middle of the desert, without any proper roads or anything, wouldn't be the easiest thing in the world. I'd imagine that most of the 6 years consisted of waiting inbetween spurts of stuff happening.
Enes is the only guy who could make me look at a house for an hour straight. Thanks Enes and his team for the effort you put on this channel. May Türkiye stay strong ❤ (edit: autocorrect changed “Enes” to Eren, sorry!)
I like the house. It doesn't need clutter or details, because the surrounding landscape is the art. I would expect a garage, however. Did they just forget to include the coffee maker, microwave, and toaster as wall units? The TV could have a custom cabinet made to hide the wires and box. Maybe they'll do all of this in the next upgrade. It's a bit funny to see two ovens, because every expensive kitchen must now have two ovens, but the cheap appliances on the small glass shelf, because renters actually want a functional kitchen.
This house really reminds me of that Netflix movie called ‘Intrusion’. I think this house fits the perfect scenery for a thriller. I do wonder, do they have any security? And is the house all see through at night? What if you have to shower? Lol
I can't help wondering what the house would be like in the summer time. Can it be kept cool enough or is the heat going to be too much for it. Also what's it like sitting in one of those chairs with the summer sun beating down through the mirrored glass? Even so it is a lovely place to visit, and the home looks nice too. ;) Some interesting ideas incorporated into the home design.
@@mpi5850 One would hope so but I've been inside behind some of those mirrored glass panels when the sun was beating down and I felt the heat from the sun even inside. So in a place like Joshua Tree it may be very uncomfortable in the summer time but great at other times of the year.
It would be nice to know where they get the water for the pool and the rest of the house in plain desert. Is there some kind of spring nearby? Where is the plumbing connected? Sorry if l sound ignorant, but it's hard to imagine living in a desert without guaranteed water.
Congrats to you and your team. This production is something special. Thanks for producing this videos for the community that loves real state at the top level.
This Is One Of Your Most Unique Tors Ever I Love the Poetic beginning to this tour And as always congratulations on the hard work that you and your team have put in.
There has *never* been a house you've shown that has actually angered me. This one does. As a resident of the desert (the MOST fragile ecosystem on the planet) for 30 years, this is the epitome of how people view their 'Art' as more important than that which they claim to 'try to preserve'. 12:30 this is not true in the least. I understand it is a trendy selling point, but it is untrue. I would like to know the HONEST number of dead birds the groundskeeper finds around the property on a regular basis. The very birds the preservation neighbors of this house are trying to protect. I would also be interested to see what the glare is like on a sunny day, not like the one in which you visited which was heavily overcast. Perhaps some of you are already aware of how the light reflected has significant changes on wildlife population. Perhaps the confusion reflective surfaces causes is something you are unaware of. This house pisses me off. I care about the local wildlife population FAR more than I care about this architects 'Art'. The words can be said over and over how it's 'environmentally friendly' but just saying them doesn't make it True. This house is NOT environmentally friendly. It is environmentally disruptive. But hey, it's a great place to take pictures right?
I just came to the comment section to see if anybody else was thinking about the wildlife. This house is terrible. Terrible for all living creatures, especially for birds. Also, it might also be a fire hazard during a sunny day if it reflects the light onto dried grass. I actually started fire with a piece of glass during summer just by reflecting the light when I was a kid. It shows only the massive ego of humans. 😢
I always love the quality of your videos, this one is no exception❤ One thing on my mind, how can they build a house that is so dangerous for birds in such a nature? I imagine birds being killed because they cannot recognise the mirror walls obviously..
I just left a comment saying the same thing!! I was scrolling through the comments afterwards trying to see if anyone else said this. Thank you for being someone who actually thinks about these poor creatures
While the risk is there, my understanding is buildings that reach to skyscraper level pose the highest risk to migratory birds that tend to fly at higher speed higher up, especially at night. The fact that this structure is built between hills, probably reduces the chance.

this is a unique house! love the title of the house "Invisible house" or I would call it the "Camoflouge House because it blends in with the environment and you can't really tell it is a house from afar!
This home screams freedom, breaking down your normal inhibitions of privacy ! For some the sea,Forrest ,mountains or desert is for them . Sitting in that pool with a few drinks wow!
This space looks like Mark Zuckerber's natural habitat, so cold and completely the opposite of cozy, just like a hangar with furniture.
My fear of being able to see outside at night would scare me so much in this house haha
black dude is so annoying
It seems peaceful to me
@@SpongebobsRippedPantme too bro 😊
afraid of ghosts appearing next to your window?
imagine being scared of the dark💀 are you six years old?
😂❤❤The Mirrored windows effects is so f-ing sick.
As an architect, it is very enjoyable to watch the buildings you visit. I wish the continuation of your success.
Many thanks! You too!
House should be sectioned off in some tasteful way. Also needs LIFE to it, so sterile and dull. Add color, add warmth, etc.
@@Av-vd3wk It's build just the way the owners wanted it. Others are allowed to set up a similar building and make the interior as they wish, I guess
not much architectural enjoyment in a huge rectangular cuboid covered in mirrored glass
This house is shaped like a giant reflective mobile home.
SHOCKING! STUNNING! FRIGHTENINGLY BEAUTIFUL! Only Ennis and Mikey can show this property to its fullest potential. They accent the strength and uniqueness of the building, while masterfully portraying its almost alien qualities.
Ennis?

thank you for the kind words!
A luxury shipping container with The Hills Have Eyes outside. I like it.
Enes tebrikler, ciddi isler basariyorsun. Video bastan sona harika!

This house is gorgeous but I only have one comment : the cable/wire management of the Television and the microwave/coffee machine etc is really what triggers me, everything is so perfect then you just get cable laying around.
The cable wire ? Ok
Agreed
that's what I thought, the house is really cool but the furnishing is just horrible
All I can think about are those boulders! 😳 The paranoia in me sees them coming right through the glass and taking me or my guests out! 🤣

one thing that is striking my mind is how are they able to fulfill the need of water in a deserted area btw a really unique and wonderful house , great work.
Really interesting home
Did you notice a sound or smell from the pool?
And what’s the blue structure we saw outside the primary bedroom?
It needs ceiling and wall acoustic treatment. There’s so much reverberations in that space
Helps stop there being more than one conversation. So zen.
Amazing Property. How was it inspired? What type of glass? Absolutely fabulous...
Props to Enes for making this house seem way more interesting & thoughtful than it actually is. I think he summarized it perfectly when he said it’s “like being on Mars” because it looks so inhospitable with hints of an otherworldly antisocial dystopia that exists solely as a monument to the arrogance of haute société elitism.
jeez monty !!
" the arrogance of ( elitism ??)
breath in breath out .
@@paulburke9198 thanks paul, I’ll try
@@mabybee Exactly. This place should come with hallucinogenics and a full time lifeguard/bartender/model.
Absolutely wonderful, thoughtout home 🏠. The interior is classy and exterior architecture is seamless.
This house is arguably more visible then a regular house painted tan. It’s reflective not see through. So if you are looking at it from a distance it’s noticeable because it causes an anomaly to the surrounding landscape. Plus when the sun hits it it’s going to light up like a Christmas tree. Where as a tan house just blends into the land and doesn’t cause any anomalies to draw attention to it
To be fair, it’s invisible at night. Just the house though; not what’s inside of it.
Great for weekend gateaways, parties and such but too sterile. Interesting concept and architecture.
My only concern is that it is necessary to have curtains or shades because at night, with the lights on, you are completely exposed.
Great video as always
The cinematography and professionalism in each of these videos are ❤️🔥
thank you so much! you're too kind!
I see many videos of TH-camrs about this house telling it’s not comfortable at all
Interested in the mechanics of the house such as water systems, electricity and connectivity seein that it's off grid. I love when you guys show that. I always wonder especially when it comes to those mega mentions that are off grid
They probably have a solar panel system where they just need the sun to power everything.
@@cheyanneeverheart Yeah that explains power if they have a battery, but what about water? Do they have to truck it in? Is there a well nearby?
@@cheyanneeverheart Yeah, it was fleetingly mentioned that there is some sort of solar energy system hidden on the roof. But if it is a Minergie house was not explicitly mentioned. If it were, Minergie, the heating of this enormous pool could be deemed o.k.That detail is what stumped me the most, isn't a desert hot?
The coolest thing is the difference between the environment and the interior of the house. It was an amazing project's idea, I'd love to have this experience.
Same ❤
This is undoubtedly the most unusual house I've seen on this channel so far!
super awesome place to stay! i missed play ark survival so much, i used to play and build structure like this invisible house. so cool to see someone actualy build it in real world. awesome, really
These videos always make my day better ❤️
You are so kind
Very unusual! Thanks for the tour, and those night shots were spectacular! Wouldn't want to be showering with the lights on at night if there are people walking around outside! lol
This place requires a certain type of personality to really appreciate it. It feels both luxurious and spartan at the same time, in a way.
11:21 would’ve been cool to see the basement area and the guts of the home and how they hid everything.
The filming, editing and music selection are incredible!
Bill did you hear that ? C'mon Suzanne is nothing. Let me go outside and check.....
Motorized roll shades would be sufficient, though. I'm with you, doesn't matter how few people come out that far, it only takes one creep and you can't see him because the inside is mirrored at night.
@@n0rbakn0rbak38 it's all jokes until you are right.
@@1st1anarkissed I agree, electrochromic glass would be too much and too expensive as well.
@@1st1anarkissed The creep could be 100 yards away with a telescope. At night, it's a good house for an exhibitionist.
the music used in the background, the sound, the image quality, everything is great, you are one of the rare people who do their job properly, thank you very much for doing your job with such love
This song was already turnt but here’s a bell
Very amazing place. Although I was curious about when it's at night, are the panel windows still invisible or does the different colored lights show off the home?
the fact this project took 6 years is insane, its is literally a rectangle with mirrors for walls, thats it.
@@amthatwasnoooo i got reminded of my toxic comment from only a year ago THE CRINGE

This would be a good setting for a thriller movie
Not thriller, but it does look from some futuristic apocalyptic setup.
Enes is the only guy who could make me look at a house for an hour straight.
Thanks Enes and his team for the effort you put on this channel. May Türkiye stay strong ❤

How many birds fly into this a day?
Not that many, mostly rocks I imagine. :)))
Isn’t This Where Yeat Shot his “Get Busy Music Video🤔?”

AMAZING! However, i would be a bit concerned about one of those MASSIVE boulders crashing down in case of a storm or something.
This house really reminds me of that Netflix movie called ‘Intrusion’. I think this house fits the perfect scenery for a thriller.
I do wonder, do they have any security? And is the house all see through at night? What if you have to shower? Lol
This is the setting of yeats get busy song 😂 mans air bnb’d it.
So awesome to see you doing so great with over 3 million subscribers. Love your vids.
thanks for the support!
Surely for that price they have taken that into consideration. How exactly that would be done I am not sure though. Looks very unique though
The glass no doubt reflects the sun’s heat.
@@mpi5850 One would hope so but I've been inside behind some of those mirrored glass panels when the sun was beating down and I felt the heat from the sun even inside. So in a place like Joshua Tree it may be very uncomfortable in the summer time but great at other times of the year.
@@nanoflower1 I guess; The glasses are specially produced and are heat-proof. Or the house has a good air conditioning system.
I'm pretty sure the AC unit on this house could freeze your balls off
Lots of privacy during the day, but at night, anyone can see in if you have the lights on, apparently. Hopefully they have some blinds for nighttime.
It would be nice to know where they get the water for the pool and the rest of the house in plain desert. Is there some kind of spring nearby? Where is the plumbing connected? Sorry if l sound ignorant, but it's hard to imagine living in a desert without guaranteed water.
Some people said that it isn't that far from civilization, hence connecting to public utilities such as water shouldn't be a major issue. Who knows...
If you are looking for something different out of ordinary, this is the place. Mind blowing levels of architecture and engineering!
Congrats to you and your team. This production is something special. Thanks for producing this videos for the community that loves real state at the top level.

Question Enes or Mickey,
Is the glass bullet or shatter proof?
This takes "don't throw rocks at a glass house" to another level💯✌️
I love the architecture chapter! please do more of them! :D
Nice and private during the day…but definitely turns into an aquarium at night! 😂
Yeah and what if the stones fall into the glass house 😂😂😂😂
Bu kadar güzel bir ev görmedim, muhteşem bir fikir.
Shotgun Betty - absolutely agree with every word you wrote.
Thank you so much!!! EXACTLY!!! This house is an example of how incredibly selfish humans are. Fireworks is another example 😢
Огромное спасибо за труд !!! Потресающий дом !
Мне тоже понравился!
I always love the quality of your videos, this one is no exception❤
One thing on my mind, how can they build a house that is so dangerous for birds in such a nature? I imagine birds being killed because they cannot recognise the mirror walls obviously..
I just left a comment saying the same thing!! I was scrolling through the comments afterwards trying to see if anyone else said this. Thank you for being someone who actually thinks about these poor creatures
I asked myself the same thing!
While the risk is there, my understanding is buildings that reach to skyscraper level pose the highest risk to migratory birds that tend to fly at higher speed higher up, especially at night. The fact that this structure is built between hills, probably reduces the chance.
