I am not a religious person myself but I really enjoy seeing you discuss your spiritual journey. Seeing somebody finding peace through spiritual connection or reconnection makes me so happy. You might be nervous to share these things with a secular audience but i, for one, am openly supportive of you and your journey.

Tati, I will admit that I was starting to loose interest pre-pandemic with the whole makeup “arms race”. So much excess, so much competitiveness, it was turning me off, though I’d watch you consistently. Hearing about your changes, your transformation, along w the makeup and skincare, has been fresh and new, and so interesting!! Thanks for sharing your journey!

I often times put one of her videos on when I need some background noise to doze off to. It sounds like I'm saying they're boring 🙈, but her videos really are so calming and I know there aren't going to be any big noises or transitions or anything that'll make me jump.
I'm from Iran. When you left, I gradually noticed a vacancy. There was no one to sit in front of the camera on the other side of the world and teach me how to deal with myself and my feelings. The image of your channel is related to makeup, but the words you say are like a warm, friendly hug. I hope you have as much peace in your life as the honesty you have always had towards us. ❤️

@@AussieChick48 religion is weird. It's different for everyone. It's really more of a personal breakthrough that people credit God for. Just depends on what kind of religion person you are. You can be a toxic greedy Christian or a helpful and loving Christian. Unfortunately the extremes get all the attention when the majority of people are totally chill. Kind of like politics.

"Peace on my soul" is exactly how my faith feels. I lost my dad to Covid this year, and despite the heartbreak, I feel a peace in my sadness. ❤

My grand father is very very sick. Not covid but he’s in a complex care home and they think he will go this year. I understand that feeling, when he does go, I think I will feel a lot of peace in my sadness as he isn’t in pain anymore. I’m so sorry for your loss and I sincerely hope you and your loved ones are doing ok, and healing. ❤️
I also lost my mom a year ago from COVID. my guilt i still feel for not being allowed to be with her during her final days was gut wrenching.. i have finally also made peace with what was out of my control.

My daughter (who is now 10) has always been totally obsessed with makeup. Like, since she was 2. Your channel has been a safe place for us to enjoy the art of makeup together. You never curse, you're always encouraging and uplifting. I appreciate you ❤️
You are right. I go way back with watching your videos, and you have always been that “safe place” for me. And it’s crazy to think what I have been through the last few years, health, relationships, I outgrew a lot of youtubers and social media in general, but you have stayed for me, it almost feels like you’ve “been there for me” through everything.
Tati, I found you when I had my first baby, which was unfortunately one of the lowest and loneliest times in my life because of my severe post partum depression. Up until that point in my life, I had never felt beautiful or worthy of anything. I never knew how to do makeup or anything like that before and I learned how to do pretty much everything through you. During those nights I would cry next to my baby, unable to sleep even when he was sleeping, because I literally just wanted to die. But your videos got me through so many sleepless nights. Makeup helped me focus on something for myself when I felt like I no longer had any control of my body. It was something that helped me feel beautiful. Now, I don't necessarily need makeup to feel beautiful but I've come to really appreciate it and what it did for me, for what you did for me. I've always resonated with your kind spirit and never once did I see it waver, even during the lowest times. Whether you decide to be on TH-cam forever or suddenly drop out of it all, I hope you know the positive impact you've made on so many of us.

Personally, I watch you because you're the first person to actually get me interested in make up in a way that I vibe with, you're not trying to put on a persona, you're not kissing the asses of certain brands, it's just authentic and from the soul. It felt like for the longest time you had to be a true girly girl/guy to 'get it' but you broke so many myths and barriers. Keep being yourself

Tati I just adore you. Even though I'm an atheist, I still thoroughly enjoy hearing you speak on your rejuvenated faith because it's helped guide you to a level of inner peace that sounds like you've never experienced before - but you express it joyfully *and* respectfully, without coming off "preachy" or "judgey" (at least in my opinion). You certainly have the right to express your faith however you wish but I do appreciate it's in such a way that doesn't alienate anyone with different beliefs (again, imo, in case some may feel otherwise). 💜💜

I'm an atheist as well, and what I appreciate about Tati (and Zabrena) is that I'm not made to feel like I'm less than or that something's wrong with me because they have faith and it's just not for me. They walk the walk as well as talk the talk, which more people, regardless of religious belief, could stand to do more of. I don't care if other people are religious, that's between them and whatever deity they believe in, but I do care when they use their faith as a cudgel, and neither of them do that.
I was SO sad when Tati was gone. I knew she would never see them but I DM'd her on IG everytime I thought about her (which was quite a few times). I wanted her to know there were people checking in on her and hoping she was ok. I hope she knows how much we care ❤ 🙏🏻

I just want to encourage you in your faith journey. I can see a joy in you that has been missing and I just can't tell you how happy I am for you. I've gone through a lot with 28 joint and spine surgeries over the last 11 years; and I can't imagine how I'd still be here if it wasn't for God. He is awesome and He is a miracle worker. So funny that you mention not being able to write. I'm a blog writer for faith content and through 2021 I could not write anything. I just felt like my voice was sucked away. I do feel like I'm beginning to feel the Holy Spirit stir me to start writing again. I will pray you can find your voice through writing again. Big hugs girl!

I was saved by God in 2012. It is such a raw and self revealing time. I felt convicted by everything I said and did and so much more loved than I ever had. Thank you for sharing....💕 I personally adore hearing personal testimonies and I will rejoice the day you share yours. God breaks you down to humble you and builds you up with him as your foundation. It's the most beautiful relationship you will ever have the joy to be a part mof.

I’ve always loved how genuine you are!! Years ago and now. Hearing you say “I’ve been saved!” made me emotional. You have been so raw and genuine in your trials last year. Thank you for that. I understand the tears. I played the flute very seriously until 2005, when our town flooded and my flute was submerged. I finally had the money to get it repaired in 2019, and trying to get back what I have lost has been humbling, to say the least. I struggle with sadness but know that keeping with it in some fashion is better than letting it go forever. Your time to okay and sing will come again. ♥️
To answer the question why I and probably some other people watch you: It feels like playing with make-up with a bestie. You give off a vibe in wich you are true to yourself. You're not acting, like some other youtubers. And I love it! Always be you! You're so funny.

I too have had a nightmare of a year, I lost my mom to cancer this summer she meant the world to me. And literally a couple weeks after saying goodbye to her you came back to TH-cam and you were a beautiful distraction from everything ❤️

I'm happy Tati is finding her peace through a spiritual awakening but I don't think Tati's purpose is what you're excited about. I love that Tati shares it with us but at the same time I hope she doesn't go overboard with it. I honestly hope she won't do more than simply share parts of her journey with us. Wow. I teared up with you when you were talking about 'follow the author of the universe'. God is so powerful and I am so thankful for His grace and unconditional love. I've had so many trials amd tribulations and throughout it all, I know I can trust His divine plan.

How would I get saved or begin a happier life by god? I don’t know how to word what I’m trying to say but hopefully I don’t sound too dumb. I’ve always prayed and felt like I had a bit of a relationship with god but my life has been so full of anxiety and depression and some pretty traumatic moments. I just want to get happy and live life without being afraid of everything and without always wondering why I’m here and who I am.
Start by turning your eyes to God, we learn about him through the Bible, who He is, His qualities, what He hates and what He loves, when we are too introspective and self-focused we can’t have peace.

Pain and feeling lost takes away our passions. I’m an author and I hit a spot like that. It took me a year to revise a book because picking up my computer and opening that page physically hurt. You get it back. I promise. It comes back different tbh. It’s deeper, more emotional. But it also hits others harder.
Tati, 2022 will be your breakthrough year. You are almost at end of all suffering and feeling like you are under the water, not able to catch a breath.
