Hello! Can you do a video about your hair? Your highlights and how you styled it to achieve the style in this video? Inquiring minds would love to know. Thank you! 🥰
CHANEL Le Volume mascara. Using it every day and it's still performing great after 6 months!! Never flakes, never smudges,no matter if it's-1 or 35 outside.
For over 10 years I have used the Lancome Hypnose-Drama WP mascara. I have not found any other mascara to replace this one. I use the waterproof version all year round (I heard the non wp version is rather different, but I did not try it). As someone with hooded-downturned-oily eyes, non wp mascara transfers horribly to my eyelids, and leaks and smudges under the eyes. True raccoon eyes are not a pretty sight! And to clarify: my summer months last a long time, and this mascara does not budge 3-4 months at 35°C on average. It does not flake, at all! This mascara also holds a curl like nothing else. My lashes are straight and pointing down. I curl them, and the mascara holds the curl all day long. Also, it gives volume without looking clumpy or as if you have something stuck on your lashes. I use a two-phase oil-based makeup remover for the mascara.
Same here darling. I have searching for replacement as it is quite expensive. Haven't found it yet. I live in a tropical climate, my lashes are short and straight. Not a single mascara would help except Lancome Hypnose Drama WP (for my oily eyelid). Use it for more than 10 years.
@@stephgb422 The Lancome waterproof mascara could also be a pain to remove, but I use an oil-based two-phase remover. I soak a cotton pad with the remover, lay on the lids for half a minute to a minute and swipe the mascara off.
Givenchy changed their formula recently and getting a lot of negative backslash, apparently the new powder version is not the same, its shimmery. Love Armani foundation. I have oily combo skin and the way I make it work is use the Danessa Myrick blurring balm as a primer, Victoria Beckham, pencil in the color bronze is my go to one and done eyeshadow, no brush needed, use the sponge tip to blend out. Haha Labs Foundation is also great and I believe will become a classic like Armani. MAC lip liners is my favorite. Great video as always!
For over ten years I keep using the Shiseido DEEP CLEANSING FOAM. The best. I have tried so many products to wash my face and I always go back to my lovely Shiseido.
I have one of the Summer Fridays lip butter & I agree, it’s wonderful. I’ve really been enjoying Merit Beauty makeup lately. I’m 45, have dry skin, I occasionally have hormonal acne, & have really been struggling with my makeup not looking the same on my skin as it always had. I decided to try Merit Beauty after looking around at quite a few different brands, & so far, I’ve been very glad I chose them.
I ordered the Givenchy Prisme Libre Poudre and cannot wait to receive it! Thank you for the recommendation. I read that the older version of this product is better than the newer version so I sought out the older version.
I’ve tested so many foundations in my life but only one is my all time fav- Clarins everlasting youth fluid. Its texture is amazing, so soft and gentle especially when applied with a brush. Actually the foundation isn’t seen on face, only healthy, glowy and luminous skin.
I am also obsessed with....Victoria Beckham's quad shadow in "TUXEDO". The very BEST velvety, high high pigment, luxurious, long long lasting, easy to blend, elegant shadow quad! Plus...a gorgeous thin metal leopard enamel compact. So chic!
I’m also a huge fan of that Tuxedo quad, the formula is drier than I prefer but that color story on my blue eyes is unrivaled, and the compact is timelessly beautiful! The only thing on Ali’s list that doesn’t work for me are those Satin Kajal lines though, they never dry down on me and therefore smudge as the day wears on, must be an outlier because so many people love them
I love Summer Friday’s lippies and believe that their strategy is extremely successful. Anyone who tries that, loves them and because the packaging is finely sized , they use it a lot. I use my Summer Friday’s all the time including before the sleep and at night when I wake up . Congratulations on as amazing products as yours!!! THE BEST!
I LOVE the saie beauty translucid powder !!! You would love love love it. Also the merit beauty complexion stick on top of the haus labs foundation looks AMAZING! Also the saie beauty cream blushes are insanely beautiful!
My tried and true (I am mature at 54 and have textured skin) Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation. Never ever fails. It is glorious. Not dewy. Not detectable. Great coverage. It is NEVER talked about on social media. Also I just received the Westman Atelier concealer - I love it. Concealers on me are a no no no. I do not have dark circles but I do have fine lines that must be hydrated and throughout the day and I find that concealers and powder simply tend to dry that area.....not Westman Atelier - dream product.
@@tjeannine99 you're very welcome. If I don't remember wrong, it was the KGD "Maifanshi Aqua Foundation" therefore very light, I suppose. Sooner or later (depending on my finances!) I'll try also the one you're talking about, i.e. the Moisture Foundation, as well as a "Clé de Peau" foundation, that Andrea applied on a beautiful lady of our age...about a month ago. Bye-bye from Italy!
@@leonorabruno84 I have not tried the cle de Peau but I cannot recommend the KGD enough. I know it's pricey. I think I paid $90 plus tax for it but it has been worth every cent! It is stretchy, hydrating but not shiny or dewy. It's like a hidden secret.
Once you mentioned the YSL mascara I knew I have to try your recommendations! This mascara is the best makeup product I bought in 2024 and my sensitive eyes couldn’t be happier! Thank you! I love love your videos and your authenticity
First of all, LOVE your polo shirt 😍🫶🏼 second of all, this video made me realise how many of those amazing products I purchased because of your recommendation and now they’re also my tried and true! ❤ another thing that I can add is Victoria Beckham lip liner in number two! I cannot live without it it’s that good! Also a drugstore blush that made me to not buy any other blush, and that is the Max Factor Creme Puff Blush in Nude Mauve! It’s soooooo good and the colour is so beautiful!
Luminous Silk Glow Liquid Bronzer Drops (formerly called Liquid Summer) is the MOST BEAUTIFUL bronzing product I’ve ever used. I have never heard anyone talk about it.
Both Abh lip liner and vb's eye liner I've purchased because of your recommendation, the lip liner I now have many colours of, and tend to wear them as lipsticks, with a gloss on top. The eye liner is something else, it's basically an eye shadow, I use both daily
Two products I absolutely love and hadn’t heard much about them are the Dewy Drop foundation from Surrat (low cover but leaves and incredible skin) and the saga shimmer from LH cosmetics (small palette but the most fine and fabulous effect on the lids)
Chanel Le Volume classic formula is the absolute of mascara - the one and only, nothing compares. And Laura Mercier “Secret Camouflage”. The name says it, it’s a cream concealer that covers imperfections completely with the thinnest layer, it’s so natural finish that it makes it undetectable and it stays. Also you can use it forever because it’s a lot of product and it never goes bad. I’ve been using it for like 15 years and if I had to throw away all the cosmetics except one box, I’d keep this one without thinking
I prefer Lancome Juicy Tubes to Summer Fridays lip balms. I like my balms a little thicker especially when my lips feel chapped. And I just love how the juicy tubes coats my lips. I’ve been wearing it since my auntie introduced it to me in my early 20s. I’m now 42. 😉 I also love wearing Guerlain kiss kiss bee glow lip oils at night before I sleep. I don’t buy those for the color becuz the colors barely show. I buy them for how they make my lips feel.
@@sueemmelheinz9701 How can you tell if the travel size is the old version? I can find the older version in the larger size but haven’t found a way to distinguish the smaller version. Is there a new ingredient I need to avoid?
My most favorite product is Tom Ford Brow Sculpture in taupe, it’s well designed (naturally 😊) to use and comes with a refill so you’re never left stranded! I also would never be without Cle du Peau stick concealer but do use Charlotte’s, Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer for quick evert day, it’s very creamy and kind to mature under eye. For quick but always reliable radiance my Chanel Les Beiges healthy glow cream bronzer. A big soft brush sweep and an instant dewy finish every time. Since following you Andreea, I own many Anastasia lip liners and you’re absolutely right, they’re soooooo good. I used only Chanel lip liners before. However, I always have to carry a Chanel lip liner in my bag because it has a brush on the other end. If Anastasia would put the lip brush on hers it would be perfection, truly. For me racing from one thing to another some days and wanting to replenish my lip liner, having the brush means you can always quickly blend your liner down into the lip, add gloss and not look too heavily lined around your mouth. I don’t like blending with my fingers, when I’m on the go…..Please beg Anastasia for me 😘 You however are perfection 💗
You are the cutest ever. Your love for beauty is fun and pure. Your heart is so big. I love watching your content and feeling like I’m always learning. I fully trust your recommendations. Thank you for all you do for us!
For me it’s Chanel translucent powder ! Lisa Eldridge got me to try is and it’s the only one that works for me 15 years now! No matter what else I try I always get back to it ! I love the givenchy one for under the eyes but if I want the one power that does it all I always have the Chanel one with me ! Huda beauty and Anastasia concealers have been introduced in your videos and are also staples for me now !
This was fun! I think I have all these in large part because of you and love them too! One thing I reach for all the time is the Victoria Beckham bronzer, it’s so smooth on my 50 year old face, I can’t recall you trying it, but I think you’d love it too!
The One Size pencil eyeliners are the MOST long lasting, transfer resistant formula I have found for tight lining, which is the single purpose I have for eyeliner. The VB liners are great, but they can’t stand up to my eyes like the One Size liners can.
Armani Luminous Silk is a favorite of mine. I recently splurged with buying the Cle de Peau Radiant foundation, and I prefer it. I also love the WA Face Trace contour stick. Givenchy has changed their powder formula; lots of sparkle. I like the Lash Clash and have it in the brown shade. It doesn’t flake! I want to try the Valentino blushes! I currently love the Armani Rosy Peach liquid blush. Also, the Rhode blushes. Thank you!❤
I love dior 5eye shadow pallet. Maybe not enough for a makeup artist but as a non-professional, I find them easy to use and combine and they are very forgiving if you make a mistake. Plust tons of conbinations to choose from. Would love to know your thoughts.😊
Shows that I’m a big fan of yours when I have 5 out of 8 in my vanity case😍 Other products I love are Hourglass Ambien palette, Make up Forever HD powder forundation, L’oreal Telescopic Mascara, Fenty Killawatt highlighter in Cheak phreak and girl next door and the Lip compo with Mac Stripdown lipliner and Thanks its Mac Lipstick💄
One product that I absolutely love but cannot remember Andrea talking about is Hydra Powder by By Terry. I have repurchased the pressed one. I am in my mid 40s and have a combination skin. This powder mattifies the oily T-zone while feeling hydrating (!) on the dry parts. Really one of the kind. Last but not least, my skin is highly sensitive and it tolerates the powder well. I can highy recommend. I would love to know Andrea's and other followers' thoughts on it. Thanks!
Exactly! I like and use that "By Terry" product since many years (as well as others from the same brand). I also recommend you the "Sensai Translucent Loose Powder" (with natural rice powder among the ingredients) and - last but not least - a product I'm adoring since decades: the excellent T. LeClerq powder (invented by a Parisian pharmacist), that exists in at least a dozen shades, packed in lovely little tin boxes. Bye-bye from Italy.
Clarins double serum! Absolutely fantastic, specicially for demaged skin barrier/sensitive! It helps a lot if you are using retinoides. It never ever fails me! Btw, I stared using Sisley Rituel Le Baume Restructuring and Nourishing because of your recomendation and I am totally hooked! I do have wavy, very thick and coarse hair and this hair balm from Sisley is the best stuff for my hair, absolutely a holi grail. Thank you for all your recomendations.👏Love your channel Ali Andrea! 💕🎉
Love this video! My VB Cocoa eye literally didn’t last an hour before melting off even with a primer, and no other liners I’ve tried perform as badly as it. And it arrived with a sharpener that didn’t remotely fit the pencil - so wanted to love it but Lisa Eldridge is so much better lasting ❤
Thank you! Givenchy powder is my one and only and I love it, but they reformulated and apparently the new is horrible so I love the old formula too but I won’t be trying the new formula. You are the only person I watch that has the love of Valentino blush as I do. I don’t use any other blush, I have several colors and they are just the most beautiful!!!
Love this video!! I have many of these based on your recommendations and love them all. The one thing I’ve been sleeping on is the Valentino blush. I’m going to pick it up finally as I’ve lost count of how many times you’ve raved about it and this time has done it! 💓
Well, I feel like all the things that I use you already know about them, but... Rare beauty blush, both powder and liquid give an amazing performance. Also rare beauty volume mascara I find very good. I love mac strip down lip liner and Dior lip oil in rosewood. Also I love lip plumper lip injection by too faced. For eye pencil I do love Charlotte tilbury pillow talk, it was a color not easy to find, but now it seems that more brands are creating something similar. I am not good with bronzers but one that I like is good old hourglass powder bronzer. Lipstick: I do love a limited edition from Gucci that is a satin finish, very hydrating but also pigmented and build able. I love your advice,I think that out there, with a ton of content about beauty you are one of the most reliable and autoritathive sources for beauty advice. Thank you for doing what you do, love you!! 💕💕💕
I love GXVE 24 hour waterproof eyeliner, as well as Kulfi eyeliner. Both are great and stay put all day! My most favorite blush (and I’ve tried so many over the years!) is Tarte limited-edition cheek stain in Tipsy. It is simply the best! It gives my cheeks a natural hint of color AND lit from within glow, for a healthy youthful look!
I have the Victoria Beckham kajal eyeliner in Fig, which is enjoyable. I also love Lisa Eldridge's eyeliner in Night Forest, which is my go-to. I know you mainly do reviews of high end makeup, but I love Revlon's Colorstay Longwear lip liners. Lots of shades, go on creamy, and are truly long wearing. My favorite lipstick is Dusty Rose by Besamé Cosmetics. This is a cooler version of a dusty rose. My favorite cream blush is EM Cosmetics So Soft Blush in Venetian Rose.
I've used Givenchy Prisme Libre Voile Rosè number 3 for years. Now they took away the talc and added silica so now you will be glowy as a disco ball. What do you think of the finish on the new reformulation finish??? I personally can't use it under my eyes anymore with a powder puff or brush even lightly, and for the face...I'd better avoid any highliter or glowy based cream (as CT Flawless or the new Dior Starlight Filter) So basically hating this reformulation. For mascara, you can have the same exact result of the YSL lash clash with Tower28 mascara, the only difference is with Tower28 you only need 1 coat abd not 3 or 4 and that is very important when you have to go to work 7:30 in the morning.
When I am visiting my family in Italy...My must have...Diego dalla Palma...For lips...Il Rosetto The Lipstick Creamy Refill (18 shades) Ultra Rich Sheer Lipstick (10 shades)...Lip liner (17 shades)...Stay On Me Long Lasting Water Resistant lip liner (14 shades)...Nail polish...love all the nail polish products!
I love the GA foundation. Great shade match for me.

Ok your video started 5 minutes ago, is over 17 minutes long and have 45 likes already! You are very loved. I hit the like button as soon as I open the video.
VB kajal eyeliner was the only eye makeup product that stayed put on my eyelids without smudging/creasing in over 30 degrees humid Greek climate.12hrs wear and it looked perfect from morning till late evening.
Please do more like this. I love seeing what you really use often because that is what I will purchase. Of the products listed today the only one I do not have is the Valentino blush and I will be purchasing it soon. I do love the Westman Atelier blush stick too. I look forward to your videos every week. Thank you for sharing. Have a wonderful week.
I think the Clinique liquid liner is often overlooked! It only comes in black and brown, but it’s the easiest one I’ve ever used. Brush tip, sort of similar to the Too Faced one. I find the Clinique lasts longer on me.
I have bought most of these products because of your recommendations and I love them. I will also check out the other products you mentioned. What are your thoughts on the reformulation of the Givenchy Prisme Libre? I always keep the Chanel CC Cream and Natural Finish Loose Powder on hand.
Hello Andreea, I just got known your channel and I am amazed of all that I have learned in a short time. The product I would like to recommend, is the magnetic eyeshadows of artdeco. They are really soft and highly pigmented, last for long (using eyeprimer) and the best is, you can do your own decission which combinations are the best for you. There are emty cases for 3,4,6 and 12 shades you even can combine with blushes. To mention, they are for everyones budget. At least: many many thanks for your efforts and good mood! Greetings from Munich
Givenchy Reformulated that powder. Many of the Beauty influencers have already tried it and most of them hate the reformulation. Maybe you didn't know? But this powder can't be recommended anymore. It's not the same powder anymore. I love you! I love your channel!:)
Uhhhhh I saw that the Givenchy powder got reformulated and now is AWFUL, I almost cried 😭😩😩😩😩 Ali please find us a similar one that’s equally AMAZING like the Givenchy rose color 3 ! 🙏
I was utterly shocked to discover that the reformulated version bears no resemblance to the original powder. The difference is staggering! 😢 And what's worse, there's no alternative or dupe for the OG one, making this loss even more frustrating 🙈🙉
I actually have a few of these products and love them as much as you do! The VB eyeliners are incredible but out of my budget right now so- I use the pixi eyeliners in the meantime!
Not me getting Armani Luminous silk, VB eye pencils & ABH lip liner because of your love for them. I love them too they are go to's for a reason.
I also love GA foundation. Wears so comfortable on my skin but don't cone out cakey but just right amount of natural coverage.
Loved this review! So honest and detailed
Thank you!❤
Ești atât de frumoasă și fină, talentată, deosebită, rasată! Te ador, te urmăresc cu mult drag mereu și mă onorează că ești româncă!❤
I love dior 5eye shadow pallet. Maybe not enough for a makeup artist but as a non-professional, I find them easy to use and combine and they are very forgiving if you make a mistake. Plust tons of conbinations to choose from. Would love to know your thoughts.😊
I love love love Viseart eye shadow! Yes, they are pigmented, but they blend like a dream. I haven’t purchased another brand since I found them. 😊
Thank you so much! I was curious about what you have applied on your eye lids. Super chic!
Andrea! Just love you! There are so many of your faves that i have been using for many years too, stay true to yourself and your brands forever ❤
L'Oreal True Match Lumi Glow Lotion in all shades never fails. Also Clarins Instant Concealer is not talked about enough ❤
This is the video I’ve been waiting for!!! Thank you!! Can you do another with full face setting powder makeup primer and concealer??? Please!!!! ❤
I love your videos. I would love for you to talk about your favorite concealers. Thanks. ❤
Hi, love your recommendations. Try the Westman Altelier pink setting powder, I think it's better than the Givenchy one. xx
Sephora balms
with color are pretty amazing. Re- purchased a few times already. Never failed!!
Westman-Atelier bronzer is perfection ❤
Westman Atelier Blush sticks, Saie liquid bronzer is amazing and Charlotte Tilbury lipstics are always on top.
I just purchased again Luminous Silk, in 4.5 which has been my foundation for more than 5 years. I believe it is lighter than my previous one
I LOVE Diego dalla Palma makeup! The eyeshadows, the blush formulas are amazing..and yes my fave nail polish too!
The most reliable person to recommend makeup stuff❤😊
Luminous silk is just one love! ❤
That blush looks Stunning on you❤
I love the GA foundation. Great shade match for me.
The foundation i cannot live without: Valentino, and thanks to you for the recommendation, lipstick i cannot live without Shiseido! Mate formula but sooo comfortable, eyeshadow stick Laura Mercier ❤
One of the products I can never live without is the NARS The Multiple in Orgasm. I use in all areas of my face.
Andreea, have you tried Cle’de peau Powder blush duo. They are phenomenal!
Thank you for sharing your favs
Great video! 💖I would like to recommend you to try Hermes Bronzer…they are so beautiful! My current favorite ❤
Tried and true: the Nars under eye brightener. I use it as a concealer and its perfect and doesnt crease.
I think the Clinique liquid liner is often overlooked! It only comes in black and brown, but it’s the easiest one I’ve ever used. Brush tip, sort of similar to the Too Faced one. I find the Clinique lasts longer on me.
I bought this because of you, it is still my favorite. Us olive girls have trouble with foundations.
As always, your look glows. And this is great to see, your top 8. Thank you for this. ❤❤❤
Andreea I love the eyeshadow you're wearing! Please could you link it?
What are your top/favourite or most used ABH liner shades? I need a list!
Your hair looks gorgeous! Can you make a video how you style your hair and which products you use?
There are oder 100 shades available
Thanks so much Andrea ❤❤❤
MUA Erica Taylor says a good dupe for it is Doll 10 powder in pink.
Another influencer said the new Mario Surreal Skin setting powder is an amazing replacement.
Nikki La Rose did a comparison and the closest are Huda Beauty in cupcake or La Prairie #1
Thank you for listing the products in the description, great video! Beautiful as always 🤩
Can you do a makeup with the new dior foundation stick, contour, lilac/ rose blush/highlights, and the plan de paris eyeshadows? Thanks
Danessa Myricks- vision cream cover foundation, it’s my favourite and us it as concealer as well, but gives to most skin like look 🥰
I actually have a few of these products and love them as much as you do! The VB eyeliners are incredible but out of my budget right now so- I use the pixi eyeliners in the meantime!
Ordering the Valentino blush as you speak cuz I trust you and have everything (almost) from this video, using on my clients and myself❤
Not me getting Armani Luminous silk, VB eye pencils & ABH lip liner because of your love for them. I love them too they are go to's for a reason. Great video love your shirt and your make up look especially the eyes♥ I haven't used it myself but I heard a lot of good things about the Ole Henriksen lip treatment.
