great stuff! Im exaclty where you are! Same bearing broke and just completed my harbor freight vapor blaster and it is unbelievable on how it works. Keep up the good work.
Hi. Is there any play on the crankshaft? In my 2015 CRF 250, I feel slight play along the sides and slightly up and down. Is this how it's supposed to be?
Are there seals around d the various shafts that go through the case? If I fill the oils up the the correct levels oil migrate from the transmission side to the engine
Question - I see you left the water pump impeller etc in the case that you set off to the side. Do you replace anything in there and if so, how do you get that gear out from the housing after you take off the impeller?
Yes I did service the water pump seals and bearing but the footage got lost somehow. After you get the impeller off you just pull the water pump shaft out from the gear side then you can pop the seals and bearing out. Also check your service manual because the threads for the impeller might left handed/reverse
I'm not sure if the Wiseco kit would better but I've put wrench rabbit kits in the 2 current bikes that I own and race and I haven’t had any issues at all. I put one in the 04 CRF250 I build but I only put about half hour or so of run time on the engine before I sold it but I'm sure it running fine

Do you have a video assembling the CRF250R engine?

They were left hand thread yeah. Thanks man. I’ll order up some new seals :)
Loved these videos mate! Going to rebuild my 04 crf project this winter. Would you recommend that kit or would the wiseco kit be better? Thanks

I got the same kit you got. Is there anything else you recommend when I there? Chain tensioner? Oil pump? @@northernmx5973
