Yes, that's a very good observation. Also he would have continually hung out with people who were more vulnerable or weaker than he was and avoid people who stood up to him.
Hi Guys!! I just spoke to Detective Jay Carpenter by phone and let him know about this episode! I'm so proud one of our own detectives was deemed to be so skilled by your panel! So often news about the police is about how they screwed up (at times, rightfully so) but this is one where they did an excellent job! Important for the community and nation to acknowledge that. Thank you from a Waukesha local

The Waukesha Police, Prosecutors, Judge, and the people of the town were all incredible. I do hope some will agree to speak with the Panel. They had so many obstacles to overcome, and yet, did so with so much patience. It’s nice when the truth is on your side, and refuses to be overlooked.
Him complaining about his shoulder while there are people literally dead and children suffering through unimaginable pain and life changing injuries because of him is astounding.

He mentions the weird stuff so casually in passing, like they're everyday occurrences. I would love to be by a fireside with Greg and hear all his stories. He only mentions stuff that's relevant and then he moves right along like he didnt just derail my attention trying to invent possible context. I get the impression he's happier focusing on the subjects of the videos but I too would love Greg Story Time.
If you consider analyzing the trial, I’d love to see your consideration of how differently he treats women vs his treatment of men. His animosity towards women was visible. He valued his power, argument, and manipulation of them. The female witness who was a police dispatcher challenged him and he was aggressive and angry. There were two large male witnesses and he was absolutely opposite in demeanor. One was an exconvict that spotted his vehicle. That one was bold and confident and Brooks wanted to make a point, but caved instead of arguing. The other was a similar situation. He was profoundly different between the sets of people he subpoenaed. It typically correlated to gender.
He wants to dominate women because men make him feel inadequate, is my observation. The bigger and stronger the man, the more he backs down. The one detective he did try to square up with was about the same size as him but the detective was just telling facts and he never backed down from the facts.
This man made me realize it was possible to wholeheartedly hate another human being. His lack of accountability and the dishonor he did to the victims and their families in court was sickening.
When one hates another….even if for a split second….that person you “hate” has Control of you. You can “heartily dislike!! 😊….. but never give in to hatred.
Check Summer Wells video. Scott & Greg did an "interview." All the time Greg & the group say "if you know you're being interrogated, that's not always good." They go on to quantify how an interrogation can be like a conversation... w the interviewee totally unaware they're truly being interrogated.
Jeez everyone's getting their knickers in a twist because they've switched things around. We're still gonna get Kemper. Just next week. I love all the videos they post... The guys are awesome. They gel together so well and I've already learned so much. Be grateful they've posting at all. People think they're so entitled these days!
This was one of the most fascinating cases of deconstructing evasive behavior. When the guy is on the street spinning his stories, people don't have a notepad and get to ask follow up questions. You can simultaneously see why he was so successful on the street and how hopeless his style becomes when subjected to interrogation.
What struck and frustrated me the most in this interrogation and in the trial was that he never admitted to the crime, but he never denied it either. It was maddening.
WHEN JERK WAS ARRESTED HE WAS TOLD TO GET ON THE GROUND AND HE LAID DOWN HIMSELF. HE WAS NOT THROWN TO THE GROUND BY PHYSICAL FORCE BY THE POLICE. NO REASON TO COMPLAIN OF SHOULDER INJURY EXCEPT HE WAS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO ESCAPE CUSTODY IN MY OPINION.
He also was not playing to an audience when he was being interrogated. Don't think a male judge would have commanded more respect, though the dynamics would have differed.
Damn Scott! When everyone is so good and you go last so often, you're bound to end up with the scraps. You always find something pertinent to add though.. impressive!👍💙🐾🤗
He's "won" all the arguments he's ever been in, simply by talking at increased volume over time until the other person just leaves. I know people like this.
These are the most annoying, illogical ppl to ever engage in dialogue with. I call them “barbershop philosophers”- a bunch a loud talkers saying nothing.
Chase Hughes, you absolutely nailed it when you said "I think that this man has won every single argument he's ever been in with anyone, I don't think he's a moron". I firmly believe Brooks is an incredible narcissist and is very good at arguing. he gaslights, he redirects, he utterly exhausts people. We all saw it on display in court. He uses violent agression tactics when all else fails. Unfortunately for Brooks, our justice system is designed to prevent avoidant measures of delaying consequences, and he had no recourse for that. it was, if not exhausting, satisfying to see such an unrepentant monster be faced with a situation he couldn't argue out of.
I actually enjoyed listening to the judge tell him what she really thought systematically from beginning to end she left him with no wiggle room for appeal or overturning of anything. I love how she also reminded both him and his mother and grandmother that before the trial four different mental health professionals concluded that he was quite capable and knew what he was doing.
I really like how Greg talks. When he talks I immediately feel drawn in and pay attention no matter what I'm doing. Amazing demeanor to have as a teacher.
I burst out laughing when they walked out the room and the scumbag's shoulder was instantly healed. Unlike me who would still have been laughing when I walked back in the room, the interrogators kept their cool. - - I remember when Darrell mowed down those people who were just enjoying a parade with their families. It takes a special kind of evil to do something that vicious. He actually tried to play the victim in some parts of the video. - - I must be learning because I caught the body language, such as Darrell covering his stomach. -- Chase's idea of putting the CD on the table labeled "traffic video" was great! - - Another great show, BP! Love you guys!
We can't get enough of Brooks! Please do the trial, especially where he rolled his eyes during a victim-impact statement. Words fail. I just sat there shaking my head.
I wanted to put burning matches under his finger nails when he did that, when he pretended to pray or read the Bible and especially when he tapped his heart when the mother of the murdered wee boy was talking. His arrogance is such that he believes we'd think he cared and was sincere.
Two weeks ago I asked to see the Behavioral Panel break down Darrell Brooks’ body language and WOW! I am so happy to see this video. Thank you so much guys, I love your input!
The part where he pretends she wanted sex but he turned her down is preposterous. As if! Trying to act like he was being good and honoring the restraining order. He just gave her a "quick" hug. This man is incapable of telling the truth. One of the most despicable people I've ever observed.
Watched pretty much the whole trial...my God it was wild...this guy getting to interrogate the parents of kids he hit(he called them as his defense witnesses!) was the most stomach-churning thing I have seen in a long time.
Darrell "Every Day is Opposite Day" Brooks insisted that a witness that the prosecution was striking from their list MUST be called. It was a mother whose children were all injured. She braved giving testimony and on direct shared the awful details. When it was time for cross, an uncharacteristicly quiet DB had no questions. Such an ass. He made her come there because all he was interested in was "beating" the prosecution in an argument and didn't even stop to double-check who the witness actually was.
This is my first time watching these guys. I love their different perspectives and how they merge on certain points and see other points differently. I also love watching the nonverbal communication of these four. Interesting dynamics.
I agree that he's likely won every argument. He "wins" by verbally battering someone. He barely takes a breath and does rapid fire speaking. People have let him "win", just to shut him up.
That is what i was thinking, as thezmy were talking about that. Who wouldn't just give up because, who would want to listenbto that. Or for that matter, who would want to upset him. He shot at his own nephew.
Watching someone that murdered, maimed, and traumatised dozens of people - including multiple children - complain about a fake shoulder injury makes me want to puke.
As a retired corrections officer, I watched the whole trial and can tell you his behavior is the same as countless offenders I interacted with over the years. "With all due respect" Honestly watching it made my blood pressure rise. He hasn't been sentenced but when you're found guilty of 76 counts, 6 if those intentional homicide...this guy is going to be corrections officers' nightmare for the rest of his life.
The only thing Brooks uses words for is to manipulate whoever is in front of him. I hope your retirement is going well and you’re getting some much deserved peace!
@@jeannette9900 because what I see in him is what I would call classic signs of difficult offender management. He's angry, belligerent, hostile and manipulative. Offenders like this often act out violently but at unexpected times.

please do his trial you could see in the trial his hate for woman, his girlfriend, the DA and his lies are very obivious in court as well. I Need a closure to this trial.
The shoulder popping thing is so annoying when you think of all the elders and babies laying in hospital beds fighting for their lives because of what this demon did.
You know it’s a great interrogation when the criminal doesn’t want the interrogator to leave the room..if you haven’t seen the end of this interrogation, you should..to watch this cocky, lying guy crumble as he figures out they know he drove thru that parade was riveting. No there isn’t a confession directly, but he knows they know . The trial was CRAZY. I was hoping you’d do this one. Great show and to the vets on the panel and in the chat, thank you for your service.
I just made that same comment before I read this. I was a little disappointed. It was just his interrogation since his behavior during the trial held a wealth of ridiculous body language.
Careful lol, he does NOT CONSENT TO BEING CALLED THAT NAME. I watched the last week and a half or so of this trial and then realised I was reading him just like you guys taught us!! I thought I was too thick to learn some of this stuff but I guess subconsciously it’s sinking in lol
What has made him so successful is talking so much he wears a person down . That's the reason for all of his courtroom antics. Wear the judge down to delay the inevitable and get his way .
He tried to claim he was injured when they arrested him, he clearly didn't know the whole thing was recorded showing he laid on the ground all by himself. They never roughed him up.
As an NCO in the Army you deal w this mindset often…it’s micro to macro and vice versa…it has no specific game plan…it just tries to always keep the undercurrent of evasion while feigning a frustrated compliance. It’s only hope is to establish a lack of clarity, all while it understands that it is firmly in the grasp of the system….
Two things I want to say and I haven't even finished the video..I'm so glad your doing this guy! First - Chase said 'undetected lying is rewarding' and it blew my mind. I have a step-family member that lies and manipulates constantly. We all know it. He has been called out many times. Unless its important or impacts others, we let the BS pass. We continue to be nice to him because its keeps the peace and for his mother's sake who we do care about. Every so often through the years, I can see that he takes the nicey nice treatment and the fact that some lies slide by as a go ahead that he can start his manipulation again. Its like he was rewarded for all the times we didn't call him out. ie. - His truck was hit by guy with no insurance (he actually ran it into a tree), he helped his sister buy her car (no, his mother paid for the car). But once he says something to me that is patently a lie and pisses me off and I call him out and HE IS SHOCKED! Its truly amazing to see his face fall when he realizes that he isn't getting away with this one. He thought with all the 'rewards' of his lies being allowed, that it was no holds barred...let the manipulation commence! Nope. So for my second point, I take issue with the idea that Darrell Brooks has probably gotten by with lying and manipulating because he is with people who are not smart or are 'medicated'. Yes, he most likely gravitates toward people who let him get way with his lying and they may be not as quick for whatever reason to pick up on his lies at first but even children can figure out when someone is always lying to them. There may also be those who have cared about him or, as in my case, about his family member and they've let things slide (as described above). I'm not saying its healthy or a good thing. I just wanted to offer a different perspective. Even narcissistic lying pieces of human waste can have someone who loves them. Don't ask me why.
Thanks so much for covering this interrogation. I've watched a good bit of the trial purely because I couldn't take my eyes off the train wreck occurring LOL I'd love to see your reactions to the trial!
Mental health is NOT an excuse. I have mental health issues and I don't go around mowing down people. His sad excuse of a mother and grandmother have no excuse either.
Please! Do the trial, especially Brooks cross examining Det Carpenter. That was fascinating, you could feel the antagonism through the screen, from both of them. Great analysis.
So glad you are doing this guy. It will be wonderful to see him in a "different" way once your video is finished. I am sorry some people are upset that you changed things up. Weird. Why do people feel entitled to things? We are not entitled to anything in this life. Things can be taken away or given to us. Its up to us to decide how happy or miserable we want to be when things change around us and maybe try not to drag others down if we choose the later. Not to mention how something like this video might help give closure to victims. If we can stop thinking only about ourselves I think this life would be a little bit easier. Ok, off the soap box ;)
I just finished watching a fascinating talk by Daniel Goleman in Intelligence Squared. All about emotional intelligence and how to self-regulate. Something a lot more people need to learn perhaps!
I think there's an element of that. Plus he probably mixes with people less confident than him in their sense of intellectual capability. So they back down in the face of his" superior knowledge." That's why he was so angry with the Judge and Sue Opper because they ARE brighter than him so won't back down, so he goes to stroppy teenager mode " it ain't fair" and the insults to the Judge( how you even a judge). And then his overriding arrogance in the interrogation that he has to tell the agents he had to tell Erika he wasn't going to have sex. He needs the cops to believe he's a sex god
I was thinking the same thing. He's not even good at arguing. He just talks and talks and talks and talks. And a lot of his talking is an attempt at gaslighting and he's not good at that either.
Yes. I was married to someone like this. It just becomes not even worth trying to advocate for yourself, let alone argue, because they'll always manage to "win" in their own reality.
GREAT! Can you please do the trial too?! How about when he was hiding behind the "fort" he built and computer screen and all we can see are his eyebrows and forehead? Pleeeese???🙏. 🙏🙏. Such a narcissistic, manipulative abuser!
this episode is almost a year old, but gosh, i hope you guys revisit the trial. it was such a spectacularly wild ride, and while it's not necessarily novel, his sovereign citizen defense is entertaining.
What really entertained me was he banged on about how his rights were violated throughout - and completely missed the fact that he took away his own fundamental right to competent counsel by representing himself when he's a complete idiot
Darrell Brooks got 6 consecutive life sentences & 1,000+yrs (mostly consecutive) for this. He played dumb throughout the trial. He's an evil man and never would've confessed. He fell back on the lie of him being a Christian throughout court. He rolled his eyes at almost every one of the 30 victim impact statements. He ONLY cried whenever it was his turn to talk (ie he sacked his legal team), crying about what he's about to lose. He was abuse to witnesses, victims, the DA, the judge, etc. He pulled the unwell, sick, in pain &/or injured throughout this entire process. He was never going to confess... EVER! He's an evil POS. He was obnoxious, rude, interruptive, boasting of himself, and lied, lied, lied. He NEVER apologised (just a flippant one at the end because his grandmother told him to, but he didn't really). This was a bad example (although I wanted to see you guys go over this interview). This guy showed no remorse. The judge absolutely threw the book at him. He's possibly the guy given the longest possible sentence in modern times. He spoke for 2hrs - je loves his voice - to wrap up his sentencing statement. It was boring, the crowd was walking in & out of the court - it's the first time I ever heard the doors open & shut repeatedly. I wished I'd not stayed up (ie here in Australia) to watch it, but had gone to bed & watch it on replay. This guy was shocking. His behaviour... wow. His rage, his needing to be in control all of the time & wanting to have attention all of the time... but he's not got a mental health issue, but a social/behavioural issue. He's got 6 life times & 1,000+ yrs to think over his behaviour (not that it will change) and he's got to use all of his prison monies to pay back the $100,000's monies he owes to insurance, victims of crime & to the courts. But next, he's off to face the trial of running over that same former ex with that same car - the very reason he was put on $1,000 bail when he ran over the people in the Christmas Parade. Everybody hopes he rots in jail... despite him falsely claiming to be a Christian. He's evil personified.
it is truly a textbook example of what a violent narcissist looks like when he has his control revoked. It truly made me realize watching this, that he's no idiot, and that's possibly more frightening. Clearly, the methods of avoidance he used in court that he, literally and legally, could not get away with were things that would be extremely effective in manipulating, say, a teenage girl. He argues, he gaslights, he dodges the question to make it about an argument he thinks he can win. and when those methods don't work, he becomes dismissive, then violent. I am entirely confident that had Erika brooks not been with her wonderful friends that day, she would have been murdered by brooks, and god forbid, he might have gotten away with it.
Well said! He actually knows verses in the bible and uses them to exploit his evil. Truly a piece of garbage the way he acted throughout the trial and the victim impact statements as well as his mother and grandmother speaking on his behalf. I saw his hearing yesterday in Milwaukee and he was strapped in a wheelchair. Don't know what that was all about but I'm sure he knows his antics will not fly with a male judge. I'm surprised he has lawyers for those charges.
@@Ann-kg1zd - I loved that he was strapped into in a wheelchair. The only thing missing was a gag in his mouth. Brooks either acted up before this preliminary hearing, or else they saw the Christmas Parade trial, and decided that they'd get onto him from the start. This charge, while serious (& poor Erika for having to face Brooks yet again - she already had to face him twice, which seems bizarre, as witness for both sides) isn't as absolutely severe as the one just ended. That judge (God bless her) had to make sure to give him enough rope to hang himself, but also to not cause any issue so as to trigger either a mistrial or allow him to win an appeal. Hopefully, his behaviour was so obnoxious & he was allowed every opportunity, and his rights not crossed, so that there's bo wriggle room for either for an appeal or to win an appeal. She had a huge job on her hands, for the sake of everyone involved. Yes, in any normal circumstances, he should've been restrained & gagged to stop his antics. Again, I loved seeing him strapped & bound in that wheelchair. It certainly meant less guards having to be with him at all times. Again, poor Erika... & always being called his "Baby Momma" by him. Also, before I forget, that judge wasn't going to allow Brooks to dismiss his (new) legal team this time - what a fiasco. But Brooks in that wheelchair also looked deflated for the first time. At least everyone knows what to expect of this guy if given any chances. And re his quoting Scripture... even Satan can do that, as he did to Jesus, misquoting Scripture in order to tempt Jesus to sin during that 40 days in the wilderness. And not everyone who calls Jesus "Lord" will be saved, because there's a difference between lip service (as we saw with Brooks) and a genuine relationship with Jesus. Christians are to be known by their fruit. It's obvious that Brooks serves himself... and by extension (& re the 'fruit' of murder, violence, chaos, lies, etc) Satan. Praise God that justice was served in court this week... and will in eternity, too, on Judgement Day.
I have been obsessed with the vids on the trial! I binge watch every news channels videos and this guy is a piece of work. He has rants on repeat daily, he constantly asks for proof (but where’s his proof?), is that lawful law, is that a judicial determination, he wants the Judge and prosecution’s law licenses (certified!), he gets copies of the Judge’s signed oath!? (3 of them!!) I can’t understand how he was allowed to disrupt the trial DAILY!! PLEASE DO THE TRIAL!
Im embarrassed at how obsessed i am! I love seeing the arrogant narcissist get put in his place, held accountable to rules, and not allowed to pull the bs thats gotten him this far in life.
He’s won every argument before because he was a grown man “dating” a child. He’s a bully and she never stood up to him. If she pushed he got big and loud and she shut down immediately.
@@philae05 A feeling that it isn't quite over until he is formally sentenced. The consensus is that he should get 6 life terms without parole and appx 700 years for the other 70 charges. He should have saved the community some agony and copped a plea. But no. Freaking narcissist.

He’s not bipolar. The judge went through his current mental health assessment during his sentencing. He has extreme personality disorders such as antisocial and/or oppositional personality disorders.
Do you trust all mental health professionals, I may have done along time ago, until I realised they did diagnosis on ever changing reference ranges for the same diseases, so you could be 0.1 and your results show abnormalities, but they won’t diagnose you for the things that affect mental health. Look up the reasons for mental health, what hormone glands, family histories of both sets of parents, symptoms, and vitamin and minerals deficiencies.

That one was bold and confident and Brooks wanted to make a point, but caved instead of arguing. The other was a similar situation. He was profoundly different between the sets of people he subpoenaed. It typically correlated to gender.
ABSOLUTELY! 👏👏👏💚
He clearly hates women
He wants to dominate women because men make him feel inadequate, is my observation. The bigger and stronger the man, the more he backs down. The one detective he did try to square up with was about the same size as him but the detective was just telling facts and he never backed down from the facts.
@@killerdonut252vaughn7 I forgot about the detective. Good point!
This man made me realize it was possible to wholeheartedly hate another human being. His lack of accountability and the dishonor he did to the victims and their families in court was sickening.

I would love to see Greg and/or Chase in interrogation interviews of their own to see you guys in action!
Check Summer Wells video. Scott & Greg did an "interview." All the time Greg & the group say "if you know you're being interrogated, that's not always good." They go on to quantify how an interrogation can be like a conversation... w the interviewee totally unaware they're truly being interrogated.
You should do another Darrell Brooks video analyzing his behavior during the trial itself. Lots of strange behavior.
He was completely insufferable most of that trial, even into the impact statements today.
I so wish they would
Would love to see a body language breakdown of his final statement in court. It stunned me to see how sincere he acted while lying to everybody.
Spidey did one. ❤
Absolutely
Bullshitters are actors who don't get paid!!!
Jeez everyone's getting their knickers in a twist because they've switched things around. We're still gonna get Kemper. Just next week. I love all the videos they post... The guys are awesome. They gel together so well and I've already learned so much. Be grateful they've posting at all. People think they're so entitled these days!
The only reason this guy has won any arguments is because he's infuriating and nobody can stand to deal with him for too long
lol true. I would argue that's not winning; that's people letting him THINK he's winning.
This was one of the most fascinating cases of deconstructing evasive behavior. When the guy is on the street spinning his stories, people don't have a notepad and get to ask follow up questions. You can simultaneously see why he was so successful on the street and how hopeless his style becomes when subjected to interrogation.
On the street they act like they believe him, even if they dont
Right... giving people the Crazy Angry Eyes look doesn't work in the courtroom as well as it does on the street.
My grandpa always said .. tell the truth and you won’t have to remember a thing.
I would love to see The Panel talk about the trial of this incident.
What struck and frustrated me the most in this interrogation and in the trial was that he never admitted to the crime, but he never denied it either. It was maddening.
He never will. His type will *never* admit guilt. It is always someone else's fault.
Please do the trial! ive been checking to see if you were going to cover it. It was mind blowing!
Me too!!!! PLEASE!!!! Make it long and delve into all of the craziness.
He’s way more respectful on here than he was to the female judge he def has a thing against women
He also was not playing to an audience when he was being interrogated. Don't think a male judge would have commanded more respect, though the dynamics would have differed.
Please do the trial, too! Great job on this.
Yeeeesss! Pleeeeeaaasssee!
Yes 👍
He claimed cops threw him on the ground when he was arrested and he got hurt. He got down on the ground all by himself. Then was hand cuff
I’d love to see the panel’s analysis of the trial. So much going on.
I'd watch an analysis of the entire Brooks trial. It'd probably take about 20 years to get through, but I'd watch it.
😂
Me too. Every minute!
"He's bright enough in the self medicating crowd". Loved it! Thanks Mark. I'm gonna pinch that phrase.😀
You hit the nail on the head with "he utterly exhausts people" and that's how he has won arguments in the past.
He's a bullshitter. We used to call ppl like that "jive-ass mother fckrs"
I actually think he would have shut right up and demanded a lawyer.
DB hasn't heard a thing another person has had to say in his entire life. He.never.shuts.up.

I watched a bit just to practice
The part where he pretends she wanted sex but he turned her down is preposterous. As if! Trying to act like he was being good and honoring the restraining order. He just gave her a "quick" hug. This man is incapable of telling the truth. One of the most despicable people I've ever observed.

I only have two words after watching the whole trial: Box Fort.
Watched pretty much the whole trial...my God it was wild...this guy getting to interrogate the parents of kids he hit(he called them as his defense witnesses!) was the most stomach-churning thing I have seen in a long time.
Yes. I was literally yelling at the screen I was so angry for them having to endure that.
I’ve never been so sick to my stomach watching something! But I couldn’t look away!!!
It's called gaslighting
This man really thought he was going to talk his way out of killing 5 people for literally no reason
Hate crime against white people
6 ppl, 7 yrs old Jackson Spars was the last one to die. He died at The Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. 🙁

Can you explain why he will be a nightmare? Very interesting what you are telling us. Thank you.
@@jeannette9900 because what I see in him is what I would call classic signs of difficult offender management. He's angry, belligerent, hostile and manipulative. Offenders like this often act out violently but at unexpected times.

Behavior Panel,
Will you guys put a video together covering the actual trial? It is unlike anything I have ever seen (or could have even imagined).
Agree 100% It was something unimaginable
I just made that same comment before I read this. I was a little disappointed. It was just his interrogation since his behavior during the trial held a wealth of ridiculous body language.
Careful lol, he does NOT CONSENT TO BEING CALLED THAT NAME.
I watched the last week and a half or so of this trial and then realised I was reading him just like you guys taught us!!
I thought I was too thick to learn some of this stuff but I guess subconsciously it’s sinking in lol
So funny, load of Darrell Brooks style reactions to Edward Kemper rescheduling!
What has made him so successful is talking so much he wears a person down . That's the reason for all of his courtroom antics. Wear the judge down to delay the inevitable and get his way .
He's like the family crackhead who bugs the hell out of you until you finally give them the $20 just to get him out of your face!
@IWILLgopostal 😅😅😅 I shouldn't laugh but it's so true!😂
Would love your take on his bizarre behaviour during the trial.
That would be good 👍🏾
Of course he’s loud. He over-talks everyone! We need to remember our place here. This is Darrell Brook’s world and the rest of us just live here 😐

I would love to see each of you as the interrogator in a real life interrogation (with comments).
Wish you would do parts of the trial….I ve watched it and can believe how he acts.
People he talks or argues with just let him win eventually to shut him up.
I think there's an element of that. Plus he probably mixes with people less confident than him in their sense of intellectual capability. So they back down in the face of his" superior knowledge."
That's why he was so angry with the Judge and Sue Opper because they ARE brighter than him so won't back down, so he goes to stroppy teenager mode " it ain't fair" and the insults to the Judge( how you even a judge).
As I watched this trial, Greg's voice was ringing in my ears, "The organism will do what the organism has always done."
this episode is almost a year old, but gosh, i hope you guys revisit the trial. it was such a spectacularly wild ride, and while it's not necessarily novel, his sovereign citizen defense is entertaining.

@@dorisoneal1323 Yes. A complete lack of insight! 😄
I love that Mark’s “hailp!” has been added to y’all’s jingle.
He wore his Mother, Grandmother, friends and other family DOWN. Wore them down. I have a friend that does this to prove how smart she thinks she is and everyone just gives up and lets her win. She has to be right. No matter what. I'm literally worn down and give up.
My daughter had an English teacher who did this in high school. She would talk in circles and use "educated" language to wear you out if you questioned her grading. Nothing she said made sense in retrospect but you just got tired of arguing and gave up and walked away.
I can’t wait! I was glued to this trial and I kept hearing the four of you in my head! Thank you !!
Me too! I can't wait to hear what they say about his hiding behind boxes on the desk, or taking off his shirt!
@@AmyPennsylvania I guess they are only doing the interrogation. I hope they do another one with his courtroom antics!
Omg I have been waiting on this! I watched this trial multiple times and kept thinking I know those guys have got to do one on Brooks!
Would LOVE to see you analyze Brooks’ closing statement. What’s with all the asymmetrical facial expressions?
PS - you guys rock!
Just saw a documentary about the death of Stuart Lubbock at Michael Barrymore's house....it was a really high profile case which still has no answers. Would love to see an analysis of Barrymore's subsequent TV interviews.
Yes I second this please 🙏
Did you watch 'Celebrity Big Brother' when Barrymore was on? He came across as a very mixed up, highly damaged human being. That 'accidental' death really screwed him up, unsurprisingly...
I think someone was recently interviewed or charged. Not Barrymore
