Can you make a video on making the molds i see how you be making the plugs out of styrofoam but what about the molds, love the videos awesome work you do
Really informative videos. Have you done custom headlights? Would be great to see you do a video on custom headlight assembly. I've seen the process done in various videos but haven't come across anything that covers the whole assembly (ie. vacuum forming the plastic cover, wiring LEDs, making the shrouds and other inner trim pieces)

I second the comment from Thomas, I'd like more behind the scenes on the way you fabricated the negative molds for the HVR50. They look "softer" than the other parts you've made in the past but eliminating steps saves $$$! It would definitely be cool to see some of those projects completed. What happened to the TRON bike? I know you're busy wearing out them 50-gritt cds but thank you very much for posting!
