    kia ora brother... greetings from New Zealand I admire your hard word and unique way of thinking.. I've always wanted to be car designer from a young age I'm 27 now lol and learn to build or mould a custom car.. unfortunately there's no jobs like this here in New Zealand.. I would love to become a apprentice of yours.. and take ideas and thinking to the ultimate level... unique minds are the future brother..

    It's going to take a very complex multi sectioned mold to be able to pull a one piece shell shaped like that out of... Are they using a fiberglass sandwich mold for their bodies or will it be a more traditional female mold with glass laid up on the inside by hand?

    • @ArmaAutomotive
      @ArmaAutomotive 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I asked for the complete body so that I can finish the surface to be uniform as one piece when assembled but it will be cut into panels that will be used for the moulds.

    • @ArmaAutomotive
      @ArmaAutomotive 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The front windshields have been made by a company called ProCurve Glass. They cost about $2k USD each plus shipping. The car is open source so you can download the windshield model and have any glass fabricator manufacture it as long as it has the DOT stamp. The rear may be lexan to start and I haven't sourced a manufacturer for the side windows yet.
