Ive got Thermalright AQUA ELITE 360 White and Thermalright Frozen Magic 280 SCENIC , both around £48 ,working a for a year now with no problems and really good cooling performance.
I purchased the Frozen Notte for £60 works like a dream keeps my 5800x3d nice and cool..also ultra quiet using msi centre also clips straight to the tomahawks fan mount so no need for screws or brackets.
In my country (Vietnam) and other SEA we bought this AIO a lot, the specs look amazing and it’s super cheap. This cooler is so competitive to NZXT Kraken and Deepcool Mystique
Looks really good, seen a couple of reviews on it. For the price it is very good, not as good as some, but then they cost a fair bit more money.. Great review, thanks Mike & Kath..
Well thought out unit and straight forward installation! Love the display with its magnetic mounting plus cable to mb. When you consider the build quality and pricing its no wonder they enjoy good reviews. I have an FS140 twin fan/tower and said it before does a great job but so heavy! These AIOs are more affordable and maybe safer for longevity of mb! Thanks for reviewing Mike and Kath, look forward to software review 👍
You can get temp displays on a Steele Series keyboard. For me, I am in a better position to see the display there, than stopping while gaming and looking into my case for that info.
Lovely looking. works great and alot of things with it. for a low cost. i'm not into Oletta water cooling. but this make me think twice 🤔 Thank you very much for the review 😀
I've just bought the Frozen Vision to put in my new build. I've had it out to inspect it and for the price point the build quality is phenomenal. As soon as I've got time she's going in.
Hi Mike! Another good review! May I ask if which is better? This or the ID Cooling Space SL360? Planning to switch to this one as I just bought the Space SL360. Please let me know. Thank you!
Nice video thanks for the review. i'm currently on a tough spot where i can either get this one or TH360 V2 (for 25% less) or Liquid freezer III 360 ARGB for abit more. what would you do in this case ?
yes the base is copper, and the temps are reported from the software so potentially could be a little out or misreported depending on the motherboard used.. and yes it is pretty quiet in use, although it is sometimes that thermalright AIOs can have noisy pumps due to impeller inbalance
Thanks for reviewing this mike. Ive been looking at aio's for sons pc he wants artic maybe this could be the cheaper option🤔 to cool the 5700x3d. He will be doing a few jobs over the summer hols to pay for one lol....
Great review, Mike! Looks like a heck of a great deal for an AIO. Thermaltake is certainly the budget friendly high performance cooling manufacturer these days. Absolutely awesome!
Hello, I am looking at the Mjolnir Vision 360, which is around ~$40 more expensive, other than the bigger screen, do you think it has more advantages with this one?
@@mikesunboxing Thanks. I went with the mjolnir anyway it's 83c max with 120w pbo enabled 7700 non-x. Quite bummed the software needs to be running because if you close it it would revert to the thermalright logo
Hi How is the pump noise? Also, do you know if the pump speed is locked? I normally use Deepcool, but their new AIO has a locked pump speed of 100%, which, in a quiet PC/night time, can be heard and sadly not slowed.
Going to get this Mike, building myself a Ryzen 7800X3D system. Just picked up a Fractal Design North 'Charcoal' which has the Brass colour elements (£80 second hand, but new in box), and the ASUS TUF Gaming B650 -Plus Wifi (£100 from the same seller), which is also a black / yellow colour scheme. Not strictly the same colours, but should hopefully look well together. Edit: Just noticed you're using the same mobo in this build, posted the comment before I got to that part of the video, nice!
Hi Mike, nice video and great review. I've been looking at AIOs recently and the most popular one (in terms of performance) is the arctic liquid freezer 3 360/420. However, some of my friends in China said the Valkyrie v36 amg is better than the lf3 (ignoring price). I've also seen some reviews from bilibili saying the lf3 is not even in the tier 1 category in AIOs. Maybe you should have a try at the v36 amg.
Hmm... 🤔 That AIO would be able to cool my 12th gen Geleron (46watts) with no issues. I'll look into it. 😅 Thanks for sharing Mike and Lady Kath. Take care all. Cheers
I noticed you put the radiator as an outtake, wouldn't that be a bad idea since that would push the hot air through the radiator which wouldn't cool your cpu as efficiently?
I'm currently using thermalright frozen warframe 360 white, connect the 3 pins but there's another 3 for rgb. The fan works just fine but the rgb doesn't show up. Should I buy pin connector for the rgb?
This is maybe easier to fix or at least advise if we can ask more questions and get direct answers, so feel free to join our Discord chat and we can go over it in more detail discord.gg/XtBTGQ6BDu Agree to the rules by clicking the emoji and you will get access to the rest of the Discord channels
you might have to mount it in the front with the tubes down the air stays on top and it will not work properly plus it will stop working in the future one more thing if you mounting the cooler on top the heat always go up so another bad position to mount yur cooler
that isn't true, as long as the pump head is lower than the highest part of the loop it is fine, it might gurgle a little more but it won't harm the pump as long as it is not at the highest point
Hi Mike I’ve brought one of these and nothing comes up on the screen, it’s a new build is that right?, will it come on after installing window?, I was just expecting something on the screen when connected. It’s connected to usb port on motherboard, I’ve tried both??
@mikesunboxing type A to micro cable? Maybe i buy a type to type c motherboard adapter to connect type c Case port and y will connect this to the 3.2 gen 2 type c motherboard connection, does it works on 3.2 gen 2 type c connection ?
Why would they? Them and corsair are doing thier best to be the apple of PC hardware. Lol That said I love my H5 flow. But the cooling stuff they sell can be insanely priced. Thermalright and Artic all the way right now.
I bought it aswell only thing is im not sure if it is oke that my cpu temp in idle 40/50 celcius (7800x3d) im not sure because my old 5600x with a kraken 240 my cpu was idle 30c
7800x3d does run hot at idle, sounds about right, you could try increasing the pump speed a little and see if that lowers it, but really it is around the expected temp
Hi i bought this aio and i can’t use the lcd screen and the software can’t recognize the lcd screen and on the screen there’s an usb image and sometimes the thermalright logo appears and an animation is freezing and don’t stop. I really need some help i think im gonna return it but i wan’t to resolve the problem
Looks like crap! But seems like a really good unit. Love how cheap displays are becoming in AIOs. Remember seeing this on an nzxt unit a few years back and my mind was blown.

thanks for watching and consider the other models as well in the thermalright range
Ive got Thermalright AQUA ELITE 360 White and Thermalright Frozen Magic 280 SCENIC , both around £48 ,working a for a year now with no problems and really good cooling performance.
thermalright are doing very well across the board at the moment, hard to recommend anything else really at these prices
Thanks heaps for the review mate, can the block be turned around so that the pipes come from the front of the case instead of the VRM side?
yes it can
I purchased the Frozen Notte for £60 works like a dream keeps my 5800x3d nice and cool..also ultra quiet using msi centre also clips straight to the tomahawks fan mount so no need for screws or brackets.
Good one Mike, thank you. Just bought an ID Cooling ZOOMFLOW 280 XT LITE and put Arctic 140mm fans on it.
need to get some id cooling stuff in, don't see that much over here
In my country (Vietnam) and other SEA we bought this AIO a lot, the specs look amazing and it’s super cheap. This cooler is so competitive to NZXT Kraken and Deepcool Mystique
thermalright are really killing it at the moment, good prices and wide availability with great performance
Looks really good, seen a couple of reviews on it.
For the price it is very good, not as good as some, but then they cost a fair bit more money..
Great review, thanks Mike & Kath..
Totally agree, for the money and the features this is hard to beat.
managed to pick one up for about 65 quid ($129 aud), my first ever time water cooling so hopefully it goes well

yeah these are really good value and it is hard to recommend anything else at these prices

Ps: did look it up.well it's not a low cost. it's 103,85€ 😲
For the money and performance against similarly priced air coolers this is a very compelling choice
I've just bought the Frozen Vision to put in my new build. I've had it out to inspect it and for the price point the build quality is phenomenal.
As soon as I've got time she's going in.
thermalright are on top form at the moment
Hi Mike! Another good review! May I ask if which is better? This or the ID Cooling Space SL360? Planning to switch to this one as I just bought the Space SL360. Please let me know. Thank you!
not used the space but from the feedback and my own experience the LCD screen can be a pain at times
amazing looking cooler. Can't seem to find them available for purchase in Canada.
try this amzn.to/4f9ZRov
Nice video thanks for the review. i'm currently on a tough spot where i can either get this one or TH360 V2 (for 25% less) or Liquid freezer III 360 ARGB for abit more. what would you do in this case ?
th360v2 all day long
Few Questions:
1) Is the plate copper material?
2) Are the temps accurate on the display? Does it get the information from mobo?
3) Is it quite?
yes the base is copper, and the temps are reported from the software so potentially could be a little out or misreported depending on the motherboard used.. and yes it is pretty quiet in use, although it is sometimes that thermalright AIOs can have noisy pumps due to impeller inbalance
Thanks for reviewing this mike. Ive been looking at aio's for sons pc he wants artic maybe this could be the cheaper option🤔 to cool the 5700x3d. He will be doing a few jobs over the summer hols to pay for one lol....
there are a good number od thermalright AIOs all at really competitive prices, definitely worth doing into them before you pull the trigger
Thermalright are killing it atm, just bought a bunch of AXP120 low-profile cpu cooler, those are neat.
That is one of the ones I want to try soon
I agree Thermalright is killing it, in a good way of course.
Those hi-lights are sweet for the 870e Taichi; I ordered both yesterday.
nice! hope you have an awesome build
@@mikesunboxing Thanks! I'm not big on the Unicorn noise.. going understated to overstate ;)
Great video Mike. You should try to test the Thermalright Frozen Prism 360 Argb against this one since the range of price its around 10£
I will check it out
@@mikesunboxing 👍👍
Very nice AIO ❤
Mike regarding the thermal paste. Did you spread it thinly and then added a tiny blob in the middle or am i seeing wrong?
yes that is my "new" method is combines the best of both worlds
Great review, Mike! Looks like a heck of a great deal for an AIO. Thermaltake is certainly the budget friendly high performance cooling manufacturer these days. Absolutely awesome!
yeah some really good value to be had here
Hello, I am looking at the Mjolnir Vision 360, which is around ~$40 more expensive, other than the bigger screen, do you think it has more advantages with this one?
other than the bigger screen i would guess not really
@@mikesunboxing Thanks. I went with the mjolnir anyway it's 83c max with 120w pbo enabled 7700 non-x. Quite bummed the software needs to be running because if you close it it would revert to the thermalright logo
Does it have the magnet on the pump or on the display ?
justr checked the magnet is in the pump, hope this helps
This looks like a BEAST and judging by your test and rewiew it sounds like it performs too. Nice one Thermalright and thanks Mike and Kath 🙂
yeah it is pretty impressive and easy to use and install. I can't speak for longevity but in general Thermalright stuff is pretty robust
Hi
How is the pump noise?
Also, do you know if the pump speed is locked? I normally use Deepcool, but their new AIO has a locked pump speed of 100%, which, in a quiet PC/night time, can be heard and sadly not slowed.
pump is pretty good and not too noisy and can be adjusted speed wise to suit
@@mikesunboxing Thanks for that.
Will the little screen show power usage?
not sure it was a while ago and the software is constantly being updated
Thanks! i definitely would buy this one. i hope they fix the software though
I hope so too, it is a good all round package otherwise

that system is going to look amazing with all the colour schemes blending so well

yeah you would get some very chilly temps with this
Every time I click on links from Amazon is US, it says "Not Available".....
ok thanks i'll look into that, thanks for the heads up
I noticed you put the radiator as an outtake, wouldn't that be a bad idea since that would push the hot air through the radiator which wouldn't cool your cpu as efficiently?
the hot air is also being exhausted straight out of the case and not warming up other components
Do you know the difference between the PRO version of this?
no sorry, probably just visual and the fans
I'm currently using thermalright frozen warframe 360 white, connect the 3 pins but there's another 3 for rgb. The fan works just fine but the rgb doesn't show up. Should I buy pin connector for the rgb?

Yeah it should be okay with the software and driver installed
@ I’ve got it connected to usb but no signs of life in LCD.
Can I connect it to a Usb Type A ?
You could use a normal type a to micro cable and route it outside of the pc
@mikesunboxing type A to micro cable? Maybe i buy a type to type c motherboard adapter to connect type c Case port and y will connect this to the 3.2 gen 2 type c motherboard connection, does it works on 3.2 gen 2 type c connection ?
I hope NZXT see this video and take note on the price.

Use the trcc 1.4 or trcc 1.2.3 software, some other users says than this solves the problem.
