It seems like a pretty solid choice, but I think I'll go for the Phantom Spirit 120 since I have a 5600X, I think it is not necesary that power difference, specially since I only do gaming. Thank you very much for this information, peace.
Very good video! Im usually running Lian Li because I love their single daisy chain, but with the $50 tag price i decided to try it out from this video. I can't seem to find any software to control the speed of pump or fans. Do TR have software to control the speed of pump and fans?
Thank you!! You just need to connect the fan connectors to the motherboard fan header. So check your board but you should have CPu fan headers. For the RGB, again connect with the RGB header on your board. You can then control both from the motherboard software.
Thank you indeed for the sub. The workspace has taken a while but I’m very happy with it. I just wish it was bigger. As for the AIO, yes it is overkill for a 5600x, but for me it doesn’t matter as it’s so cheap. If it cost $100 US or above I’d be saying don’t go there but it’s not, so why. A decent air cooler would probably be only a small amount cheaper anyway.
@@jimbopcbuilds Thanks for the reply! Definitely some good info. The AIO is currently $67 on Amazon so I might wait a bit now that I know it's on the overkill side. I think a great future video would be a tour of your workspace! It looks very DIY. It's a nice contrast to all of the elaborate big setups and "aesthetic" choices of other channels. Your space definitely looks like work is getting done! Here's to your success on YT :)
@@jimbopcbuilds I’d be super interested to see the prism tests since it’s in a similar price range. I think after that, all the $50-$60 Thermalright AIO’s will have been tested
I've just ordered a 360mm frozen edge for £46 on Amazon for my surplus parts build , 3800xt + 3070 in a cheap Mars Gaming MCV3 case . I am quite confused how the frozen notte has scored as i have a 360mm on my 11900k and it idles at 21c-23c and never goes above 60c
4:50 this doesnt have RGB, and the 3 PWM simply plug in to one hub that then plus in to the Mobo, no big deal. Only difference with this and say Lian Li and/or Thermaltake daisy chan is that their solutions have connections that do not require wires, just one wire from the unit(s) to the Mobo.
@@jimbopcbuildsIt's gonna arrive today! I hope it doesn't disappoint me, I had temperature problems with my old AIO, when i was gaming the temperature arrives to 90-95 C°, so I needed a new one. Thank you for the positive feedback. Always welcome.
The exact video Im looking for, I will be buiding my 2nd pc with a 9900x. I was choosing between the ak620, pearless assassin and this aio.
Awesome. It's always nice to have helped.

Not a bad plan. Even at the price an AIO is overkill for a 5600x.
The frozen edge keeps my 7900x3d nice and cool works like a champ. It moves alot of air too.
Awesome! It’s an amazing cooler for the price.
Do you know what the max temp it usually gets to is?
@@genericsidecharacter8915 with cinebennch running maybe 80c but when gaming between 50 and 60c

the frozen edge vs the prism and the notte?
I’ve not tested the prism yet. But the edge beats the notte.
So far I saw that the Notte is better than the Prism

But the wires are messy, depending on where you put it in the case adds a little more of challenge. There is RGB but only on the block.
Отличная AIO с 13700kf в разгоне, отводит спокойно 260 ватт и греется около 86-88 градусов.
Nice
Nice! I'm looking at this AIO but the 240mm version, do you recommend this for an i7-10700k?
Yes. I’d suggest a 360 for say an i9, but for 10700k the 240 should be more than enough.

Idk what my issue is but I’m thermal throttling at 85-100celcius I’m not sure what’s wrong
Really? Did you leave the sticker on the bottom of the CPU block. I’ve done that a couple of times.
Can I fit Silent Wings 4 pro fans into Phantom Spirit 120 SE or Pearless Assassin?
I would expect so as long as you use the 120 version. The clips used to install the fans are pretty standard.

Thermalright keeps disrupting the market with their pricing 😅😅
They really do. A 360 for $57 is nuts, but one that performs so well is something else.
