I've been following Lee's videos for at least 10 yrs, the 20 min is my goto, the 10 min is if I'm short on time. These simple and easy movements keep me oxygenated and energized.

Something I'd like to add to this wonderful sequence. Don't forget to breathe, let yourself breathe when you need to. The skill of synchronizing the breathe with the movement is important to practice, but for beginners it's more important NOT lend much focus to this, instead let the body be free to breathe when it needs to breathe. Focus more on the feelings of the movements, and focus on relaxing or letting your body be 'song', not slumped, muscles active, not tensed, the middle path if you will.
Make good qi(change), keep practicing, don't forget to breathe!

I'm a Chinese Martial Artist and this helped me a lot! Immediately I felt chi once I stopped tapping my arms and it was amazing because I've felt this before never thought it was chi! I've been learning much about chi lately and I'm beginning to understand how important it is as well as what it is so I have decided to take up qigong this is perfect for releasing chi and being full of energy thanks a lot for this video it really helped💪💪

I love this! I have done it every day for about 6 weeks... starts the day off clear headed and strong. Lee Holden is perfect for this - not the loud, brash constant talking in the background that ruins other sessions.... Lee's voice is soothing by itself. Thanks for sharing.

I had been doing this regularly for about 6 months, then stopped to do some small weights exercise. I want to start doing this, because I was motivated everyday, and 10 min is not long at all. I will do this every second day, and the weights every other day. Back to qigong.

I like all of Lee Holden's Qi-Gong videos. I have started using the 10-minute video to help me with my ocular migraines. At the first sign (grey spots in my vision which then become fractals), I begin the video. I've found using this restores my vision shortly after I complete the video. Reduces the severity and length of the migraine. My recovery time is much shorter.

Wonderful Many thanks!!! I love Lee's teachings - so GREAT! I find that I have to go very slow compared to Lee's rhythm. I can only do it at about half his speed or I get light headed. The exercises are very powerful and really can build up energy. If too much collects around my heart, I have to brush the energy downward or just do it more slowly. I find that I have to work up to being able to move the energy and even though the exercises seem to be simple - they are very powerful... Building up my capacity to move the energy slowly. Even a couple of minutes to start is great and if I can do a couple of minutes tomorrow and gradually increase... patience and gratitude.

Combined with my once a week Inner Tai Chi class this daily exercise is a great help each morning.I somehow need to fit more Tai Chi into my work day. Indoors as Winter weather restricts this .Thank-you Mr. Tyler Trahan

    Wow.
That second last exercise left me feeling a little light headed. So much oxygen flow! Now it feels as though my two front teeth are buzzing. Quite amazing. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world x
    Namaste.

Thanks for this Tyler! ..I think you could've kick-started me on a morning routine that I've been struggling to do for a looooong time! I started Tai Chi years ago (this reminds me of elements of it) and did pilates for some years.. but I've got lost lately! A friend recommended your video and I'm very grateful to him and you; you're very clear and nice to watch/listen to! :-)
