    • @ritchiesudarshan8473
      @ritchiesudarshan8473 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What? You don't clean your soap? According to ayurveda you're supposed to hang your bar of soap under the sun for 4 hours and then dip it in ashgourd juice and then use it. That way, the energy absorbed by the soap from both the sun and the juice will then travel inside your body and clean all the toxins away. This is extremely scientific stuff, dude!

    I had ashguard juice, ended up in the ICU with whats called as bottle gourd toxicity (yes bottle gourd is a different gourd but you can get it from any veg from the same group). It was very bitter, so guess it wasn't of good quality but i didnt know that since i had never had that veg. I ended up vomitting violently, severely dehydrated, with severe organ cramps and in an ICU within about 12-14 hours. Be very careful, the doc told me to be careful with veg juice while i can have fruit juice if i want since i was dehydrated and low in sugar.

      @damn7637 I feel there should be evidence based practice and research in Ayurveda. Most of the drugs today are derived from plant extracts or bacteria and fungi. What makes modern medicine " modern" is research -> trial -> evidence -> risk benefit ratio -> release of the product. None of these happen in ayurveda.
      But, In our hospital (govt hospital, allopathic), few physicians tend to prescribe ayurvedic syrups for anemia and there are some for liver diseases as well. While most of them work as placebo, I've personally liked the one for anemia, as it tastes good and is affordable, and if taken for a few months there are improvements in Hb count (this was an observation) I personally don't like ayurveda practices, since they lack evidence and risk patient's life. But, what patient want is empathy and relief from symptoms, so they tend to go anywhere which reduced their suffering.

    Dosha is purely physical, not spiritual at all. For ex, we physically see that skin is dry, then we say vata dosha. There is certainly hot food and cold food, for ex. in summer, we want to have icecream because it cools the body, in winter we want to have soup with masala because it warms the body. That fruit's juice is like a laxative. Laxative does not need any force to stimulate elimination. It is just how it works, if you consume just once, you will know. Few examples to show that everyone is biased in their own way.

    1. Egg is called a complete protein for a reason. People should not leave even the yolk if they want all nutrients out of it. Egg has become a vital source of protein to school going in rural areas as it was implemented in mid day meal programs. Farm grown animals and eggs have significantly impacted the diet of rural communities, where once meat was a luxury, now has become affordable. Though it might be unethical to breed them, and kill, until there would be a sustainable alternative this is the only way.
    2. Raw vegetables werent our preffered method of diet in ancient times, since cooking significantly reduced the energy needed to digest food (why do you feel sleepy after food?), conserving energy for vital organs like brain. Eating raw veggies has potentially good benefits too,
    3. Tomato is high on vit C, though citrus it does not cause acidity if eaten with curd. Plus if you are looking for vit c, guava has more vit c than lemon and oranges.

      I'm not sure about this but I've seen a video of NAS daily who is a creator who creates fun shorts talking about special things all around the world countries around 1-2yrs ago, once I saw that there were two people who created chicken meat by using cells from the feathers of chicken , they did something and made cells in a lab similar to chicken meat with similar nutritional nutrients howerver I haven't heard about it since then so I'm not sure If it's true but he shares content which is real so it could be possible but not sustainable , or it could be I'll have to look it up though, just wanted to share about it

    • @scoobyaura-fr6dm
      @scoobyaura-fr6dm 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also raw veggies contain antinutrients which iterfere in the absorption of vital nutrients therefore cooking is necessary to be able to absorb those , cooking does kill the antinutrients
      And raw veggies can also cause bloating and indigestion, this is not by me but a nutritionist

    • @scoobyaura-fr6dm
      @scoobyaura-fr6dm 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ok bro update , Singapore has approved lab grown meat , it is made by using a single cell taken from a chicken which is nourished by using corn and soy , the single cell is replicated and multipled which creates actual meat which is healthy and similar in nutritional amount.

    • @RecLarynG
      @RecLarynG 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @rajkamble-fr6dm So, the thing is Anti nutrient and their role in stopping absorption has some evidence, but cooking doesn't completely destroy anti nutrients. For example, phytates are present in tea, which no matter how much you boil, wont be destroyed, and they tend to impair iron absorption. Also, even soaking or par boiling can reduce anti nutrients. I didn't include anti nutrients because, in the medical field its under debate that they actually can be beneficial to our system. Safe to say, cooking is better, but eating raw vegetables once In a while, won't trouble us.

    Tomatoes were originally cultivated in meso America. It was the Spanish conquistidors that came across tomatoes when they went to raid the gold from the Aztecs, and they brought back tomatoes to Spain in the 16th century, from where it spread all over the world. Therefore no ancient Ayurvedic texts could have mentioned anything about tomatoes. Whatever gyaan we she was spewing is definitely something recent.

      Endothermic means you need to supply heat... Bond breaking is enothermic.. Many enzymes involved in catabolic processes ... Most enzymes are proteins ... Protein is coded by gene... Formation means bond formation which is exothermic ... Where do i start? ... We eat food ... So we should feel cold ... Right?.. One can say we have reaction in parallel to endo to maintain homeostasis ...
      But bond formation also increases microstates .. Means entropy increases ... Cellular death is because of entropy ... Won't we generating more entropy if we follow this approach?...
      Which means the hypothesis is flawed... And to even think of endo and exo one needs an understanding of ∆G ... When was thermodynamics developed ? ...

    At the end of the video what he said was correct though,
    Eggs from farms are actually periods of hen and the hormones of those hens are altered in the farms to increase the frequency of menstural cycle of the hen.
    They are unfertilized eggs and that's why you can all it waste of menstrual cycle and that's why you can call it period
    in humans though, women sheds that unfertilized egg along with inner linning of the uterus and blood.
    hens don't shed the uterus linning because they don't have uterus and that is why they have such big eggs.
    All the nutrition that uterus provides in mammals are packed in eggs.

And why a daughter gets the gothra of the father ? But not mtDNA matrilineage system isn't tracked? Also how after marriage the woman gets converted into the husband's gothra? What's the logic? People are not going to have sons always... And with daughters having XX chromosome combo...the things get absolutely complicated...how can any woman be categorised under y chromosome gothra system? Women should have seperate mtDNA matrilineage system to track maternal gothra...not paternal .. seems our ancestors didn't have any knowledge about mtDNA thing .. i doubt they had any knowledge about even about how egg cells work or sex chromosomes in details... Please debunk the myth... Nobody talks about these in videos... please

    The egg claim had a lot of bullshit but artificial selection and exploitation of hens is very real, the amount of eggs produced by them is not natural, even though eating them might not have any negative benefits to humans.

    Say no to farm eggs and chickens! Chickens on farms suffer, being forced to lay more eggs without freedom. Imagine yourself as a farm chicken and understand the pain they go through.

      Farm grown chicken are genetically altered variant only produced for the sake of meat. The protein requirements for the growing population is high, since protein energy malnutrition is still an issue. Home grown chicken and eggs are too expensive to maintain or buy for ab average villager. Therefore, even though unethical to kill animals, due to demand, we are bound to make a choice,. People from higher class can switch to plant based protein, since they are expensive.
