"Can you imagine what it would feel like being sucked through a hole?"
"Yeahh" 😂😂😂
He really was the only one who dealt with her the right way.
He shut her up xD
Sucked off through a hole
"She lived in a cave, which at the time, was better than living in Yorkshire. Just like it is now." LOL!
Hey! I’m planning to emigrate to Yorkshire from Australia as soon as possible. It’s a beautiful place and the people are the best. Might have to live in a cave if we can’t find a cow byre we can rent.
She is a true Lancashire lass.
Yeah and she says it so deadpan it's amazing.
I wonder how many takes it took to do the scene with Brian Cox? You can tell that he is about to burst out laughing at some point. A pair of genii, each in a different field to the other but definitely genius.
I was thinking that same thing. I feel when she interviews other science men, they might get a little confused, not really understand what’s going on. But Coxy knows, you could see him trying not to laugh!
In a panel, they said Cox had the most uncontrolled laughter of all their experts. I guess they would do multiple takes if he laughed in the key question, but they typically do about a 1.5 hours interview and only take the best 2 minutes of that.
This is one of the very best Cunk bits out there. I love her face when she hears that on top of the Sun incinerating the Earth, the Andromeda galaxy is also going to collide with the Milky Way. She's my dope on gloomy days.
Considering he's a "giggler" and constantly smiling it probably took a lot of takes 😄
@@Banthahthey’re all in on the joke, which apparently isn’t obvious. It’s just more credit to the producers and editors that you weren’t aware of that after watching it, not your fault.
I just love how Cox happily keeps expanding the scope of destruction and throwing more unpleasant truth back at her with each new question she asks. He never leaves her any hope of a happier ending, and ultimately reference's the death of the universe itself, thus exhausting all of her stupidity.
Sounds like he has had a happy ending having be able to imagine getting sucked off through a hole
Can’t wait for our Mageddon
YOUR COMMENT MADE MY DAY 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Mageddon these nuts
03:50 One of the funniest things I've ever heard. How Brian kept a straight face...
Lmaooo
"But luckily it was only Ceefax that ended, and that was only the whole world if you're over 60 and housebound" My god this line is good, still chuckling about it 5 minutes later
I was literally just about to comment that, but you got there first.
I don't get it
@@ThatOneToucan good god man lol
I'm American and I have no idea what this is referring to, but I'm still lmao as much as you.
@@ThatOneToucan I don't either.... but I'm still laughing my assoff.
Brian Cox dropped the phrase "moments of wonder" on _Universe_ ep5. Epic callback. :D
“That will be fine won’t it, we need the space.”
😂😂😂😂
4:13 That “It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine” hits different 😂 Michael Snipe should be proud.
I hope the world ends happily with a song
How did Brian Cox keep a straight face through the whole thing?
He knows she's doing an act. They both attend the same comedy panel shows.
They recorded for 2 hours to find 2 min of him not bursting out laughing.
'You're much gloomier than I expected'
People say that a lot to those who study space
The most intellectual conversation ever
"Can't we put it out with a big hose or something?😂😂😂
This is the best interview ever.😂🤣
"But what sort of ending will it have? A sad one with a disaster, or a happy one with a song?"
We'll meet again...
Don't know where...
Don't know when...
We'll meet again...
I came here to have a good laugh but everytime I hear Brian Cox speak I can't help but ponder, "how large is space?"
Does it go on for infinity?
Does space end?
If it doesn't, then how many "Earths" are there? How many different species of things like us?
If it's infinite, then there are an infinite number of different species of things we can't even fathom.
Blows my mind everytime I encounter this fella.
1:07 She reads well though. Didn't see that coming.
I've never seen Brian Cox without his signature freakish grin. Philomena must have really gotten him thinking.
Through a bunch of experts who looked around and realised were still here 😂
Brian Cox face expression at the end is gold, he must be like, why I'm talking to this nutter,...
3:00..." Things get worse. "
I can't wait any longer, I want a Pocalypse now
Not Minecraft😂😂😂
2:24 😂
4:31 I CAN'T 😆
Never gets old... 😂
As well as inventing minecraft
This reminds me of when my optician told me I have astigmatism and I wondered what the fuck a stigmatism was.
'Things will only get worser, will only get worser.'
As well as inventing Minecraft the Ancient Mayan Civilization…
"Galaxies gets ripped apart, solar systems gets ripped apart, planets gets ripped apart and even atoms gets ripped apart."
"So what?"
Had me in stitches.
It would be sad but start with a smooth trumpet sound initially then it would get scarier and scarier.
..yeah.
Cunk and Brian Cox needed a episode in itself 😂
Catchy though
"if air is really there, how come we can't grab it?" oh, you sweet summer child... lmao
Oh you sweet innocent child. You're a dear. I'll dance at your next wedding!
Former what keyboardist? Can someone please tell me what she called Brian Cox? I didn't understand it because of the accent 😅
th-cam.com/video/V6QhAZckY8w/w-d-xo.html he was the keyboardist :D
@@xwanyatx thank you so much! 😃
2:46 i can see the regret in his eyes

Sucked off through a hole hahahahah
Brian, how did you not burst
Briannnn
"Stop it from being incinerated, stop the sun from burning the Earth. Can't we put it out with a big hose or something?" 😂😂😂
Told my friend Andromeda Galaxy is colliding with the milky way. I asked him aren't you worried??? He said, "nope. That's so far off." Just like this guy. His dad is a PhdD scientist too, mind you.

"A million years ago" lol
I got the 666th like on this video. Is this another sign of the pocalypse?
is she trying to catch mosquito by the end of the video 🤣
Even though she's dumb as mud , I love her determination and passion here and there
she acts so good 😭 Diane Morgan is amazing
If you think she's dumb, then you are dumb, just trust me on that.
@@Brayn126 nah your right mate , she's obviously Cambridge material xD
I'm not referring to Diane Morgan she's a comical genius , but Philomena Cunk is a twit xd
Yeah
