I've had it for 2 years and it's almost gone. I massaged it out. You have to work ur index finger deep into ur ear and feel for tension and damage and press into those areas to reorganize them. It takes a really long time but I'm finally at the end of this nightmare. Horrible.

Please cover this topic deeper! I was a band director for 25 year and had hearing well above range as tested by the audiologist. After Covid, ringing began and I have suffered from it ever since as well as my hearing has fallen below the norm in the upper and middle ranges, again tested by an audiologist. Some would say that it was a result of my choose profession, but I alway worked in acoustically balanced rooms and wore electronic ear plugs in situations where I was in front of to drums or the marching band, and as I said, my ranges were above. I left the profession two years prior to the Covid and start of my issues. All information would be appreciated.

I think if you have a lot of toxicity in your liver it starts to come out. And you've got to work on making sure the toxins are cleared out...drink water with lemon or carrot juice afterwards...that may help.... Start off easy. Don't do it for a long period of time...

It has been found that 70% of persons with good hearing placed in a sound proof room develop short term tinnitus such that missed frequencies are not the major problem as some ENT doctors claim or the brain compensating for it. I have intermittent tinnitus and some loss of hearing in one ear and they are not related. Rather Brazilian researchers found that we detect the direction of sound from integrating the signal from the ear with those of the neck and shoulder muscles. Any tension in these muscles or the fascia linking them to the brain will cause a disortion in the integrated signal at the somatic nucleus that we interpret as tinnitus.

You can do these exercises and whiten your teeth at the same time with 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil - called coconut oil pulling, swishing and pulling coconut oil around your mouth for 20 mins, you will notice the difference the first time, and your teeth feel sooooooo clean after. 😬
