    Rajgira Flour Dosa (Amaranth Flour Crepes)

    Ingredients :
    1 cup - Rajgira Flour (Amaranth Flour)
    ½ cup - Grated Boiled Potatoes
    2 tbsp - Roasted Peanut Powder
    ½ tsp - Cumin
    ½ tsp - Red Chili Powder
    ¼ tsp - Black Pepper Powder
    ¾ tsp - Salt (As Needed)
    1 cup - Water (As Needed)
    2 tbsp - Oil / Ghee (For Shallow Frying)
    Directions :
    In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup rajgira flour (amaranth flour)
    Add ½ cup grated boiled potatoes
    Add 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
    Add ½ tsp cumin
    Add ½ tsp red chili powder
    Add ¼ tsp black pepper powder
    Add ¾ tsp salt
    Add 1 cup water
    Make a smooth batter and keep it aside
    In a medium-high heated cast iron (non stick) pan, apply some ghee
    Mix the batter well
    Pour and spread some batter
    Add some ghee on the top and sides
    Loose the edges and flip the dosa
    Cook until the dosa turns golden and crispy
    Remove it in a plate
    Repeat the same processes for remaining batter
    Rajgira Flour Dosa is ready to serve
