    The texture looks wonderful! It will be a while before I can get all of the ingredients together to make these but it is definitely on my to-do list.

    how you do you do it ?if your tapioca pearls no need to soak on water(soake mine and it was a desaster :( didnt have instructions) help please !!

    Quick question: will the dye from beets and cabbage cause the balls to taste like the plants?

      +Jennifer L you might taste the beet slightly, but not the cabbage. The taste is very insignificant though

    Hi Helen, I am trying your recipe but find that adding half a cup of vegetable oil to the mung bean seems too much. It’s too much oil and the mung bean paste doesn’t dry. Can you confirm adding 1/2 cup of vegetable oil is correct? Thanks.
