+Abby Willis I have quite thin hair and since I use indian powders plants it improved a lot :) I use plants like : kapoor kachli for thickening, shikakai for washing and thickening, maka, I really recommand amla powder if you are not blonde bc it can darkens your hair a lil bit! you can find them in a indian grocery store or on Internet ^^ it's quite cheap btw

+Abby Willis i actually have a treatment that might work for you. It has worked for me....I just wanted her to do a video on thickening because I want mine to be as thick as hers or even thicker. But anyways here's the treatment....take one tablespoon of castor oil, three tablespoons of grape seed oil and 15 drops of Rosemary oil and 15 drops of peppermint oil.

One tea by yogi I absolutely love is the echinacea immune support tea. It's similar to the Egyptian licorice but with a few more ingredients. It's delicious 💜💗

When I look at all the comments, there seems to be a lot of people who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Could you do a skin care, cosmetic video for your older fans? What does your mother use? Hopefully something easily available like Origins or Aveda...love your videos.

I love African Black Soap! Been using it for years no more breakouts on my body especially back or chest!
Glide type of flosses aren't that great. my dentist says they glide right over the tartar. One floss thats really gentle even in tight spaces between my teeth that I started using is the gentle gum care by listerine... Just a suggestion as I've used that flexible kind of floss and then used traditional right after and its always gross how much is still in there. eww.
Your reading of the packaging don't bore me at all, it's just that they allways write amazing things on the packaging, even if the product is not good at all. I prefer hearing your thoughts about the product.

For your Spirulina and Chlorophyll supplements, do you know what the heavy metal percentages are? Some have a ton of heavy metals, because they absorb any heavy metals in the environment, as well as from our bodies. If they have already absorbed too much from the environment, then it's doing more harm to our bodies than good.

Ever been to Lassens? I'm pretty sure it's only in California, but next time you're in LA, you should check it out. It's like Whole Foods, and they make juice and smoothies in the store, and there's a smoothie they make called Happy Cacao. It's soooo good! It has almond milk, chia seeds, bananas, maca powder, cacao powder, and cacao nibs. (you can ask them to put in other stuff too, or change something in it).
I bought all the ingredients and make it at home now because I was giving them all my money!! Haha
I like the Garden of Life protein powder in vanilla which iHerb has!

I have always wanted to buy Sambuguard but on the bottle it says consume within 8 days of opening, I know I wouldn't finish off the bottle in that span of time, do you throw yours out after 8 days or is it okay to keep?
So, Ive noticed Dr. Hauschka volume mascara has ultramarines in the
ingredients list.. I am confused about that ingredient, is it something
to avoid? I read that it is natural ingredient that arrived from lazurite. But it said it can still carry traces of heavy metals. Please let me know what you think about that
