That's great! Actually even the physical exfoliator for the body are bad for the skin if it's too coarse. My mom's a massagetherapist and she had one client who had really rough skin on her back, turned out that she was always scrubbing it with those rope looking body scrubs from the pharmacy. When she stopped using them her skin got smoother

I love the Pyungkang products. I have sensitive very oily congested skin. The toner is the only product I have ever used that I can tolerate. The moisture ampule literally absorbs instantly and leaves no irritating residue. Thanks for these suggestions. 🥰
I just started using Pyunkang Yul after watching this and I am blown away! I use dermalogica but I wanted to transition to something more affordable and fragrance free. I have tried a zillion skincare lines as I used to work in skincare, and this is the first line besides PCA Skin (very pricey) that actually gives me results. Thank you for the advice!

Dear Dr Dray. I am from Bangladesh. My skin has been a big issue for me since I was 19. I used to dance on national tv and had to put a lot of makeup on my face. Tbh I never washed my face properly and never used sunscreen. Gradually I realised I had large pores and the texture of my skin is getting damaged. I saw a lot of dermatologists but everyone gave me a temporary solution. It’s been 3 years I hv been following ur channel and FYI I hv become 30 on June. I patiently followed ur instructions and used the products u recommended. Trust me my skin got so better. My pores are less visible. The blackheads on my nose r gone due to salicylic acid. I’d love to hear your rundown of CeraVe’s psoriasis cream. It has a shea butter base and urea, in addition to all the normal CeraVe ingredients. I’m sure it’s not intended for the face, but I’ve been enjoying it applied over my still wet face.
I have been only using Dr.Dray recommended skincare products for a while now and my skin has improved a ton! I just made a video showing my skincare routine because I love all of the products so much! The neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream is THE BEST! I keep it in my pocket/purse all the time!! After watching this Video I tried the Pyunkang Yul moisture ampule. Wow..it is amazing. It really hydrates and plums the skin but I can’t believe how it reduces pores and seems to lift and firm. I just love this and will continue to purchase it. It’s a great price also-very affordable. Many thanks for this recommendation!

I too am a IHerb fan. I double cleanse and have used the Pixi. There are items you have recommended that I definitely will try, as I am extremely dry all year round, but especially in the Winter. Thank you so much for being our test subject. Saving our skin and our pocketbook. I for one am sincerely grateful.
I’m Australian and get bad eczema on my hands. Last December I visited Toronto and I thought my hands would fall off. Went into the drugstore and picked up neutrogena hand cream on a whim. I WAS SHOCKed. it’s the perfect hand cream. I now use the big tube of cerave cream tho because I literally have to moisturise my hands ten times a day, and the neutrogena one is tiny 😭😭
Olay used to sell a cleansing dry tissue, oh I loved this so much, it was great. I have lived almost all my life in Switzerland (now in France) and Olay was my first cream brand (as a teenager) because they were affordable and with good ingredients. I'm confused. We just had the morning and nighttime routine and non of these products were used and yet Dr Dray says she uses them and has re-ordered and used them up. I agree that the products she is recommending here are good- at least the ones I have tried are. I just think it's difficult when any results Andrea has with her lovely skin may be due to the Kbeauty products as much as the plain drugstore cheap stuff featured in her routine videos. Not sniping, just applying some logic here.
Dr Dray, I recently heard a dermatologist on the radio stating that sunscreen isn't necessary during the winter season. I live in Scandinavia and we have very few hours of sun during the winter, so the risk of vitamin D deficiency is increased.
I wear at least SPF 30 all year round, but I don't know whether or not to wear lower SPF during the winter? What is your opinion on the matter?

I live in Scandinavia to. I use sunscreen all year around without any problems with vitamin D being to low. If you do get low in vitamin D, there is always supplement 🌸 Sunscreen is a must for me at least✨

So I tried the Pyungkang yule moisture ampule from Iherb. It's nice but made my skin a bit tight. I put it on my wet face at night but felt like it didn't give the hydration that Hado Labo Plumping gel gave me. Was missing that moisturized feeling. I will give it more time? Thank you for all the wonderful recommendations! I love K-beauty products now because of you🤍✨🌲🐝
i put moisturizer over it...it is mostly a humectant so will feel filmy if you just allow it to dry
@@DrDrayzday oh ok. But I put the Retin A over it. I didn't put moisturizer because it was my Retin A night. On the other nights I will use moisturizer over it. But do you find it gives the amount of hydration that the plumping gels have?

Please tell me how to reduce hair dryness from using anti-seborreic dermatitis shampoo. I usually wash with Selsun selenium sulfide to control oil over production, but it usually dryes up my hair to the point of breakage 😭

I LOVE IHerb so much!!! I love how quickly my products arrive and I buy the majority of my Kbeauty from them as well as YesStyle. I sanitize my hands a lot and wash them a lot as I have children and I like to be as germ free as I can with my hands, especially because I’m acne prone too. Because of this my hands get very dry so I need to try the Neutrogena cream you mentioned because it is making my hands age a bit and it bothers me. 💗💗

Tara Taylor: I found a PubMed article that indicated there was a degree of cross-reactivity between Parthenium (feverfew) and ragweed pollen allergens in Indian patients that were part of the study and already had a sensitivity to one of these allergens. Based on this, I would be very cautious about using feverfew-containing products if you’re allergic to ragweed.

THANK YOU for the k-beauty suggestions. I've been curious but didn't know where to start. I purchased the Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream, Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner and Moisture Ampoule. I used them all (Essence, Ampoule then Cream) and noticed a slight numbing effect (in addition to fantastic hydration and smoothing that you mentioned). It wasn't unpleasant, I'm just wondering what the effect may have been attributed to? Also purchased the KBeauty bag and would love your thoughts on the contents!

Can you please post some videos on electrolysis, pre and post care, drugstore products to be used immediately before the treatment and immediately after, and later during the day of the treatment and after a few days too. How to use aloe vera gel, Neosporin etc and in what order.

With winter - it would be great to do an itchy skin video - for eczema but maybe for other reasons and severities. For example the La Roche Posay eczema cream and other products that are certified from the national eczema association. Would love a review of the full cerave "red" line - which seems to be for people with "itchy skin" whether it is eczema or not. I'd also love to hear your thoughts on the Cerave eczema body wash.

I never used sunscreen before (only when I went for holiday), since I started watching your channel I applying and reapplying mineral sunscreen religiously even on cloudy days. Dr. Dray, I love your channel!! Your mom is so cute! I have a couple questions. After cleansing my face I'm not sure of the line up, like do you put the serum then lotion ect.. . Also I'm 57 and have extremely dry skin everywhere. I'm getting crepe skin on my arms and face and dont know what I can do for that. I also have very dry skin which causes thick skin on my heels and bottom sides of my feet. Any suggestions for what I can do?

Dr. Dray, do you recommend applying Clindamycin phosphate 1% lotion in this order in the morning: salicylic acid wash --> Neutrogena gel cream --> clindamycin lotion --> SPF? I am not sure if I should put the gel cream before or after. thanks! (I use a retinoid at night too)

This actually broke me out on my body and made my acne worse. I’d never use this on my face I think it was one of the ingredients correct me if I’m wrong but it could have been the mineral oil in it
What's the scoop on the Lacura anti-aging range from Aldi? Will it help prevent fine lines and wrinkles as well as maybe a more expensive brand? They're so cheap I feel like they can't work but seem to have fairly good ingredients.

Hi Dr. Dray, at what stage do you recommend putting on the peptide serum? Before or after hyaluronic gel cream?
Katelyn Calhoun afterwards, the gel cream is a humectant meant to attract water to skin & minimize trans epidermal water loss.
Can you do a video on how to best protect exposed skin. When you have to be outside for prolonged time in the winter. I run in the winter I wear my sunscreen but I’d love to slather Vaseline on top of my face to have that barrier from the elements. Mainly those windy days my face is on fire by the time I get home.
Those healing ointments really do plump up the lips so much so that I found myself drooling a bit sometimes but I ain’t mad 🤣🤣
