2015+ WRX hood fits on 4th gen impreza (2012-2016) and 1st gen Crosstrek (2013-2017). That being said you will need to do a front end swap which includes headlights, front bumper cover, grille, front fenders. Custom bracketing will also need to be made to hold the bumper cover. It's doable. Just with a bit of cost and slight fabrication. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

NST is the brand I bought, but there are a few you can find. I'd skip the light weight crank pulley, in place, an aftermarket harmonic dampener would be better, or so I've read.

I did have a light crank pulley for 10 years on my older 2006 2.5I with no hint of any issues.Feel free to go ahead with that.But make Sure it will be a single piece (if possible) because some cranks are two pieces.You will feel how easy your engine will rev up as it does free some power.
Have you experimented with any heat wrap on the intake? Iv got the same set up and that pipe gets hot but id like to see this vs plastic vs both with a heat wrap
Oh this was definitely something I've thought about for a while. Intake pipe insulation, and even a jacket for cooling. It's definitely something that can be optimized. That pipe definitely gets hot.
If you use an iPhone or Android there are options. An OBDII connector (Bluetooth or WiFi) can allow one to access ECU (engine control unit) information. Eg. Torque Pro android app with OBDII connector gives you real time information and the ability to log engine and sensor data. I agree the OEM cluster only shows when it's warm. No oil temp sensor is useful information. Thanks for visiting :)
