      @@PTPrecisionAutomotive , just done chains on my 09 iload and the one your working on has way more slack than mine.
      Wonder if someone's replaced the chains and got a bit heavy handed with the rattle gun tightening up the nut on the fuel pump?

    Are there any particular years to avoid in these iload. I'm looking to purchase a used one.

    The car has been such a disaster for me too. Should I just stick to toyota Hiaces?

    Hello, I own a Kia Cerato 1.6 crdi 136 HP vehicle. My car is at 86,000 km. Diesel is mixed with the engine oil, the oil level is constantly rising. There is no problem in the operation of my vehicle, the idle is normal, there is no noticeable black or white smoke from the exhaust. It works immediately with a single start in the morning, there is no problem. The technician said it could be the DPF and he removed the DPF and cleaned it in the machine. The DPF was around 40% full, but it was still cleaned. But that was not the solution either. Engine oil level continues to rise in my vehicle. I think there is no problem with diesel injectors because there is no indication of injector failure. The vehicle engine has a timing chain. Could it be from the high pressure diesel pump seal? Or what could be the problem? Could you help? Urgent. Thanks in advance

    Hi, can you help me with my iload ... I’m trying to establish a issue.... engine turn over with good fuel pressure when I’m cranking I can see in my gscan that fuel rail pressure go up to 20000psi but as soon as I stop the cracking it goes back to zero ...!!! You think is the problem with suction control valve or pressure control valve or the pump it’s self?

      Hi Phil ... forgot to mention that I can’t find any dtc fault code there for I’m thinking that the injector pump is fail or broken?

    Hi, I’ve got a code P1186 on my hyundai iload, do you have any recommendations on how to fix/diagnose the fault?

    • @PTPrecisionAutomotive
      @PTPrecisionAutomotive  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      you would need to have that one diagnosed correctly , could get expensive.

      I’ve collected some data from the fuel rail pressure.
      Ignition on: 0.8psi
      Engine start/idle: Around 33psi
      During startup fuel pressure jumps to 33psi, shutting the engine causes the fuel pressure to drop back down quickly to 0.8psi.
      Fuel pressure is able to reach peak pressure of 160psi under full engine load, after driving for a while the engine goes into limp mode when trying to accelerate again (rpm limited to 3k, fuel pressure stays around 90psi, no power/acceleration). I find that it takes longer to go into limp mode after the first start and then when the engine is fully warm it goes into limp mode quicker under partial load.
      Car is a 2009 diesel model with 300,000+km, new oil filter, serviced EGR, original high pressure fuel pump
      Symptoms: hard start and engine limp mode code P1186.
