    Should we workout with or without air conditioner?? Which one will be more effective? Because when I do it with ac on…I hardly sweat

      Sweating has no effect whatsoever on fat loss or muscle building. It’s a myth that sweating causes fat loss!
      It’s not advisable to workout in very high temperatures, so keep the room temperature cool enough for you to work out comfortably.
