Easy! Fix Flashing, Glitching, Flickering LCD TV Screen (TCL Roku) With Single Piece of Tape

Super easy fix, just need a screwdriver and some tape. Open up TV, located two ribbons, narrow the problem to one ribbon, cover the problem pin with tape. Good to go.
This is a TCL 55S431. Save a buncha money with this fix!

Thank you for this ! The same exact pins were messed up on my tv but now I have a dark spot on the corner of my tv. Any idea how to fix fhat?? Should I have cut the tape to where it only covered the pins on the ribbon and nothing else ?
