Hahhahahaha please the talon is a 2014 rzr lol that whole dct transmission is a joke no more power to the ground and if you break it , it wont be as easy as throwing in a belt
@Matthew Hoopes Ok so not saying its bad all im saying is that it doesn't provide a true advantage. It doesnt put down any more power to the ground( dyno proven) . If your running larger tires which most of us do you break a gear its a expensive and timely repair. Its cool but its more of a sales point then a better alternative. @Matthew Hoopes You are 100% correct about ride what makes you happy!!! And i do agree with not needing a turbo in the northeast but hey sometimes you gotta have bragging rights over your buddies😁👍as long as your out riding is what really matters

Yeah, it's not really meant to be a direct comparison, just a fun vid having a good time with family and good friends and a couple of cool machines. ;)
Hey guys I know this video is a year old but I was wondering how the talon is holding up. Are you still running 32s and is the trans still shifting as good as day one. Great videos thanks for sharing.👍👍
Mostly because we needed to get the krx...having said that...I like the krx a bit better. They're both way under powered but I think the krx is a better platform for rockcrawling and the suspension is definitely better at high speed, once it gets there. The honda is cool too though and is fun to drive.
@@Rokblokz isn’t the krx quite a bit bigger at least it looks like it and I do know it weighs more. Sick looking Blue RZR Turbo S. 72 width looks a little wide for rock crawling, she did a great job first time out. Just noticed you are advertising mudflaps. I looked on Amazon for them, what size is on the Turbo S? the mud or standard size, I have a 2018 XP 1000-4
Thanks! Yeah she had a lot of fun! The ones in the vid are these rokblokz.com/collections/utv-mud-flaps-1/products/polaris-rzr-turbo-s-the-beast-mud-flaps We also have a new version that are identical to these but a bit narrower for the non-72" machines, they'd look great. But they're not on our site quite yet, you have to email us for them. Rokblokz@gmail.com
Thanks!, I like the accent they have, I might be ordering the ones for the 1000XP-4 very soon with the Red accent. Need something to keep the mud from getting into the RZR
Did the tensor tires on the Honda perform really well in the rocks? Everyone around me runs roxxzillas (I’ve ran roxxzillas in the past) and I’m just trying to be different
They did ok. The roxzilla is definitely a better rock tire. The Braven Berserker is kind of cool and a bit different. We ran those on the rocks for a while and they did better than the tensor.
Thanks! They're 15" with a 4-3 offset, no spacers. It actually makes the rear end about 2" narrower than the front which I didnt notice from a handling perspective but you can see it visually if you look close. I may try some spacers in the rear just so I can run the same size wheel and tire all the way around.
Moab Utah. It was during the Rally On The Rocks, a utv event. Thousands of people from all over the country come to ride, it's pretty cool. You should come check it out next year.
Considering a new 21 live valve Talon R. Or a Turbo S RZR, or a new KRX, i live in Tennessee near Royal Blue, WinRock, etc. Lots of rocks, and hill climbing, would put 32s on the Talon if purchased. What would you recommend?
Hey Jordan! Wow, those are 3 very different machines...if money doesn't matter I'd probably go with the turbo s, thats a really great machine with lots of power. Between the other 2 I prefer the krx over the talon. And for the price the krx is hard to beat, but not enough power for the dunes IMHO if thats an issue.
@@GERONIMO326 The Honda and the kawai both will probably be a bit longer lasting than the polaris...BUT...We've owned a bunch of rzrs and have had 0 issues with them. I think the turbo s is probably the best all around machine on the market today, it just does everything really well. Shifting the Honda is fun for sure but the car is just slow. But so is the krx, however, in the rocks the krx is amazing. The clutching is by far the best out there currently and the suspension design will handle high speed much better than the Honda too, just takes a minute to get there, ha ha. Between the talon and krx I think its personal preference...mine being the kawai. But again, if price isn't the issue, I'd do the turbo s. Especially the dynamix models, that stuff works awesome! In fact, we currently have 2 of them.
