That square pole in the front yard looks like a temp utility pole, and I didn't see a meter in it. This leads me to hypothesize the someone WAS renovating/repairing the home, but stopped when they ran out of time/money/interest.
You are the only ASMR yard cleanup/mowing/machine sounds channel. You’re so systematic about how you do your work, it actually helps me relax and fall asleep! The other landscaping channels are exactly the opposite. It is satisfying to watch and Listen to, unlike random sights and sounds. Not just great yard work, but great editing and filming. ❤
Something has to be going on there. That house was being taken care of on the exterior, and it makes me wonder what happened all of a sudden. That's a nice place, and when you finished, I would love to have that place. I wish we could have an update on this property.

I know that leaving grass clippings on a lawn if mowed weekly/every other week can be good. It builds up the turf. But grass this tall might not be so good. Just saying... He does not bag clippings usually... :-((

YES!!! The house isn't abandoned, its under construction/renovation. You can tell from the electric stand in the front yard and the construction debris in the back yard. That house looks too new for it to be abandoned. The contractor probably got busy and hasn't been back to the house in a few weeks.

In fact, a friend has a virtual mirror image to this one. Small, yes, but also cozy, well built, and very comfortable for a young couple or for someone retiring. Easy to maintain with everything you need and nothing you don't. All this one needs is a driveway and garage, which is no big deal.
