Why is it that all these lawn care videos always talking about helping people. When actually 90% of all the videos are of abandoned properties. They aren't actually helping anyone except the banks. Why don't these guys actually go out and look for elderly people or disabled people that can't do their yards.
He mowed an overgrown cemetery. He bought lunches for homeless people (delivered them and have them alone cash with it). If you've seen his dog, that's a rescue from one of his videos. Some videos are just about the satisfaction of cleaning up an overgrown property, but other videos show a large amount of care and respect for others.
A property like that can harbor all sorts of vermin if it doesn't get cleaned up. Less bushes for creeps to hide in is a good thing, and it clears up an eye sore in the neighborhood. The banks could care less considering the neglect and irresponsibility of them, the banks want your neighborhood to look like trash so long as they own everything.
Could you put “CC” back on your videos please. I watch when others are asleep and like to keep the volume as low as I can so not missing anything is a big deal. Thanks Kevin!!! Love your videos and both your channels and Cabin on the hill. I watch all your friends mowing videos too; like SB Mowing, and others. Be safe out there and wear your gloves more, worry about you getting hurt, bug and/or snake bitten. 😮
I also watch or listen while l am going to sleep I guess after I am fast asleep TH-cam is still playing. Love the work you do Kevin and Robert (Cabin on the Hill). It is anything but boring and you make your work fun! ❤❤😅😅
Could not wait to see what s quarter of a million dollar house looked like. Well..all I can say is that the tire swing must have increased it's value immensely. Y'all did a great job!!
Sub titles please.. You come to the camera and tell a wonderful story and I can't read lips. All I want to do is tell you all how much fun I have watching you work hard and get exhausted. I have been watching you forever, which means I now watch several of you. Transformation is truly inspiring.
That's so interesting I've never heard of such a plant, do you find those in certain places because I've never seen it in California 🤔 Kevin said a neighbor told him you can eat it so I'm wondering if you can or just use it as some type of shampoo for your hair,? 🤔
From what I am finding, it looks like it is safe to eat. The Shampoo Ginger is used to treat indigestion, sprains, arthritis, and toothaches. It also helps hydrating skin, which prevents psoriasis. This plant was native to India.
Of I could tolerate the drive from Texas to Florida and back with a dog and my trusty shovel, I'd love to come dig up some of the overgrown plants and bring them home.
Well done Kevin,& Robert! Y’all continue to outdo yourselves, every time. I can no longer predict how outrageous the next property will be. Keep challenging yourselves fellas. Much respect!✊🏾😀💯 🫡
That place is falling back into the ground you can tell by the porch. What a transformation you gave this yard. I wouldn't have wanted to live next to that jungle. Great job guys!
The roots grow out like ginger, you should go back and dig some up and plant it in your yard, your wife and the other galls in your family will love what it does for their hair! Like I said don't pick it just gently squeeze from the bottom up to the top and catch the liquid in a mason jar or a bowl or something and put it in whatever your going to store it in. And keep harvesting the liquid/jelly each day. You won't have to buy shampoo or conditioner. Though you can add other natural stuff to it to make a better product.
Man oh man, just look what two hard working men with a few hard working machines can do to an over grown jungle. Amazing transformation. Oh and the good lord sent you rain to cool you off and to clean you off as you clean lol. You are a true blessing with 💛of gold, love how you bless so many people with just hard work, may God continue to bless you so you can bless others. God bless, be safe and stay well.
Amazing work. When you first got started it looked like an overgrown forest and/or plant life. What a deluge of rain at the end. Thanks for all you both do. Your great people.

From a distance it appears that the sides of the building don't appear damaged or broken, not the roof. Kudos to you both for another amazing yard transformation. A fan in Texas
Yes Kevin! You should have gotten some full plants to take home and grow! That is a "Shampoo Ginger" Plant (Zingiber) and all of it is edible, even the gel (smells like ginger, and has Aloe, Ginger, and Turmeric qualities (herbal medicines), that is a highly prized/valued plant. You're so lucky! Its great for your hair, and is also has anti inflammatory and antidiarrheal properties! 🤣
This is what I came here to say! Well, I was just gonna call it a shampoo plant because I couldn't remember the name. Of course, I would have explained that as well. Now you've given me the name and I thank you kindly!
I always enjoy watching you and your Dad help out people that really need it. Even though this house was unoccupied you all still performed a service to the community by clearing off this property that probably harbored snakes and who knows what else. Thank you for your kindness and hard work.👍👍👍👍👍
Incredible work on this house, these poor people that still can’t get back into them because of damage is heartbreaking. Thank you for helping this neighborhood clean up and look presentable again. Kevin and Rob, you two are rock stars ❤️❤️
I sure hope that the ferns come back, they are absolutely beautiful. It'll look spectacular with just the ferns, without the overgrowth. Great job, as always guys!🎉🎉

Wow what a difference you two made!! I love watching your video's!! Thank you for all the love you give to so many people. God loves us all and I know he is so proud of the 2 of you!! ❤❤
I just love watching videos like this,I watch them and go into my own little world so calm and relaxing for me not you tho doing all the work.but what a great job you do…🥰
I'm still searching for the $250,000 house you was talking about at the beginning of the video 😂😂 that flower was tough & that lady a real one for the beers 💯
Guessing they were in Florida. There are lots with a house which needs repairs are in that range in good neighborhoods without an HOA. Thought he found a dragonfruit. I'm watching on a small screen.
Wow. That was very impressive. The care that you show in completing these yard's is appreciated. Thank you for sharing what you are doing with all of us.
Gave you a 5 star review! It's so cool seeing that so many of us enjoy and respect what you do! Keep up the good work, Robert and Kevin! You are amazing! God bless you both and your family.
Hi guys! Wow welcome to the jungle! You all always take on the most challenging projects... And conquered them one by one. True champions , helping others in need. Thanks and God bless ❤🙏
I watch your videos all day every day and if you ever in St. Louis, I’m a 73-year-old senior that lives next-door to abandoned a lot. I used to take care of it when I was younger they made me stop and it’s overgrown and I’m crying out for help, and keep up the good work
Wow! What a crazy video! You and your father did a massive job and made it look relatively easy. I can't believe you were able to clean up that jungle and look almost respectable again! There was an insane amount of overgrowth and a ton of trash! It was fun watching you two joking around and having fun while still working hard! The lady at the end who brought you some "refreshments" seemed really cool. She was very impressed with all that work you guys did. Thank you for doing all of that hard work for people who need it! Also thank you for taking the time to make this video, it's much appreciated. God bless you and your family Kevin, you are a great force of good in this world!
It's hard to believe that could be worth 1/4 million dollars, but you don't see the back yard which is probably as far back as the other one. Must be the land alone is worth that. Wonderful job. I love watching you and your dad work together. And when you get Spencer and Al involved, it's epic. I will leave a review. 😉
$250k just doesn't go too far in America anymore. New subbie here. I caught you on a collab with SB Moving, and Al Bladez, so you just popped up in my feed today. Great transformation.
This will be interesting to see you unwrap this house 😊 I’d be worried of what’s hidden in all that overgrowth 😮you guys might consider wearing helmets. Flying objects from mowers. Take care! Can’t wait to see it
Love watching your old videos!! As a 75 year old grandmother and great grandmother who still does her own yard work your videos are Still very relaxing and informative for me !! Love watching you and your Dad working together 🥰
Kevin, you and Robert made a huge difference to that property, but not a quarter of a million dollars worth! Lol. So much better for the neighborhood. Thank you both for a wonderful transformation.❤❤❤
If this mess was in my neighborhood, I would be watching the clean-up with my elderly mother. We would pray for the safety of the woring hands and blessings from the Lord for them and their family. We would thank them and make sure they had water and lunch. My eklerly mother would feel safety and gratitude that her friends were safer. We would also enjoy the increased value of the neighborhood. Kevin and Robert, I have enjoyed seeing you mow properties for elderly, disabled, new parents, single moms, veterans, community attractions, and honoring families of the deceased. You also allow us to see some of the blessings we, the boring channel community make possible beyond mowing that include cash, food, and house painting gifts. You show hope and love to people who need it in their time of need!
First time viewer! It brought a smile to my face as my husband and i, in or younger years mowed lawns in Colorado. We didn't have those fancy stand up mowers. Yes we stood up and pushed the mowers. You did a wonderful job. Thank you!
Kevin, I love watching the transformations the differences you make in these yards is phenomenal. I especially love watching the palm tree cleanup you make palm trees look like they should look nice and clean. when you take the old palm limbs off. sure makes a difference. I love you guys. I love watching. Thank you for what you do.
Looks amazing guys, great job! Thanks for sharing! Louisiana sending prayers and positive vibes for you and your families! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸✌🏻✌🏻
Google review done for you pal. The amount of time you spend away from Rachal and the kids must be horrible for you but keep fighting the good fight my man!!
Just posted a Google review for you! 5 stars of course. Look, I love your work and the way you and your family take care of things, is beyond reproach! This property was Ohhhhh myyyy beyond help but you guys really did take it back to the best it can be for now. Why things get left to grow so far out of control boggles the mind! But it happens all over. So thank you guys for being there to do something about it!!
Who the heck buys property then lets it fall into disrepair like this? Can’t rent it out. Value in the land??? I don’t get it? The city should be fining owners who abandon homes like this.
Property listing: “Hidden gem. Private Forrest. Lush vegetation.” Correction. Property listing: “Bare area next to home. Lots of open space for the planting.”
I noticed that too. There was potentially a grand if they were potted into hanging baskets and nice planters. I'm surprised nurseries haven't grabbed the chance to make some cash off of them. Have a blessed day!✌️
@@fairygrandma9127well since we don't know what happened to the owners it should not be a judgmental call and it helps the guys out by letting them make a video of taking care of it😊
Many are abandoned because of unpaid fines and taxes. The house might be a teardown but the land is valuable and most I see are enormous properties. I look in my area and cannot find an overgrown property.
The lady with the Millers, reminds of the old commercials... what a sweet woman. 😊❤ You know the neighbors appreciate your work when they share with you. That may have been all she had, but she shared.
You guys are amazing working thru the rain without pay. The result is an amazing transformation 😮😮😮. It is like watching "tarzan's house in the jungle" change to something more civilized - very inspiring.
1. they never let the plants grow that much 2. in rural areas you needed to cultivate to survive, hence to manain the terrain in a proper way 3. animal husbandry was not held in concrete factory, animals in order to live had to eat grass and kept large chunks of land clean
The option was to starve. They did the same thing as these guys do. They often had the help of family and/or friends and they didn't waste their time on TV or social media 😊
Why is it that all these lawn care videos always talking about helping people. When actually 90% of all the videos are of abandoned properties. They aren't actually helping anyone except the banks. Why don't these guys actually go out and look for elderly people or disabled people that can't do their yards.
You should watch a few more of my videos 😉
Clearing these abandoned places may help with the safety of the community.
Why should the rest of the neighborhood have to deal with it
He mowed an overgrown cemetery. He bought lunches for homeless people (delivered them and have them alone cash with it). If you've seen his dog, that's a rescue from one of his videos.
Some videos are just about the satisfaction of cleaning up an overgrown property, but other videos show a large amount of care and respect for others.

Since no one is living in the house, I prefer the natural jungle look, but I do love the transformations you do on homes where people are living.
Could not wait to see what s quarter of a million dollar house looked like. Well..all I can say is that the tire swing must have increased it's value immensely. Y'all did a great job!!
exactly what I was thinking. Oh my
It was a Michelin
They definitely overpriced it lol. Unless it’s the land and location that has the price that high… YOU guys did a great job!

Kevin you an your Dad Robert sure knows how to transform a yard. It started out looking like a jungle, but man, o' man it now looks amazing.
If you are watching on your phone or tablet you might want to check into buying ear buds or headphones.
That blossom is called Shampoo ginger. Yes, for washing your hair with.
That's so interesting I've never heard of such a plant, do you find those in certain places because I've never seen it in California 🤔 Kevin said a neighbor told him you can eat it so I'm wondering if you can or just use it as some type of shampoo for your hair,? 🤔

Also known as awapuhi in Hawaii.

This place WAS A MESS. Such a great improvement. Thank you again for taking time to do good ❤❤❤
JUST WOW, no other words! Thanks for taking us along! J.R.
Thanks for helping the neighborhood. This was a huge job for the two of you. Looked much better when you finished.

Liked the Mowing Duet ! Actually, watching more than 1 guy working in these vids is always more enjoyable . Great transformation, well done👍👍😺

@imalikconnor I guess they have learned the tricks by doing this. And thankful for them because I wouldn't know where to start in that mess!
Depends on what kinds of snakes are native to the area.
Exactly, I'd definitely be worried about snakes, 🐍 ticks, and spiders, and, who, knows what else.
Snakes, lions and tigers and bears , oh my!, jumping spiders, centipedes and fire ants !
Wow! Great job guys. I’m sure the neighbors appreciate y’all. That was a mess.
The flower you found is a Soap Ginger.

Google review done for you pal.
The amount of time you spend away from Rachal and the kids must be horrible for you but keep fighting the good fight my man!!
Did you use his provided link? I keep trying and it gives me that 404 error and no page.
@@barbaram5787 i am watching on a firestick and i typed in the link, but as a check i have just clicked it and it seems to be working fine for me.
I used his link worked flawlessly. I appreciate your hard work yes you need a chipper
Kevin, Robert what a great transformation, great job guys. God bless you both and God bless your Family's
Who leave a transmission and a torque converter on a 1/4 million dollar property?
Just posted a Google review for you! 5 stars of course. Look, I love your work and the way you and your family take care of things, is beyond reproach! This property was Ohhhhh myyyy beyond help but you guys really did take it back to the best it can be for now. Why things get left to grow so far out of control boggles the mind! But it happens all over. So thank you guys for being there to do something about it!!
All those beautiful ferns growing everywhere 😮
Who the heck buys property then lets it fall into disrepair like this? Can’t rent it out. Value in the land??? I don’t get it? The city should be fining owners who abandon homes like this.
Property listing: “Hidden gem. Private Forrest. Lush vegetation.”
Correction.
Awesome video man keep up the great work 👍 that was a insane transformation
You guys are amazing working thru the rain without pay. The result is an amazing transformation 😮😮😮. It is like watching "tarzan's house in the jungle" change to something more civilized - very inspiring.
That was one big job. Ya'll always do a great job.
I feel your doing a very good for people keep up good job and God bless you
I'm not sure why you guys don't get a small chipper and gring up the trees and limbs for mulch. I understand it costs money. It's just a suggestion.
What a clean up. I no that neighborhood was thankful. Way to go guys.doing it for community and those in need ✌️💗👍
You got 5 from me on the link you shared ❤
Another well done work. You’re a blessing to many neighbourhoods.
Makes me wonder how the hell our ancestors managed to clear land without powered equipment??
They didn't work to live. They lived to work. Even slaves owned large homes back then.
Goats???
Back breaking endless dawn to dusk hard labour. Aren't you glad you have powered equipment these days?😁
1. they never let the plants grow that much
2. in rural areas you needed to cultivate to survive, hence to manain the terrain in a proper way
3. animal husbandry was not held in concrete factory, animals in order to live had to eat grass and kept large chunks of land clean
The option was to starve. They did the same thing as these guys do. They often had the help of family and/or friends and they didn't waste their time on TV or social media 😊
Wow...always amazed at the work y'all do
