I got my hands on a cookbook from 1900 composed only of vegetable pasta. The very best one was a buckwheat pasta with refried vegies such as carrot,cabbage and potato. Topped with genuine pecorino Romano cheese the flavour is out of this world.
My stomach is jumping, all looks so delicious !! and the little trick with the parmesan rind is what my mother did (i remember now¨) but the biggest interest for my gusto is the salad recipe- - i must try this ! 🤩
I make something like the broccoli dish, but instead of plain pasta, I use cheese ravioli, butter and evoo, sometimes toasted pine nuts too ( walnuts if I can't find/afford pine nuts)
Most of your videos are so short, it would be awesome if you’d start posting full episodes of all the old shows Jamie has done! Kind of like how Kitchen Nightmares has been doing. Love you Jamie!

You should cut your broccoli about 40min before cooking. If you want Sulforaphane wich is a super nutrient.
