Okay so every time I come to watch her videos, she's literally dealing with the issue of the thing id been thinking of the day before. I had a major debate by myself last night about reality and pondered on all the layers I could possibly consider and I shared some of these ideas with my bro. Teal, your stream of consciousness is an integral part of my life. Any time I am struggling with life, the very thought of you causes me to understand a situation. Its like the frequency of the way you teach is a switch that I can turn on in my mind and suddenly you are standing in my room asking me all the questions that's leads me to a solution. That's one reason I am for sure that spirituality is extremely powerful and something that our society must embrace in order to evolve.
Same thing with me. It felt like Teal knew what video I needed to see. But it could have something to do with word search algorithms & a vast amount of video on just about every subject Teal has available. TH-cam, like Facebook, must have cookies that keep track of what you see as well.
What a synchronicity, my 15 year old son just asked me what existential crisis meant yesterday. I wasn't sure what it meant. I will have to show him the crayfish, clear example. Lol!!!! They were cute!
Authentic self guide, your past hasn't programmed you it has provided all the keys to discover yourself, it is when people go against or misunderstand there past that it becomes a misperception and blindspot, therefore going by your comment, you are correct in saying you and most are blind to reality and that's because your judging what is and what has been as if creation is dysfunctional and chaotic when in fact there is devine order working behind the scenes, but yet you cannot see those inner workings.
Ooof. That twin flame comment hit me in the feels. I've come to terms with the idea that there are a lot of people waiting on people who clearly can't seem to make up their minds, and I was definitely doing that. After a year and a half of "some of you will be hearing from your twin flame" and not hearing jack, I've decided to let go of the twin flame concept. I unfollowed a lot of channels. I mean if anything, there are life lessons one can learn while enduring a failing or grueling relationship and there are lesson one can transitioning from that relationship as well. There's always a choice.

Hi, Ahava. I love your comment. I'd like to say that the whole "twin flame" or "soul mate" thing is poorly understood. When we're an adult, our twin flame or soul mate could be a baby. Or they could be a very, very old person on their deathbed. OR they could be on ANOTHER PLANET. The idea that a twin flame or soul mate is our "perfect mate" for this lifetime is a highly limited understanding of what a SOUL, or a STEAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS, truly IS. I can only speak from what I know from my own personal experience. This will not be the same for everyone. As a man, my soul mate is a woman. You can FIND your soul mate by simply meditating and focusing on those opposite traits inside you. What this means is I meditate and focus on the feminine or female aspects that exist DEEP DOWN INSIDE me. Doing this gives me information on her, what she's like, the problems or issues she's having in life, her life challenges, her strengths, her successes, her hopes, her dreams, her joys, her fears, her sorrows, etc etc etc. The MOST important thing about a twin flame or soul mate is this: RESPECT FOR THE HALF OR OTHER PART OF YOUR SOUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For ME, this means having a deeply grounded respect for ALL women in general because all women are, on some level, a part of me. Or, in other words, on a very deep level, a part of me IS a woman - my soul mate or twin flame - and she is me and I am her. Therefore, ALL women are a part of me and I am a part of ALL woman, and the same is true for all men. It also means me not having to be entangled with her. She may have an issue or problem that I am not going to be the one to fix or solve. Free will. She may have to leave and explore other options to learn and grow. Being TOGETHER in a space where BOTH are compatible is a privilege. It's also a choice between both involved. We DO NOT need to seek or even know our soul mate or twin flame. This is my own experience. What we need to do is to go as far as we CAN GO in this lifetime, to learn as much as we can, to expand our awareness as much as possible, to follow our dreams as deeply as we can, to be in alignment with our heart/mind/body as much and as often as we can in this lifetime. One thing to remember: Your true twin flame or soul mate will have the same or similar problems or issues YOU have. BUT they have to be the ones to fix them - not you or anyone else. They have to put forth that effort because of free will. Otherwise, you become a tyrant over them, and that's not healthy for anyone.

Okay, so... speaking honestly, this video was amazing. Both with the timing of it, _and_ the message that objective reality and subjective reality coexist. I don't know about other people, but this actually helps me come to terms with my thoughts on reality itself, and the things I've learned about myself and where I come from. I had a terrifying experience a few years ago, where I smoked powerful marijuana and got so high that I literally phased OUT of reality for a bit. For a time, everything became digital, and... I honestly felt more at peace than ever, like I was coming to understand everything around me. Then I suffered an existential crises and everything went to hell. But in that moment, I did learn that objective reality is potential. It's _there,_ and it's real, but it's not so much a definite truth so much as it's the realization that in a way, all truths _are_ real on some level. At least, that's what I've come to believe.
I feel like I gained an instantaneous understanding of the basics of how this reality works a couple of years ago when I noticed that intense negative emotion attracted negative thoughts. I saw in my imagination a black hole of large diameter, not a singularity, in the vastness of open space pulling in energy that was illuminated out of the darkness as it converged into currents that encircled the black nucleus like a whirlpool. I noticed that the negative thoughts just came without any effort to look for them like through the file cabinets of my memory but just presented as if fetched by a secretary. I think we are led astray when we look for what we would like in the world around us without first feeling the emotion of what it would be like to experience it because it seems it's emotion that determines what surrounds us individually. Thoughts I think are the fastest to arrive and things follow behind as fast as the Law of probability allows them to converge into currents. Compassion seems to be the field that unifies subjective realities and leads the serpent to find his tale and close her circle. It seems to require tears in order to understand the pain in others that I have misunderstood but then comes peace in knowing that everyone is doing the best they can.

While part of me still feels very resistant to accepting that all are doing their best (maybe because "right and wrong" and "sin and conviction" were themes with which I was raised and seemed to impart a semblance of order in chaos), I want to help the serpent find their tail too 😌
Love the distinction between objective reality and consensus realities. The difficulties I personally face with reality however, is that in trying to be "aware" of my current reality, I am instead just conforming to the many different narratives of who I am and what my life is. Too many narratives written by too many people interwoven into thick overlays or filters that it's very hard to tell which layer of my subjective reality I ought to be facing... For instance, is saying "that I'm an overbearing, judgmental person" facing my own reality or conceding to someone's narrative (external subjective reality) of me because of some impression I'd left on them? Should Teal just face the "reality" that she's a manipulative tyrant who spreads false ideas like poison because that's the subjective reality that most of her haters project onto her? and if she doesn't own that then she's not facing reality, even when she knows the deeper truth of what she's doing? or is it that "facing" isn't at all the same as "accepting as truth"? I have such a hard time distinguishing between these concepts that I usually just let reality "be" whatever it wants to, which leaves me more receptive but without any sense of agency or power.
I love you Teal. You are a extremely beautiful soul and I enjoy how incredibly witty and deep you go into any given subject you are speaking on. You tend to strike an emotional chord that usually results in me tearing up or straight up crying, on each subject you dive into.
Real is Everything, Everyone, Everyone's perspective. Everything, everyone, everyones's perspective is unconditional love. We are love, everything is love. Everything is fragmentations of love. Love is source, big bang is source and it knows no bounds that is why it is infinetely expanding, because it's a symbol that represents unconditional love and unconditional love knows no bounds.
This makes so much sense, maybe being able to see the truth for what it is simply means to be aware of what's playing out in the external world without giving away our personal sense of power and free will
I have followed Teal for years. I find the giggling, which is on purpose, bombastic. Teal is not right about 'everything' I don't know why I get this feeling as I have been a fan for years.
Science is being proved wrong all the time people talk about what they were taught and so they believe that, to be reality. Nowadays history isn't even a fact and so reality like gravity is a word made for something that isn't factually understood. Willie Nelson said it the best, (depending on the soil and the season you can plant a seed and you can watch it grow but you can't have a guarantee because everything that ought to be ain't necessarily so.) I'd like to have more faith in human logic and base it on the rules of the proof that you can show but I can't take my guesses back that I based on all those facts that weren't necessarily so.

Hi Teal, thanks for sharing your thought process in regard to subjective versus objective reality. What is the borderline in regard to, say, a person deemed mentally insane, i.e. a person in a ward of insane people who really thinks he or she is the doctor of those that surround the person, when in fact he or she is one of the patients? In their "subjective reality" they believe that they are what they really think they are, but in the objective reality of the real doctors and nurses that surround them, they are crazy...now here is a different consideration: what about those who have the capability to make their desired reality happen to the extent that it is extremely noticed by those around them? Or even to the extent that some would consider it a type of super power; the capability to will things into existence? Or is that deception as well, like a stealth "genie" of some sort is actually granting their "wishes" to where they think they are the ones who are willing things into existence, when the objective reality is that some other power has the capability as to whether or not what the person is desiring comes to fruition? Just questions that come up in my mind after watching your video. Regardless if you have the time to respond, I hope you are having a great day!
The paradox of awakening is the more you know, the more you realize you don’t know I love when you said the consciousness comes to know itself through the various subjective realities. Yes, integrating the creation of your own reality with your own awareness is what I've too found to be working, in those few times I practice it more fully. It is a core idea of taoism too, yin and yang, the receptive and the action-oriented force. When you integrate those two, you get what taoists call tao, the peak of naturality if you will. I think I had this at least once and it was one of the best experiences of my life. As for tuning into the objective reality, which you said is to tune into other living beings' realities, I have a notion of this too. It is when someone accepts and loves you as you are naturally. I do not really know if I've ever been on either end of this, but for some reason the closest thing to this I've experienced with my pet rats, who seemed very genuine. Perhaps it is because they're less likely to have blockages due to living in that kind of conditions and being less evolved organisms. The more evolved you are, the more space you have for blockages that inhibit your naturalness, because you have a bigger mind and body. Also, due to the increased capacity of the more evolved organism, to experience things more fully we need to exert ourselves more. In that sense, being a more evolved organism comes with greater challenges.
Alan Watts, while at a sit down to discuss the nature of Zen philosophy explained. If he were to teach the true meaning of Zen. He would come, sit down for 5 minutes in silence then leave the room. He said, thereafter, he knew the audience would not find it pleasing. So, he explained what silence could not in those five minutes in several hours. That is reality. .
Yes but subjective reality can sometimes change objective reality, that's one of subjective reality's biggest benefits! The problem is some people take out the word "sometimes" from the above sentence because the objective reality is too uncomfortable. Great video!!! Thank you for clarifying the reality perspectives. It really puts quantum co-creation into perspective. If you hold on and place energy into to a reality or situation, it persists.
Great example about most people's belief about twin flames. I noticed that not a single person I've come across who preaches about a twin flame relationships are actually married or in a union. All are either single, or in an on and off relationship. So they hold on to the illusion and make themselves always available to a person who comes and goes as they please. They don't include any realistic aspect of the relationship, just what feels good to them even if it means to push away the physical reality and believe in an illusion. I believe the twin flame community or most people actually fear their own power and their own expansion and growth, and tends to promote codependency more than a secure attachment style in a relationship. Yes there is growth in ANY relationship, twin flame or not, as long as the person in it is highly aware and learns from every experience. In fact I believe that those fixated on an illusion remain stagnant in THEIR own personal growth, because they hold themselves back by fear of moving on and growing where their partner may not catch up to their growth and expansion. It is in fact very limiting on their growth since most are trying to control a desired outcome with someone specific.
As people are often asleep or on auto pilot mode living predominantly on 3D dimension/reality... Is reality dependent on the dimension of life we choose to live in?

I know a lot of people that bypass “negativity” into a state of delirium. I see where I got it. Reality can be really hard to see. I now recognize the importance.
Couldn't agree more. But I would probably add one cautionary note: "don't always jump to the "sharks!" conclusion just to 'avoid' the possibility that you might be 'avoiding' reality". This is where a real commitment to Truth becomes indispensable....it causes us to keep looking until the Truth reveals itself...rather than creating a "stand-in story" just for comfort and/or safety sake that eventually becomes a false belief. In other words...It might be wise to acknowledge what we don't know until such time as we truly know it first-hand.
This was very interesting. Living based on objective reality is something I really want to master, of course only for personal power to see and think beyond everyones' perception. I think the only way to master objective reality is to live intelligently (based how things actually are and work) and always be aweare of other people perceptions. But you 'at the center' are the master player who is always ahead. It slows down the speed you are living and you need to dramatically reduce living from emotions but the payout is that you will live rational life. If you are able to master life you can be surounded in BS and not be effected by it. You live your truth and intelligently and be completely ok with other people BS and stupidity. That I think is the pinnacle of mastering this game of life.

I'd like to say that the whole "twin flame" or "soul mate" thing is poorly understood. When we're an adult, our twin flame or soul mate could be a baby. Or they could be a very, very old person on their deathbed. OR they could be on ANOTHER PLANET. The idea that a twin flame or soul mate is our "perfect mate" for this lifetime is a highly limited understanding of what a SOUL, or a STEAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS, truly IS.
I can only speak from what I know from my own personal experience. This will not be the same for everyone. As a man, my soul mate is a woman. You can FIND your soul mate by simply meditating and focusing on those opposite traits inside you. What this means is I meditate and focus on the feminine or female aspects that exist DEEP DOWN INSIDE me. Doing this gives me information on her, what she's like, the problems or issues she's having in life, her life challenges, her strengths, her successes, her hopes, her dreams, her joys, her fears, her sorrows, etc etc etc.
The MOST important thing about a twin flame or soul mate is this: RESPECT FOR THE HALF OR OTHER PART OF YOUR SOUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For ME, this means having a deeply grounded respect for ALL women in general because all women are, on some level, a part of me. Or, in other words, on a very deep level, a part of me IS a woman - my soul mate or twin flame - and she is me and I am her. Therefore, ALL women are a part of me and I am a part of ALL woman, and the same is true for all men.
It also means me not having to be entangled with her. She may have an issue or problem that I am not going to be the one to fix or solve. Free will. She may have to leave and explore other options to learn and grow.
Being TOGETHER in a space where BOTH are compatible is a privilege. It's also a choice between both involved.
We DO NOT need to seek or even know our soul mate or twin flame. This is my own experience. What we need to do is to go as far as we CAN GO in this lifetime, to learn as much as we can, to expand our awareness as much as possible, to follow our dreams as deeply as we can, to be in alignment with our heart/mind/body as much and as often as we can in this lifetime.

One thing to remember: Your true twin flame or soul mate will have the same or similar problems or issues YOU have. BUT they have to be the ones to fix them - not you or anyone else. They have to put forth that effort because of free will. Otherwise, you become a tyrant over them, and that's not healthy for anyone.

They have literally denied large portions of objective reality to further their grasp on their own subjective reality. The only person that will change their minds is themselves or their own personal trip beyond earth's orbit to see the shape of the world themselves. They have taken the notion of seeing is believing to new heights, no pun intended lol.
Okay, so... speaking honestly, this video was amazing. Both with the timing of it, _and_ the message that objective reality and subjective reality coexist. I don't know about other people, but this actually helps me come to terms with my thoughts on reality itself, and the things I've learned about myself and where I come from. I had a terrifying experience a few years ago, where I smoked powerful marijuana and got so high that I literally phased OUT of reality for a bit. For a time, everything became digital, and... I honestly felt more at peace than ever, like I was coming to understand everything around me. Then I suffered an existential crises and everything went to hell.
But in that moment, I did learn that objective reality is potential. It's _there,_ and it's real, but it's not so much a definite truth so much as it's the realization that in a way, all truths _are_ real on some level. At least, that's what I've come to believe.

I feel like I gained an instantaneous understanding of the basics of how this reality works a couple of years ago when I noticed that intense negative emotion attracted negative thoughts. I saw in my imagination a black hole of large diameter, not a singularity, in the vastness of open space pulling in energy that was illuminated out of the darkness as it converged into currents that encircled the black nucleus like a whirlpool. I noticed that the negative thoughts just came without any effort to look for them like through the file cabinets of my memory but just presented as if fetched by a secretary. I think we are led astray when we look for what we would like in the world around us without first feeling the emotion of what it would be like to experience it because it seems it's emotion that determines what surrounds us individually. Thoughts I think are the fastest to arrive and things follow behind as fast as the Law of probability allows them to converge into currents.
Compassion seems to be the field that unifies subjective realities and leads the serpent to find his tale and close her circle. It seems to require tears in order to understand the pain in others that I have misunderstood but then comes peace in knowing that everyone is doing the best they can.

Love the distinction between objective reality and consensus realities. The difficulties I personally face with reality however, is that in trying to be "aware" of my current reality, I am instead just conforming to the many different narratives of who I am and what my life is. Too many narratives written by too many people interwoven into thick overlays or filters that it's very hard to tell which layer of my subjective reality I ought to be facing...
For instance, is saying "that I'm an overbearing, judgmental person" facing my own reality or conceding to someone's narrative (external subjective reality) of me because of some impression I'd left on them?
Should Teal just face the "reality" that she's a manipulative tyrant who spreads false ideas like poison because that's the subjective reality that most of her haters project onto her? and if she doesn't own that then she's not facing reality, even when she knows the deeper truth of what she's doing?
or is it that "facing" isn't at all the same as "accepting as truth"?
I have such a hard time distinguishing between these concepts that I usually just let reality "be" whatever it wants to, which leaves me more receptive but without any sense of agency or power.

Love is source, big bang is source and it knows no bounds that is why it is infinetely expanding, because it's a symbol that represents unconditional love and unconditional love knows no bounds.
This makes so much sense, maybe being able to see the truth for what it is simply means to be aware of what's playing out in the external world without giving away our personal sense of power and free will
I have followed Teal for years. I find the giggling, which is on purpose, bombastic. Teal is not right about 'everything' I don't know why I get this feeling as I have been a fan for years.
Science is being proved wrong all the time people talk about what they were taught and so they believe that, to be reality. Nowadays history isn't even a fact and so reality like gravity is a word made for something that isn't factually understood. Willie Nelson said it the best, (depending on the soil and the season you can plant a seed and you can watch it grow but you can't have a guarantee because everything that ought to be ain't necessarily so.) I'd like to have more faith in human logic and base it on the rules of the proof that you can show but I can't take my guesses back that I based on all those facts that weren't necessarily so.

It's so sad, though, that many people who are less empathetic, moral and lower-vibrational, selfish contribute to the creation of this objective reality through their subjective perception of it. Hi Teal, thanks for sharing your thought process in regard to subjective versus objective reality. What is the borderline in regard to, say, a person deemed mentally insane, i.e. a person in a ward of insane people who really thinks he or she is the doctor of those that surround the person, when in fact he or she is one of the patients? In their "subjective reality" they believe that they are what they really think they are, but in the objective reality of the real doctors and nurses that surround them, they are crazy...now here is a different consideration: what about those who have the capability to make their desired reality happen to the extent that it is extremely noticed by those around them? Or even to the extent that some would consider it a type of super power; the capability to will things into existence? Or is that deception as well, like a stealth "genie" of some sort is actually granting their "wishes" to where they think they are the ones who are willing things into existence, when the objective reality is that some other power has the capability as to whether or not what the person is desiring comes to fruition? Just questions that come up in my mind after watching your video. Regardless if you have the time to respond, I hope you are having a great day!

Yes, integrating the creation of your own reality with your own awareness is what I've too found to be working, in those few times I practice it more fully. It is a core idea of taoism too, yin and yang, the receptive and the action-oriented force.
When you integrate those two, you get what taoists call tao, the peak of naturality if you will. I think I had this at least once and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
As for tuning into the objective reality, which you said is to tune into other living beings' realities, I have a notion of this too. It is when someone accepts and loves you as you are naturally. I do not really know if I've ever been on either end of this, but for some reason the closest thing to this I've experienced with my pet rats, who seemed very genuine. Perhaps it is because they're less likely to have blockages due to living in that kind of conditions and being less evolved organisms. The more evolved you are, the more space you have for blockages that inhibit your naturalness, because you have a bigger mind and body. Also, due to the increased capacity of the more evolved organism, to experience things more fully we need to exert ourselves more.
In that sense, being a more evolved organism comes with greater challenges.
Alan Watts, while at a sit down to discuss the nature of Zen philosophy explained. If he were to teach the true meaning of Zen. He would come, sit down for 5 minutes in silence then leave the room. He said, thereafter, he knew the audience would not find it pleasing. So, he explained what silence could not in those five minutes in several hours. That is reality.

Yes but subjective reality can sometimes change objective reality, that's one of subjective reality's biggest benefits! The problem is some people take out the word "sometimes" from the above sentence because the objective reality is too uncomfortable.

Thank you for clarifying the reality perspectives. It really puts quantum co-creation into perspective. If you hold on and place energy into to a reality or situation, it persists.
Great example about most people's belief about twin flames. I noticed that not a single person I've come across who preaches about a twin flame relationships are actually married or in a union. All are either single, or in an on and off relationship. So they hold on to the illusion and make themselves always available to a person who comes and goes as they please. They don't include any realistic aspect of the relationship, just what feels good to them even if it means to push away the physical reality and believe in an illusion. I believe the twin flame community or most people actually fear their own power and their own expansion and growth, and tends to promote codependency more than a secure attachment style in a relationship. Yes there is growth in ANY relationship, twin flame or not, as long as the person in it is highly aware and learns from every experience. In fact I believe that those fixated on an illusion remain stagnant in THEIR own personal growth, because they hold themselves back by fear of moving on and growing where their partner may not catch up to their growth and expansion. It is in fact very limiting on their growth since most are trying to control a desired outcome with someone specific.
I feel like my reality expanded watching this! Both subjective & objective 😆 🙌 Now I'm off to face some truths

I know a lot of people that bypass “negativity” into a state of delirium. I see where I got it. Reality can be really hard to see. I now recognize the importance.
Couldn't agree more. But I would probably add one cautionary note: "don't always jump to the "sharks!" conclusion just to 'avoid' the possibility that you might be 'avoiding' reality". This is where a real commitment to Truth becomes indispensable....it causes us to keep looking until the Truth reveals itself...rather than creating a "stand-in story" just for comfort and/or safety sake that eventually becomes a false belief. In other words...It might be wise to acknowledge what we don't know until such time as we truly know it first-hand.

This was very interesting. Living based on objective reality is something I really want to master, of course only for personal power to see and think beyond everyones' perception. I think the only way to master objective reality is to live intelligently (based how things actually are and work) and always be aweare of other people perceptions. But you 'at the center' are the master player who is always ahead. It slows down the speed you are living and you need to dramatically reduce living from emotions but the payout is that you will live rational life. If you are able to master life you can be surounded in BS and not be effected by it. You live your truth and intelligently and be completely ok with other people BS and stupidity. That I think is the pinnacle of mastering this game of life.

So, when I face it and accept it then I could see it in different ways and change it with help of aspects that are already inside the current reality (without fight).
