Wonderful two days. Loved them both. I guess we are having walleye and cod for supper because I am still drooling. When I was 10 years old I caught a 14 lb. walleye in Big Sandy Lake in Minnesota. My picture was still on their bulletin board 12 years later when I went back. That's my fishing story. I am now 77 and still love walleye but grandsons bring them now. Merry Ann from Minnesota

I loved when you arrived and fished, laughed, swam with the fish literally. Never laughed so hard when you said bring your rod here. All 3 of you got the fish so much fun. Ah friendship

Hi Ted, I can't believe that the fish are so hungry at this lake. You have such beautiful scenery in Canada and really great opportunities to enjoy it. Enjoy every day, life is way too short and take care of your brother. A good house cat, with only three healthy paws, also takes care that the sick paw gets healthy again and does not overexert itself. Grin, he is also fed so well. I have NEVER seen something like that fish in the water when you're swimming, drop the line in front of the fish and catch. Unreal...good work catching the action.

In northern WI we have lakes that will "turn on" like that for walleye every 10-15 years, but people fish them out quickly, and it's back to regeneration. Plus we have the Indians with their spearing rights, that put a lot of pressure on the fisheries. I'm flying in to Canada for fishing, as soon as I get organized.

Yeah I was in walled lake Michigan one yeah at I was about 15 16 years old man I whent fishing on a pond at my dads friends house I was using a plastic worm first cast it was huge it was spooling me and snapped off. What ever it was it was huge. I put another plastic worm on and caught 3 huge large mouth oh man just the best time ever in catch some fish

Canadians are funny, every time you add another one to the group each one becomes even more canadian. When you have one you can kind of tell they are Canadian. Add one so you have 2 and the yahs and ehs start popping up. Add another so you have three and their powers combine to form super Canucks. The yah buds, dat ders , oh dont cha knows and aboots start flying everywhere. 😉😆

Oh, i meant the spices when you cooked the lake trout. It looked really good and I want to try it out on the native trout here in Sweden.
We used a spice called Old Bay 👍

Its worth a visit 4 sure! U can cross the border if u fly right now its just driving thats the issue. U may have to quarantine however
