I recognize myself in all of it. In fact, I am procrastinating right now by watching this video, and I have mixed feelings of whether to actually feel proud that I am taking a step to solve my problem or to feel guilty for not doing something "useful" instead. Thank you so much for this series, I really hope I can help myself.

It's one of these dilemmas, I know... Well, there is a healthy amount of procrastination in everyone's life, so don't feel guilty for spending a couple of minutes learning something useful. But also commit to returning back to what's important, and take the next step in that. Focus on the next step only, not the whole trajectory, because that will overwhelm you. Good luck! ✨️😀

Is it possible to be not an overpeformer yet a procrastinator/perfection because you want to maintain an average or good enough appearance. Does procrastination/overthinking ever cause physical drainage with migraines and fatigue?

Great question! You mean like they have too many ambitions and goals, and yet they procrastinate? Or they are restless and they keep themselves busy, and yet they procrastinate about what is important? Yes, it can be very possible! These are successful but without the procrastination they could have been further down the line, even more successful, or more happy, less stressed, more focused, with more purpose and bance on their life.

And to answer your second question: yes, definitely, overthinking can lead to psysical fatigue and physical symptoms such as migraine, headaches, stomach problems, back pain, skin problems, etc. The body keeps the score ;-)
