You literally word for word spoke something that has been on my heart for the past few weeks, getting over the ideas of “I’ll do that when I’m a wife” or “when I graduate” etc. Thank you for sharing this!! Also would love a bread baking tutorial 🙌🏼🍞❤️
I deleted everything a few months ago. I absolutely abused tiktok snapchat, instagram, etc., and I truly don't think I'll go back. I use vsco to document the wonderful pictures that I take in this season.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and what you've learned. It really helped put my own life into perspective as well. It's funny, I was my fittest in 2020, too, then I dropped running again afterwards. It's like running is an additional stress factor right now. I know running can help with stress, but finding the time for it.
Hi Abbey! It's the first time I comment on your videos but I've watched a few of them and I love them! I'm also a young adult and I believe I understand the struggles you describe. I hope we all can find the peace and life balance we are looking for! My best wishes for you and your family
I definitely was feeling this way last year too… it wasn’t til I finally slowed down, spent less time on social media comparing myself to others, and intentionally spent time doing things I enjoyed and “didn’t have time for” that I started to see a shift. It’s something I’m still working on though… I can’t wait to see the future content you choose to share with us here on TH-cam 😊
I have been feeling the same way lately!!! I haven’t completely deleted instagram but have (after cheating many times lol) been able to stick to a five minute limit- basically I go on, post if I need to, and then get off. Gardening and sewing are also on my to learn list this year and I read a tonnnn! Glad you are in a healthier place ❤
