Thank you MrShortGame. I've been procrastinating stretching for too long. I started with two of your videos this morning during coffee at 5am. 20 minutes daily is a good start.

Great vid on an often overlooked component of keeping us old farts in better shape. The fact these exercises are geared for golf is all the better. Thanks.

If your a golfer, you know what you should do before a round...stretch. To be shown proper technique how to do these simple , easy stretches is great reminder.

I have suffered from lower back pain and tightness for YEARS. The BEST thing for me was the hamstring stretch MrShortGame showed here. The second thing are the hip flexor..I am 60 and after about a week doing these types of stretches my lower back pain is pretty much gone. I cannot remember the last time my back felt so good.

Nice exercises, I will add them to my stretches before playing golf.

Some good stretches there. But I would add that to make a stretch more effective you need to relax, breathe into the stretch (exhale as stretching out) and hold the stretch for at least 15 to 30 seconds. Otherwise it's really just a warm up and you're not really getting any added flexibility into the muscle. 🙂

Love all the tutorial videos you post! My friend and I just picked up golf a couple months ago, and after binging your videos we've already been able to take a few strokes off our rounds!

My mate laughs at me a bit when I warm up. He's like " ya don't bloody warm up ta play golf mate".....Then I laugh at him when he hurts himself on the 2nd tee tryin to crush it and tops the 🤬 out of it 😂🤣

Great stretching exercises. Perhaps what you said about back pain snd stretching is my problem. After 9 holes, my back pain goes away and I am fine ... just an observation

I saw this video last week and ignored it. Here I am a week later with a roached lower back (from golf today). From this moment forward, I'm not playing without fully stretching first. Just turned 50 two weeks ago and bam, here comes the expected issues.

Interesting, most people don't understand the market moves and tend to be mislead infacts like this and always depend on money in the bank very bad idea.

I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do because I have no idea of how and where to invest in?

When the money realizes that is in good hands,it wants to stay and multiply in those hands, if you really want to make points out of money you've got, you have to take it out of your savings account

For pain in n feet , get a rectangular plastic pan. Fill it with cold water and add ice. Do it twice a week and you will be pain free.
