Hey man, I just came across your channel recently because I have been getting into retro gaming, and also doing experiments with modern gaming on CRT's and you have helped me with a lot of misconceptions with your channel. Keep it up man, you have a lot of knowledge to give and we are definitely ready and here for it.
I own one of these. I bought what I thought was a custom RGB cable for my sega genesis, but I can't get it to work. I'm pretty sure the RGB is good on the tube because I saw it tested when I bought it. Might fiddle with it again, it could be the cable. It's a fun television but gosh dang I just cannot find a place to put it. I need to build a rolling rack or something for it
I do actually, it's with my big JVC TV since i've had to do a lot of convergence on that. Its not super in depth with lots of convergence strips but it helps

Congrats on the new screen. looks clean for a 90's screen. Enjoy!
Looks great man. Cool to see it in motion! I forgot to check this out earlier.
Greetings to you, the most beautiful teacher, and I wish you success. Thank you
Looks cool and all but these older rarer monitors seem like a time bomb if you need replacement parts like a flyback.

Do you have any instructional videos on how to correct convergence? Whether ring adjustments or installing a magnetic piece to the bell of the Tube?

I am new to the channel so you may have already mentioned this in another video, but where do you mostly get your CRTs at? Thank you!
Everywhere >:)
Jk it's usually local listing on fb marketplace and ebay
@@P-0-Seventeen THANK YOU!
I got the same set and I can't get any picture out rgb with the snes....is sync a must on this set? Svideo works but not RGB
yes sync is a must on RGB, so you need to run all 4 cables
@@P-0-Seventeen I assuming snes to scart to scart bnc to tv?
@matthewtorres9555 for this one yes, that's correct to get it into this video monitor
