The one thing stopping me from trying this delicious meal-prep is the change in texture/taste of raw items - spinach, tomato etc. after refrigerating. Tried different containers but they simply don't taste good to me the next day. But, hey, it's just one dish, that baked oatmeal alone stole my heart:)
Meal prep proteins (meat) and then make all the other stuff over a pan when you wanna make a meal. Very easy and usually meat still tastes the same. It helps me with protein
I don’t get putting milk in containers to prep and save time but then having to spend more time and energy washing up containers, using more water and wasting more space in your fridge. Just put your cup on a scale for exact measurements.
Probably for quick portions. I know I rush in the morning and sometimes have to bring the food with me. This way I can grab and go. Little things like that make life easier

A little too much sugar for me. If I ate that baked oatmeal for breakfast my blood sugar would be all over the place all day and I'd feel hungry all day long. I either skip breakfast or have eggs or a protein shake (unflavored whey protein powder).
They're really great especially for people on plant based diets...chickpeas are a huge staple in my diet. It's not really a fad, it's a food that is high in protein and relatively low calorie for the nutrients you get. It's also not a food like quinoa that made it more difficult for people that ate that as a staple food to acquire affordably once it became popular. I for one will keep eating lots of chickpeas. If you just don't like the flavor though I totally get it. I feel that way about avocado which is in every healthy plant based recipe it seems like.

You can just use water - or any kind of plant based milk like almond milk. Egg whites will make it too dense

The oatmeal looks like a good idea, but I can’t imagine the wrap doesn’t get soggy and gross after a day.
Just prepare fillings in the box and wrap when hungry. Find solutions instead of complaints.
All the meals look great and nice but i i don’t think that is it possible to keep them one week even in fridge
