I’ve never used one of these, and was confused about when to add the nuts, thinking maybe I missed the add in sound or that it didn’t work properly because I found it in a pile of free stuff in my neighborhood. I can’t wait to try the bread. And I think I’ll try it with some cream cheese too, because that looked delicious!
I made the 2lb version, I had to add more buttermilk because to get the dough to come together, almost a 1/2 cup and a little water till it finally did came together. Would more butter or oil also help. The final product is slightly on the dry side. Any adivice.
