Made this bread the other day…I just used oats instead of bulgar wheat. But still good ..on top sprinkled rolled oats n sesame seeds, coconut oil instead of butter..just used whatever I’d at home
Drat Martha...I'm in the middle of laundry, idly picked up my phone (yes, to check Martha Bakes)..and what do I find?? Sonething more important to do than laundry 🤣🤣🤣 already checking the pantry (as I type this) to see that I've got all ingredients required...the laundry can wait - at least until proofing time 🤣🤣🤣. Thanks as always, this will go sooo beautifully with the pumpkin soup I have planned for dinner 🥳🤗💫💯👏👏👏🇯🇲
I never knew we were supposed to add cooked grains! I've tried a few times using dry grains thinking they would soften when baked in the bread. Next batch, cooked grains.
What’s all this 2x cups of this and 1 cup of that nonsense. Cups vary from size to size, even in different countries. Why can’t you give us basic metric or imperial measurements ?.. it would be much more simple.

It's really hard to find rye flour here in UAE hope I will get it online.

You can find it in either Spinneys, Waitrose or Lulu. I found it once in Lulu Hypermarket.
How long do you knead it if you dont have a mixer please?
