  • I quick whipped up a self taken video talking over our Ridge products(clutch kit, tune, exhaust). This video also has an exhaust sound clip so you can hear the awesome sound(but not too loud) Also I take you for a cruise so you can see how this model runs down the road with our clutching(much better than factory). We can take your 92hp up and over the 116hp models with ease. Much more information in our product pages of our website. -Mike

For those used to twin style engines. I have wildcat xx, and they too run a straight 4. Yes they run higher in the rpm. So to help with sound, i put sound deading on the wall. Helped a lot.

a video of how to actually change the spring and weights would be so helpful. Until then I'm on the sideline. My Ridge limited is pretty sweet as it is...

Huge potential with all our products, but clutching makes them so much better. I have a clutch installation video, just needing to upload it. Look for it soon. -Mike

Does the kit help in mud to stop cvt belt slip?

Yes it will. What size tires are you running? And is it giving you the CVT/belt slip error?

So can you give me an idea of how much it will take the RPM's down to ? My machine runs 5200 rpm's at 20 mph- on the 30" tires sounds like its going to blow up any second . If it only drops by 200 rpm it doesn't really warrant $400 for your parts.

RPM will drop at all points, but less at lower MPH, and more at higher MPH. I do not have 20mph readings, but it drops 500-700 or more RPM out at 40-50.

What do you see with top speed?

The ridge is a little unstable at high speeds, but we have gone over 80mph on GPS with our 33" tires. We've not taken it further though it seems there is room to go faster.

Show us a video on the two different types of clutch spring set ups that will LOWER the outrageous RPM's on the Kawasaki Ridge. Show how much it lowers the RPM's from the stock spring/weights. My Ridge does 5200 RPM's at 20 MPH and sounds like it's going to blow up any minute. FIX THAT !

Our S1 clutch kit fixes this issue. Just a spring will not fix the issue(or by much) as you need more clutch weight. We do go over this in the video, but not showing at that low of RPM. There are many different scenarios, clutch setups, and tire sizes which is impossible to show all. Our S1 clutch kit greatly lowers operating RPM, yet still has great RPM ramp up/punch when you get on the throttle.
