This has to be the nicest negative review I’ve ever seen. Thanks for letting everyone know in such a respectful way. You’re integrity is admirable. Hope it is truly fixed now.
Way to go Andrea! Companies need to know we are to people that keep them business. If they can’t fix it to replace it. Keep us updated on your mule. ❤️🙏
Customer service has been a huge issue in this Country for the last several years. Those days of "the customer is always right" are long gone. Lack of respect, responsibility, profit margin and accountability have left the cunsumer with their sense of recourse taken from them and big business roughshodding over everyone. Make them accountable and do exactly what you have done or boycott them altogether. Thank You Andrea for sharing! Best of luck to you and your family.
@@0to100_real_quickThe problem today is that the big corporations own these manfacturing companies. You're left with no real alternative except to buy from them. As stated in the video, my son bought an expensive washer which broke down a little after a year which was right when the warranty ran out. He basically was forced to buy the extended insurance to avoid having to pay another hefty service repair bill. It's all a racket.
YES, THIS IS THE "SOCIAL-CONTRACT HUMANS HAVE HAD, THAT LET US PROFIT FROM THE KINDNESS OF OTHERS. HOT! STOVE, BIG SNAKE AHEAD! SHARED COLLECTIVE PROTECTIONS!
This is just terrible !! So frustrating!! I HATE having to call customer service of just about any company these days. You can't understand 98% of them and they don't know enough to help you. You are being so kind in how you share this, not what they deserve. I really hope if it isn't fixed this time that Kawasaki replaces it with another NEW one and with bells & whistles for what they have put you through. We've been looking at getting one of these to ride with a large group of friends. This is good info to know. Thank you for sharing.
I am so sorry that y'all are going through this. I would do 2 things: 1) talk to an attorney 22:27 the consultation is usually free. It might just take a letter with the attorneys name and address on letter head. It did for me with my boat. 2) make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this helps and hope you the best. Please keep us updated. Don't sit on it
Making a complaint and consulting an attorney could help you legally for future problems. Even including a recall notice.but a recall problem has to become apparent with much time for the manufacturer to respond. Especially if you look at Ford's auto history . And that's where the State has imposed Lemon Laws to protect the consumer in the automotive industry.
Thank you for speaking up! People need to know the truth. So many companies just want to cutback and do business as cheap as possible to make more money for themselves.
Awesome review and you are 100% correct in saying it's time to stand up to companies. You are not asking for anything more than you paid for - a correctly functioning machine without issues like you are having. Honestly you are a whole lot nicer than I would be

I think you did the right thing. This is what's known as "word of mouth". Back in my younger years, if you started bad mouthing a business in my town, EVERYONE knew about it and they would all let the business know. TH-cam is now that mouthpiece. Good job, God bless and I hope you get your Mule fixed soon.
Ooh girl, i know that is so very frustrating! I think you have done the right thing, in using your platform to out them. Prayers its fixed. Love y'all. ❤️
New to your channel. Really stand with you about the way companies are treating customers. Great Video. Hope things work out in your favor. NC standing with ya ✌️🇺🇸

Customer service seems to be a thing of the past until you get someone in the legal profession involved. Seems like we get the runaround until they know we are very serious about getting our problems resolved completely.
The bigger the company or corporation are the bigger the problems are I've purchased a Ford truck that was purchased new in another state and was classified as a lemon the Ford company took the truck back moved it to another state the lemon classification is eliminated in the new owner purchase a piece of junk. These big companies have people working in the government to pass laws to protect these big companies not the individual people that are purchasing these products. You basically are you are basically screwed
@@justinneal6004. You don’t need a lawyer!!!!!!!! Hit em in the pocket book and subpoena them personally to show up in court.
You go girl!!!!! I am so tired of hearing "times have changed or things are different now". That's bull. Have a little pride it what you do. If that first dealer couldn't resolve your issue, they should have had your back and found someone who could. Then go back to Kawasaki for reimbursement. Thank you for your voice.

Im very glad you made this video. A voice that needs to be heard. Have you thought of contacting your states attorney generals consumer protection office and reporting them? It can help. In Oregon we've had people gain resolves financially etc.

Actually in the market myself for a SxS, and just crossed the Mule off the list, shame since I had boiled it down to 3, Really sorry you guys had to go through all of this, Thanks for bringing this out to the public, at some point we must get this customer service thing turned around, instead of all the surveys they take afterwards, perhaps place that money into training, this same conversation keeps coming up, and nothing ever seems to get any better, demanding value for spending time and money, shouldnt be a bad thing,
Ive got a 2012 610 and it’s been bullet proof. Bought it second hand and couldn’t be happier with it. I also do service work on the side and do a few mules, 610s and a couple pro FXs, they’ve all been great. Now these are all 2019 or older, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. The pro FXs have the 3cylinder gas motor, the 610s all have the 400cc single, lawnmower type motor. The 400s are as bullet proof as a Honda single.
Buy used. Do your homework, find a good clean title, and has the maintenance been done, find out if it's been abused or just used normally. Not only will it be cheaper. They usually have been upgraded with a lot of cool stuff. Be patient and you'll find what you want.
Don't cross the 4010 off your list. Just make sure you pick the right dealer. Had mine for a year now with no issues what so ever from purchase on. All vehicles can have issues new. Just need to make sure you have a dealer that will fix your issues if they do come up. Will say it's not unusual for a dealer that you don't originally purchase from to push it back to the back of the line for warranty work. Most will work on vehicles/equipment that was purchased from them first to keep those customers they have received more money from happy to keep them coming back.
Thanks for speaking up!. I never stay quiet myself and have had really bad experiences with new equipment and also vehicles. At this point I have rolled back to running older vehicles and keep older tools as I can rely on them way more than newer stuff. The only way this changes is for people to not accept these answers and also force these companies to fix these reliability issues
I actually bought the exact same machine, same color, model and build. My dealership in Florida is super accommodating but I've heard of others being like you described. I've always been a Honda guy but I've had good luck with the kawasaki mule this far. I'll pray for continued luck and for your luck to get better!
Thank you for making this video. A good friend of mine is dealing with a hurt motor in his Honda Talon right now. Honda, PCP Motorsports and Jackson turbos are all refusing to cover the issue, even though he purchased the warranty, and did everyone he was supposed to do. All three companies are pointing the finger at each other and not honoring their warranties.
@@brianfreeman8951 I just bought my XR150L from them and I also hate buying from dealers because they always try to upsell stuff like extended warranty or maintenance. They chuckled and said "Really?" when I decline both of those stating its a small bore Honda bike that will probably outlive me since I'm 60. They did a $400 dealer markup saying it was assembly fee but, when I rode the bike the throttle, brakes, chain, etc. were all out of factory specs so I adjusted them myself. About 30 years ago they were just PCP Yamaha and now they sell all the big 4 and some others. I'd even rather buy my oil from Amazon than from them.

Girl i so agree. We had the same experience with a new zero turn mower that was thousands of dollars. Finally after the 4th time having to come pick it up we got a guy who know how to take care of his customers. It makes a big difference if they business you bought from knows how to work with the company that builds the machine. I think its lack of knowledge and laziness. Once they have your money they dont care. I hope having a platform and being able to call them out will get them to replace it. That is definitely what should have already happened. So sorry youve had to deal with this. We just started looking for a new ATV. Now i know where we wont be buying from. Thanks so much. You probably saved me months of frustration. After what we went through with the mower if i cant get a good product and good service, i will just keep my money and buy nothing at all. Big hugs.
Customer service is nonexistent! Poor workmanship is the norm. Get used to it,people don’t care. Most service people are know it all’s. There is no consequences for failure in fact it usually goes all the way to the top. Ten thousand thumbs up to you for speaking out on this giant forum. Merry Christmas to you and yours! Thanks again.
Amen Andrea! These companies have gotten too big and independent. They don't care about the individual customer because they know if you walk out and leave, there will be 20-25 more coming in to take your place. I'm thinking some of your problem started when you told them you wanted a plain, basic atv without all the frills. I'm the same way about trucks. I want a basic plain Jane work truck and nothing more. They don't want to sell the plain work vehicles but the high priced ones with all the extras.
Thank you for standing up and speaking about this! My hope, someday soon, is that dealerships will only have a service and parts department. So we can just buy a vehicle directly from the manufacturer. Annnd, it’s always been 3 Times with the same issue and it’s considered a lemon 🍋. Don’t call the compliant department. Write a letter and go to the post office and have it certified and registered. That way whomever you wrote the letter to, has to sign for it and hopefully read it. The compliant or customer retention dept won’t help you. Their job is to keep you calm and try and resolve your compliant or at least look like they are trying to help. Good luck’ 🍀👍
I bought a new Maytag dryer and it worked for 1 month before it quit. It was just the door switch and an easy fix. I think they're all using under par parts for all of these things. It's exhausting. And it takes time out of your busy life and day to address it. Keep on keeping on!
Unless I am badly mistaken, all Maytag products are now made in China. After my experiences with their freezers, I will never buy Maytag again. Had the same part replaced three times before I gave up and bought another freezer
@@andy38andrews96- That’s not true Maytags are built in Amana Iowa and are listed as on of the top brands for quality and reliability buy Consumer Reports. So yesterday, I was scrolling through Craigslist, looking for Mules, because I have a need for UTV on my place, here in MO, and a buddy of mine loves his. And just now, a channel I've never heard of, pops up with information relevant to my situation. I know that just about anything you say or type on your phone, or the computer, is immediately put out to thousands of companies, of which a few of them will send you ads, through just about any way possible. This time, regardless of how it worked to get to me, it prevented a sale, instead of creating one. Thank you for posting this video, and I truly hope that you guys work it out to your satisfaction. Just subbed.
I’m sorry for your raw deal. I’ve been a mechanic about half my life. I’ve been on both sides of similar situations. There are makes of vehicles I won’t go back to after their company’s bad service. I’m glad you have a strong voice on TH-cam. I’ve seen problems being the customer service not relaying correct info to techs, techs not doing their job correctly, customers not giving enough info or just didn’t know their vehicle, and, less common but still extant, sometimes a person just gets a bad one. Which unfortunately sounds like you’ve had a combo of some of these. That being said, I find it ironic that your MULE is giving you so much grief. It’s living up to its name it being stubborn. I do hope it gets resolved for you and that the vehicle works so well the rest just becomes forgettable history. Keep us posted. Thank you again for sharing.
Good for you girl, glad to see you putting your story out there. We don't have a social media platform to tell our story. It was very much like yours's except it was a Hyundai Santa Fe . We purchased it from Crain Hyundai in Fayetteville, Ar. and had significant problems, as in transmission trouble. On top of the vehicle trouble, they messed up paperwork that caused Hyundia to cause our credit score to go down 200 points. What a joke of a company they are. Hope it works out for you!! Dale

You should sure tag Kawasaki. Corporate usually makes everything good. Used to work 8n a kawasaki dealership and corporate takes dealer issues seriously.
Same thing happened to us with our SR bison. Had for a year and a half. Probably used 30 times. And it has been to shop so many times. It should be thrown away. It's so so not fair
My dad had a similar issue with a local dealer not the same brand but in the end after a long long drawn out deal he told them they were excellent sales for a different company/ dealer in our area. so so sad anymore, you nailed it the customer is on the short end of the stick.
Great job! When I run into something like that, I spread it all over the internet, after I tell the company what I think of them. Keep up the good work! Thank you!
I bought a mule about 4 years ago. It has over 400 hours on it and I have done all of the maintenance on this machine myself. I did buy it about an hour away from my house , because it was the only one I could find. I use this machine a lot, we live in the National Forrest and I cut firewood all of the time. I load it up all and even pull a trailer with wood in it. The only issue I have had is that sometimes, if it sits in the sun for a while, it’s hard to start. I realized that I needed to let the pressure out of the gas tank and then there is no issue. Where I live, it gets very hot in the summer. Last week , I actually flipped it over on its side backing up to drop a load, I’m lucky I didn’t get hurt , but there was absolutely no damage to the Mule. Im very impressed with mine, it’s a work horse. Oil changes are very easy to do on my own. All I have done to it is the basic maintenance, I have changed the oil 4 times in 400 hours, but that’s just me. Anyone looking at a UTV , I would recommend a Mule, mine has been amazing.
I’m a goat rancher in central Texas and have that same machine. It’s been a good one for me. It’s a shame that the dealership treated you so badly. Thanks for all you have done to shine the light into a dark hole. I liked and subbed.
I had several people try to scam me on buying a peekapoo. They claimed to have puppies for sale but wanted me to send money for all kinds of things that breeders don't usually do. I figured them all out pretty quick and they have blocked me on FB so I couldn't warn others they were scammers when they advertised the very same photos of a puppy they don't have. One of the groups I was in had some seniors get taken in by these scammers and were taken for more than a thousand dollars and I felt so sorry for them. It was a sacrifice for them but they wanted a companion so much, some had lost their old dog a few months before. It's awful what some people are willing to do for money.

I know this video is old but for anyone reading , you can literally rebuild your old Kawasaki forever . They are easy to work on and parts are easy to replace . It makes zero sense to buy and brand new one because your old one is getting “tired” . We rebuild ours at certain regular intervals and it’s not that big of a deal . We have 6 of them on our farm and all have thousands and thousands of hours on them . When they break we fix them on the farm , I can’t imagine buying new ones instead of just freshning up the old ones up . We have a working farm so we aren’t using them for show .
I have a 2004 mule 550. It's underpowered but still runs. The only issue is that it has an electrical problem no one can figure out. Still 10/10 i would recommend
I wish I had the time to give you the worst case of customer service. C/S left the USA many years ago. When Amazon, 1st of America went with people having an accent that a person can't understand what they are saying & asked to speak to someone else, C/S would not do it. I hang up & redial until I get someone that I can understand. Just spent 2 hours Thur. evening this week. As a person who is 90 years young & not educated in this computer world, I was brought to tears. 😢 I live alone. Bring back C/S to the USA when someone asks for different help.
What a video. You are soooooooo correct. This crap happens so much anymore. Integrity for the customer is like an antique. I have had this stuff happen with cars, trucks, Rvs Tires, wheels, lawn mowers, appliances, pool parts, some costing thousands of dollars. God Bless you for doing this video.
How dare they- just because they are a Multi Million Dollar business HOW DARE THEY !!!. I will never buy anything whatsoever if it is connected with KAWASAKI !!. I sincerely hope this goes further than this & we as Consumers take this seriously- I know I will. Great Video Andrea & Well Done for standing up. Cheers Denise- Australia (so it has reached Australian audiences as well Kawasaki.)
Thanks for the info, this helps a lot of people who may be in the market for one, and living near Jonesboro, it's good to know. I think for our next one, we will do a lot more research and choose someone else. Thank you. Hope it turns out to last as long as the last one.
Thanks for sharing your story I am sure there is a lot of us faced in the same situation it seems that once you buy whatever is that you need and then you pay for it from there on you’re on your own the sales person doesn’t recognize you anymore and finding help is an uphill battle looking forward to seeing that you and family get a favorable outcome

I hope this makes positive change, but unfortunately it probably won’t turn any heads in large corporations. They are focused on the numbers game (volume driven) and customer service is a thing of the past for many of the big volume dealers. Good on you for fighting the good fight. I would love to see a return to caring about each others needs and everyone just be better neighbors!

Well #Kawasaki better take notice of the 155K views you've gotten on this. Personally as a consumer thinking of buying the same or similar machine in the spring of "24" with cash in hand, I certainly did. Very well articulated and detailed review/report. Thank you very much for that, and I wish you the best of luck getting it resolved. Merry Christmas.
I had a similar situation with Samsung. Had to file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and threatened to file a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office before they offered to replace with a new product, so they said. I am inclined to believe it was a rebuilt one but it has worked properly. Took well over a year to settle.
I work for a world wide class 8 truck manufacturer. I see so many sub par parts / tools every day. So many suppliers send us parts / tools that are assembled by people who just dont care about sending out a quality product. My company spends crazy money on parts to keep the factory running and build the trucks that don't last as long as they should. We usually have to fix the new parts just to get them to work like they should. There is a huge problem with quality control all over. A lot of companies just don't care anymore. It's not just U.S. products. It's world wide. It's a sad situation.
So true. Customer service is horrible now days. No one wants to stand by their products anymore. I will tell you, we bought a brand new Dutchman Astoria 5th wheel this last summer. We have taken it out several times to camp. We have gotten several calls from Dutchman since we bought it asking us how we like it and if everything is going well with it. We bought it local and they took it in to winterize it for us (covered under warranty) and we have been so very satisfied with this company. So, I love to give kudos where they are due and RV Dutchman company is top notch. We owned a Jayco toy hauler previously and there were several things wrong with it. We had a hard time getting ANY Jayco dealership to work on it! Even the one we bought it from!! It was a nightmare as well. We are happy with our new RV AND the service/company. Just thought I would throw that out there.
First time viewer on your channel ... and I am mightily impressed (and now a subscriber). Kudos to you for an effective yet respectful statement of 'what is' ... both in regard to your specific situation and on behalf of consumers in general. Such exposure is way overdue. Keep up the great work.
The trend is , there will be places that sell and other places that repair them, the dealership that sells and repairs what they sell will be few and far between.
You are absolutely correct. Thank you for this video. So many industries are guilty of doing the same thing. The best thing we can do is stop buying this junk and keep posting videos like this. Some companies are so bad that they hide how to contact them. Thanks for your video, and know that we support you.
Hope you read this! Your video has had some real impact. It should make you smile 😇! (BTW this comment is to this channel but my dealers will read this.) A week ago, I was researching the mule as I WAS close to pulling the trigger on a two 2024 models. It's basically what you bought. Never owned Kawasaki before. I was looking at the cost of the machine not the dealer. On paper the mule seemed great. Kawasaki is well known and it is priced right too! I own a small family business in Canada. We emphasize low impact and no BS forest management. Business is good! My clients are homesteaders and small to medium farms that manage their land. Your video just felt right. You are no BS from my outside viewpoint. Since my local TRUSTED dealer is the only one in town and they only have Polaris and BRP equipment. They service our ATV's and snowmobiles at a fair price. There have been issues but the dealer and me always find solutions. So for the mules I just found a deal online. Its BIG dealer about 2 hours away. OMG they are great at sweet talking! But never a real question answered. It's all about profits! All their employees are very young. It seems nobody as enough experience. But I was forgetting about that aspect. Your video woke me up. This was a justified rant/complaint! i realized that i was taking my dealer for granted. Your comments are correct. The video made me put in context what I was going through myself. I decided to call my clients, many are friends, and asked if they knew the big dealer. Most did. Not all were negative but I got a few horror stories! I am already so busy, I don't have time for BS. I simply decided to stay with my local dealer. I am going with Polaris. A bit more expensive but in the long run I think I will save. I told the big dealer why. I sent them this video. They don't care. They said they had all brands! To Kawasaki: You need to find solutions not just look at profit margins! Believe me I get the importance of viable margins!!! You thought that you could get away with it but the video got out! Geez you where involved from the beginning. You pull the strings, you let big dealers like this represent you! I decided to vote with my $$ and go elsewhere because you dont realise that your clients are key! Videos like this shouldn't have to be made.
We are currently in the market for a Mule and I just learned that there is an outstanding recall on the FXT 1000 a combustion issue. Apparently there wasn't a fix for about 4 months. Thank you for bringing this to the public.
We had a similar problem with Ford about 20 yrs ago. We went through 5 transmissions in our diesel pickup in as many years, the 5th went belly up while towing our 5th wheel out of state. We took it to the regional Ford large truck repair center for replacement, and had to wait 10 days for them to look at it. On day 11 they put in a rebuilt transmission in. We watched the installer take the filters out while installing. We questioned it, asked him to put them back in, he refused (we kept the filters). We made note of it and left with the truck "fixed". 500 miles later it seized up. We managed to limp to our eventual destination and contacted Ford for another replacement. They refused, saying it was our problem even in arbitration. Never again...we had to buy a new Dodge Ram (which we still own) and will never buy another Ford. Luckily we could afford to eat it, not willing to take them to court out of state. Stick by your guns and let everyone hear you loud and clear. It is not right!!!!!!!!!!!!!
👏👏👏 you hit it right on the head my refrigerator $2500 the icemaker went in six months and the repairman said I better off getting a new one on Amazon. They’re making things so cheap to keep you keep buying and coming back into the stores. things have changed so bad in our country that everybody is out to make a quick buck. Never trust a salesman, all parts have been made out of the country where it’s very cheap,it’s like making a fruitcake You leave a lot of ingredients out it’s not gonna taste very well. That’s why things are breaking within six months or a year. I’m happy you called out Kawasaki that’s what we have to start doing.
The same thing happened to me with a new Chevrolet Silverado truck. After many attempts to get the vehicle repaired, I requested a buyback. After that the dealer acted like they didn't know me and General Motors dug their heels in. What really, got me TH-cam had videos of the same issues I was having which I showed the dealer and they said it was fictitious information. I had to get an attorney to resolve the issue. About one year later I got my purchase money back but I still had to pay attorney fees. My conclusion I will never ever buy another GM product because the company and vehicles are nothing but garbage! I can't understand when a consumer has a legitimate issue why the seller/ corporation will not stand behind their product after the consumer pays, hard-earned money to purchase their product? Dig your heels in and don't let up!
Great video and so sorry for the grief you all are experiencing. Unfortunately we live in a disposable society. It totally sucks that JONESBORO KAWASAKI is throwing you under the short bus. Keep your spirits up and keep us updated. Godbless you all ❤

I work in the power sports industry in Canada. I agree with everything you've said about improvements that need to happen. I do want to add that this is not limited to Kawasaki, many, many brands have the same outlook on brand new machines / service. As well it looks like you've found a couple dealers that I'd stay away from as well. They definitely should (and maybe already have) take your criticisms to heart.
You are so right on companies. Went through similar issues with Maytag and their service tech. Looking into buying a small to midsize tractor soon but in fear of problems we keep making our old one work
Great job. I truly understand your frustration. If we all give feedback in a clean and honest way such as you, maybe we could make a difference for the consumer. And it is a huge problem! You have great communication skills. Hopefully it will help someone speak out and hold accountability when it's needed. Trust me I do my part. JB, north FL.

Thanks for voicing your experience. It sounds like you may be in the Texarkana Tx. Ar. area. We are sick of the "lame" excuses we get from anyone we deal with. Construction, tractors, appliances, automobiles, etc. Trying to find what we are looking for is impossible. We have to take what they have or do without. You're a better person than me Andrea, i would have lost my cool at the dealership and demanded my deposit back. I bet youre thinking " but we really needed this..." Be that as it may, as you said, they knew that had you and as long as these businesses know that, customer service is null and void. Does Arkansas have a “Lemon Law” on the books? I have lived in several states that did have one. When we lived in NC a friend of mine purchased a new Jaguar. Fortunately she was a Lawyer and pushed the Lemon Law to the fullest and won the case!!! I would suggest that you get a lawyer involved. Yes, it will cost you 💰 💵, but maybe just maybe you can get this mess resolved. 🔺Oh and totally off topic 🙃🐿️ 🐿️ 😅 While I was listening to you, I was totally focused on your beautiful necklace ❤ It’s just lovely 🥰 Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 from Green 🌱🪴🌿 Ohio 🍁🍂 🤗
I bought a very lightly used 2019 mule very similar to yours, 4010, 750cc liquid cooled 4x4. It only has a little over 200 hours, but a good portion of that has been pulling a tow mower in low on rough ground. It has done fantastic, the only weird noise I hear is from the cvt (transmission), it wines sometimes when going down hill if I start gaining speed faster than it would be going if on flat ground. The 4x4, and locking rear both work well, it has never gotten stuck and i have been through some really deep mud. You got a lemon, don't let kawasaki off the hook. Only thing to add is prices were sky high before covid also, I tried to get any kind of deal and the dealers just wanted to keep adding charges. Final price would always be thousands more than advertised price. I finally found a used one the guy bought but his land deal fell through. I thought I got a fantastic deal, but when I got home and looked at his paperwork, somehow his dealer did give him a great deal (he said he knew dealer for many years), way better than anything they would give me. I was happy though it was a good machine almost new and I couldn't beat the price. I really hope Kawaski makes it right for you, videos like this is what gets their attention.
Have you considered getting a lawyer involved? My brother went through something similar with a brand new RV and the company gave him the runaround for over a year. He got a lawyer involved, and suddenly the company was able to fix everything and even refunded some money.
Good for you. Sorry for your experience. Whenever something like this happens, it is critical that the company making the sale honor their part of the deal by standing behind their product (or service). Also, it is very important if a company treats a customer poorly (and fails to correct it) that the customer lets other potential customers know so they can make an informed decision. That is as important as anything. To say nothing is like stepping over a chewed piece of gum on a sidewalk and leaving it for the next person to step on it. Too much of that going on in the world right now. Everyone needs to look out for each other. Thanks for the video.
Your right on the money with this rant. I bought my 4th new Kawasaki from a local dealership , a motorcycle this time around and what a shit show it's been ! On my first ride 8 miles in, the throttle stuck at about 1/2 throttle or more while going down a rutted up dirt road, I was only going about 25-30 at the time but the road was terrible so it was just a bit exciting getting it to stop to say the least ! After shifting down frantically I applied both brakes lightly and the front one locked up tight tight as a drum pitching me over the handle bars dislocating my shoulder and I had to drive it home by the shortest route which was about 12 miles on a better road. Now that was some kinda fun let me tell ya ! After returning from the hospital the next day I inspected the bike further and found both control modules on the handlebars were loose causing the throttle to not return to idle and on further inspection I also found the storage oil had been left on the brake rotors which hadn't been removed which is why the front brake locked up on me. I also found the rear brake light not working and the switch was out of adjustment , the drive chain was also loose and had not been lubricated either plus it was adjusted improperly making the rear wheel "crab walk " sideways from being adjusted unevenly. So I called the dealership to cancel the sales contract which is my legal right under our state law,,,Ya right , I got nothing but a run around, from both the dealership and Kawasaki . Long story short , here I am 8 months later , still all bunged up and it took over a month before they even came to pick it up , a month before it was properly set up then they held on to it for almost 4 months and refused to take it back with only 27 miles on it , and it was delivered with 6 miles on it already . They did give me an extended warentee though, which amounts to nothing sense I couldn't ride it if I wanted to , being all bunged up still,,,Gee big deal , Thanks For Nothing ! I got lie after lie both from Kawasaki and the dealership, I'll guarantee I'll NEVER buy another vehicle from either one , period and I'm still considering a law suit sense I may need an operation to fix my shoulder which will lay me up for even more time! Mind you now , I've been riding motorcycles sense 1961 and had at least 25-30 different motorcycles and ATV 's both and have been a highly certified mechanic all my life and this was my first accident ever on one. Of course I've flopped motorcycles while going off roading before and that's pretty much expected going off roading , but never crashed on a road. Somehow neither Kawasaki or the dealership will take responsibility for there lousy pre -delivery prep , even though they did say those issues were in fact present at the time of delivery. There loss though as I'd planned on buying a brand new $ 26K side by side as well and already had a quote for one with a bunch of added accessories that was in stock. Go Pound Sand Kawasaki and Central VT Motorsports, I'll never darken your door again and I'll go pay cash for one someplace else !
People like you shouldn't own motorcycles or definitely ride them. I can't believe getting on a motorcycle and not noticing that the brakes control levers are loose that just strikes me as insane. And to not notice the very first time you touch the front brake lever you know pulling out of the driveway or your backyard or you're getting it out of the truck that there's grease on the disc rotor? That's just absurd. And you managed to lightly tap the brake lever going 30 miles an hour down the trail and it seized up the brake and flipped you over ???? dude you're full of crap.. We sincerely hope that No One Believes your line of crap or steers a purchase one way or another because of what your lies have convinced them of
This has to be the nicest negative review I’ve ever seen. Thanks for letting everyone know in such a respectful way. You’re integrity is admirable. Hope it is truly fixed now.
Thanks for calling out the parties involved.
You've provided a great service.

The saying is, "The customer is always right in matters of taste."
I hope you post on-line everywhere that you can and warn people about this company. I am so glad you are calling them by name.

Better Business Bureau works when companies are members afaik. Nonmembers arent really answerable to BBB.
I've never heard of the BBB doing anything other than collecting membership fees. It is a joke. They have no legal authority whatsoever.
@@BurtonHolmes-tx5bf BBB worked for me. The larger the company is the more they want to keep a good BBB rating.

Actually in the market myself for a SxS, and just crossed the Mule off the list, shame since I had boiled it down to 3, Really sorry you guys had to go through all of this, Thanks for bringing this out to the public, at some point we must get this customer service thing turned around, instead of all the surveys they take afterwards, perhaps place that money into training, this same conversation keeps coming up, and nothing ever seems to get any better, demanding value for spending time and money, shouldnt be a bad thing,
I would Never buy another mule, Ever! I posted my nightmare story just a few min ago. Don't walk, Run from Kawasaki!
Which sxs did you buy? I’m looking now for myself and kwasaki mule was on my list. Not interested in it now.
AMEN!. We are sorry to hear of your terrible experience. Thank you for sharing!
I actually bought the exact same machine, same color, model and build. My dealership in Florida is super accommodating but I've heard of others being like you described. I've always been a Honda guy but I've had good luck with the kawasaki mule this far. I'll pray for continued luck and for your luck to get better!
Thank you for sharing the dealer information. A lot of people are afraid to disclose the information. 🙏
Is this PCP Motorsports in Sacramento?
@@RedBud315
Yes it is
@@brianfreeman8951 I just bought my XR150L from them and I also hate buying from dealers because they always try to upsell stuff like extended warranty or maintenance.
I am so tired of companies doing this stuff. I pray you get peace of this. Sorry it happened to yall.

Annnd, it’s always been 3
Times with the same issue and it’s considered a lemon 🍋.

As a person who is 90 years young & not educated in this
computer world, I was brought to tears.
Cheers Denise- Australia (so it has reached Australian audiences as well Kawasaki.)
kawasaki is the best , hopefully they swap out that machine and replace it with a new one with some options thrown in at no charge. have a good day
Sure would not count on that happening please don't hold your waiting for that to happen

Thanks for the info, this helps a lot of people who may be in the market for one, and living near Jonesboro, it's good to know. I think for our next one, we will do a lot more research and choose someone else. Thank you. Hope it turns out to last as long as the last one.
Unbelievable! Glad you are speaking out on this. Chad from Doss Farms is very vocal about companies like this, knowing the power of social media!

GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AMEN 🙏, THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO 📹 🙏 ❤️,
THANK YOU FOR WARNING ⚠️ ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
You get a thousand thumbs 👍 for standing up. TH-cam is agreat way to get the word out. Thank you.
(BTW this comment is to this channel but my dealers will read this.)
A week ago, I was researching the mule as I WAS close to pulling the trigger on a two 2024 models.
I was just about to buy my wife a mule for our mountain ranch, and cancelled it.
Thank you for saving us this problem.
@kawasaki
My Mule works perfectly and hasnt had one issue in at least the 200 hours I've used it.
I have a 2017 that I have beat the piss out of with not a single issue since I’ve had it
Kawasaki fix or replace it.
I appreciate the way you express yourself as I am experiencing challenges with my truck and stealership
Your right...that's why we had to ditch all updated appliances and get older ones.
Great review thank you for speaking up about them being wrong by not fixing your problems in the 1st place God bless you and your family
Why did you buy a GM in the first place? I think they are the most hideous Vehicles made
Great video and so sorry for the grief you all are experiencing. Unfortunately we live in a disposable society. It totally sucks that JONESBORO KAWASAKI is throwing you under the short bus. Keep your spirits up and keep us updated. Godbless you all ❤
You need to get a lawyer involved and let Kawasaki know that you have done so!
Thank you for sharing. We all need to stick together. I agree make the company be accountable for what they sell.
WELL DONE !!!💪🏽💪🏽
I see you have a platform I’m a community activist, so if something is not right, I do speak up for my community but I also speak up from my family, my friends and myself. I am not a pushover. I’ll tell you that.

Ant the prices are top of the price chain in this area! We are sick of this mess. Thanks, again.
I had to get a NEW stove replaced three times before I got one that would work and no broken parts..... #Kawasaki should send you guys another NEW unit!!
Good for you! I know where I won’t be buying and what brand I am no longer interested in. Thank you for sharing!!!
You're a better person than me Andrea, i would have lost my cool at the dealership and demanded my deposit back. I bet youre thinking " but we really needed this..." Be that as it may, as you said, they knew that had you and as long as these businesses know that, customer service is null and void. At least contact your state BBB (file a complaint online), if nothing else they owe yall an apology.

Sadly, since Covid, Customer Service is going out the window. There is no such thing as customer service.
Next time buy a Honda UTV. I've had mine 4years now trouble free driven almost daily
